We worked with Mayra to purchase a home and she was great! No matter what day of the week or time of day, she was always available. The process is new to us and no matter how many questions we asked, she never seemed frustrated with us. Always happy! She was great with follow-ups with the selling agent and the loan officer and ALWAYS kept us in the loop as to what was going on in the process!We will definitely be using Mayra for any future home needs.

The owner Dale needs to retire. He doesn’t follow through on anything and his staff isn’t much better. My dispersement check bounced and Dale totally denied it! “I deposited a quarter million in this account blah blah.” Apparently you spent more than $250,000. Later I found out he had bounced several checks. Dale refused to make good on his check until I emailed a copy of it returned from his bank stating -his bank had no record of it. Then it took a couple more months to get the fees my bank charged for the check. If I hadn’t noticed it they never would’ve. Do yourself a favor and get a real property management company.
