I had them move an upright piano. The two guys were very nice & were very attentive to my concern about scratching wood floors. They repositioned it a few times until I was happy with placement. They did a fabulous job & I definitely would use them again!

Encore piano was initially difficult to call and speak to someone. I had called several times and was unable to speak to anyone. It took me about a week to schedule my appointment. However, once my appointment was scheduled everything went really smooth. I payed over the phone. The movers called me 45 minutes before they showed up. They were very knowledgeable and very experienced. They were kind, friendly, and efficient. They treated my piano with great care. I would highly recommend them.

I was nervous, at first, because the cost was so much lower than most movers, but that quickly faded. These gentlemen were amazing. They were professional, quiet, very careful, and made it look easy, to say the least. Not a scratch on my beautiful Yamaha C1, and they were timely. Would happily use them again if I need it, and will definitely be recommending them to anyone with this need. They made the process seamless! I cant say enough great things about them, they truly made my day!!!

Encore Piano moved our Baby Grand piano,, great work, we had 2 movers at each move, I feel there should be at least 3 guys, but the guys that showed up did an exceptional job very courteous, careful and hard working.
