The Balloonery absolutely MADE my little guys day today! I came in on Tuesday afternoon and placed an order for a $100 bouquet, told them he loves Batman and hes turning 3 and trusted them with the rest and boy were we impressed! My husband picked up the balloons today and our son is in love!! The bouquet is taller than us and it included an actual inflatable Batman that my son was hugging all through the night. Seriously, thank you guys so so much! You made my sons birthday so so special. I will definitely be back for a Halloween balloon bouquet next week!

Pretty pricey but does have a great assortment of balloons. A majority of the employees are pretty rude and act better than. It use to be a really fun & friendly place to shop. Too bad its changed so much.

Great job putting my balloon bouquets together! Fantastic service and I was able to schedule delivery so I didnt have to rent/borrow a big enough car for 100 balloons.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!Best place for balloon bouquets,& the selection is plentiful.I havent bought many balloon bouquets as Id like to,but the times i did they were from THE BALLOONERY.Staff is knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, & wont rush you or get frustrated when preparing an oder. Parking is small but safe and prices are fair for the quality.

Im not sure I can give a less of a star review but I certainly would. I contacted this business to order a balloon because the wind took the first one away. I had to use the Internet in order to find this balloon because its a double bubble Shrek and donkey balloon which I cant find anywhere else. After placing the order, I called to confirm that the order would be delivered because I noticed that the charge for the delivery was double the cost of the balloon. When I asked about the cost of shipping, the woman laughed at me as if my concerns werent valid. That shouldve been my first guess that this wasnt going to go well. I then explained the fact that my life is spiraling out of control and I just lost this balloon and I need it for work. I mentioned that Im getting a divorce in my entire life is falling apart and she said maam are you OK? In tears I replied no Im not OK I just need this balloon and I hung up the phone because the transaction was completed and there was no more information to obtain from this individual. I sent them an email on Tuesday of this week asking them for an update and still hasnt received anything as of Thursday. Just got off the phone- they told me that they have canceled my order the day I ordered it. They didnt bother to call. They didnt bother to reply to an email. And didnt bother to be professional whatsoever as she spoke over me while we tried to speak. I would never do business with these people even if you need the balloon try to find something else.

Staff was Exceptional! Super nice and very covid conscious. And, the balloons lasted forEVER! Bought a bundle in January and one is still floating in March. Like, at the ceiling, not showing signs of slowing down any day footing. Cracks me up every time I see it.

Amazing customer service and very friendly associates! Had everything I needed in stock and were very knowledgeable about their products. I asked about their party arches and they explained all the details. Excellent quality balloons for a great price. Store has been in the location for years and never disappoints! A must stop for all balloons for a party or any other occasion! Highly recommend!!

So I change my review. This time when I came every woman working was incredibly friendly. Last time I came they must have just been having an off day. They yet again did a great job on my balloon bouquet! I’d so much rather support this family owned business as opposed to some corporate company.Previous review-I came here today to get some balloons to bring to my husbands job for his birthday. When I first walked in I was a little overwhelmed, I’ve never seen so many balloons in one place! Unfortunately the women in the front seemed less than excited to help me. Which I wasn’t expecting because everyone else’s reviews made them seem super friendly. Maybe it’s because I’m a young, heavily tattooed woman? They had a young girl help me and she was the kindest one of the lot of them! She helped me choose what balloons I wanted (they where reasonably priced) while the brunette women that was standing near her seemed irritated at my indecision (again, ALOT of balloons) I’d love to give this place 5 stars but I did not like how I was treated, balloons are supposed to be FUN! I had 4 stars worth of fun.

They were very helpful in helping me find what I needed! If you want, they will custom a bag for you with the colors you desire! Definitely will be going back next time I need balloons.

Just had the greatest customer service experience with The Balloonery. They are going to make a 6 year old very happy on his birthday today and with very little advanced notice. Polite and helpful on the phone. I will definitely be recommending and using their services again.

Nice place, I walked in was looking for some numbers for about 3min was asked if i needed help. The only thing that I would change is i wish they had a section with dollar items i seen table cloths that were almost $3 and the chepest ballon packs were $9 it would be nice for people that dont have much to spend. I bought 2 item 2 foil numbers a 1 and 5, came out about $6 some items were also not priced, the parking is spacious and they had a nice selection of items.

The staff was quick and courteous the selection was very large almost overwhelming with their selection of balloons

Paid 20 for a ballon arrangement only to deflate 2 hrs later. On my daughters bday. She wasnt very happy. Couldnt even take it back because they closed at 4pm.

Way to expensive balloon place.A metalic dollar balloon here will cost you $7.50 and a simple balloon $4.50 each

Not open Sundays I agreed to pick them up Saturday and on her birthday they didnt hold up... Very Sad... The foil number were deflated...
