Fell in love with a dress on there instagram and when i made an appointment she never showed up

Reasonable prices, owner and family are very helpful. I rented a jumper, table and chairs for my granddaughters birthday. Everything went flawless.

Pls do not buy from this company ! My customer sent us message saying this woman name Blanca is offering stuff that belongs to our company and after that making horrible quality stuff! She steal ideas ( pls get your brain working and have your own ideas) and make it ! She gives the worth quality iteams, so cheap looking, so unprofessionally done! My customer sent me message was thinking that they represent our company who works so hard, use the best crystals, the best supplies! I can not believe that fact she posted some of our stuff on her page and trying to sell making herself this poor iteams! Pls be aware! Pls check first what u are getting from this woman! I wish I could post Pictures of our work and her work that she offers to her customers! Pls do research first before you are buying from them! You are paying so much money and u will be screwed by what u will get! I am so upset that this company does not have own ideas to give to their customers! They steal from others and plus on the top of this give the worth quality iteams! 👎👎👎

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. A couple of days before my nieces quince, our boys went to try on suits and they fit them SMALL or TOO BIG. Communication was terrible and we were called 2 days before we needed them to be ready. The next day (the day before the quince) the tuxedos STILL did not fit and the owner or whoever helped us literally did nothing different. The people who work here are pathetic and I hope it gets shut down. This place doesn’t deserve any kind of business. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The worst experience ever! The owner is too busy and doesnt not explain what comes in a packet. Then makes her daughter translate which she doesnt translate everything nor correctly. I wasnt able to use one table due to it being broken from one of the bottom handles. At least the delivery man, her son in law was polite and on time. He did returned the deposit but not the complete amount of the damaged table. Good to know, NEVER paying for their services again! I DO NOT recommend it!

Quit body shaming people it’s so disrespectful. Even if you find it funny it doesn’t feel good towards the person.

Called for a quince dress that cost $799, after looking around I found jessy boutique here in stockton and they have quince dresses for $600 and it was the same one!

Horable i planed a party for my son on 3-11-17 and they were supposed to bring the jumper and tables at 10:30-11:00 they did not get there untill after 12:30 i asked for some of my money back since i paid $140 and the manager said NO because I used the Jumper. I was not asking for all of it back juat some of it. I had to call everyone and tell them to xome at a later time. Horable!

This place has the worst service and the workers there are rude & disrespectful. How dare you guys say those things about my friend, quit body shaming people..

We prepaid for a jumper, 3 tables and 24 chairs to be delivered on 5/20/2017 between 10 and 11 am. They didnt come until after 1pm. We kept calling Blanca(3 times), her response was 20 mintues every time. I wont be using this company again.

The owner Blanca is very rude and we called her often but she never answers and when we go to the place she never really explains anything or listens to our questions.

They did a very good job when my parents made me my quinceañera. Maybe it wasnt a quinceanera with the theme of Paris or maybe it didnt have many things from the Cinderella movie (it was my theme). It was a simple but beautiful decoration. What I was most excited about was the main table because it had lights. I like simple things and thanks to them, my family, and my parents everything was a success

Bad customer service, poor quality dresses, very disrespectful assistant, worse experience I will not return, does not deserve a star.

HORRIBLE experience! VERY CAREFUL when renting suits for chambelanes because they do not take the measurements well, (if the garment that you are going to rent needs adjustments, MAKE SURE that if they do)

First communion weddings fifteen years all for those occasions

Do not rent anything from them, prices change, it is the fault of the mother-in-law of the company 😡 And in part they rent broken products and charge them to one even if they do not serve ... abused 👀

It is a very expensive place to buy party things or dresses.
