It was my first and last time going here…I got a manicure and the way I wanted my nails it didn’t come out that way…desgin looks like a lil kid did it…nails didn’t even last broke next day

I have been coming here for years and have always not minded waiting even an hour and a half at one point when I had an appointment and today was 30 minutes late to my appointment and Aiden the owner refuse to serve me because I was late... I will never go here again, as a matter of fact I seen a wonderful nail technician at Fresher Nails by the mall off of Pacific and yokuts. The picture is of the work fresher nails did today

The best pedicures

My 1st time there today, Mimi did an awesome job on my nails!!! I get basic squared french tip and she did them perfectly! Ive been to a few salons in Stockton and none of them can get the square shape how I like them. Mimi saved the day, definitely going back!

This was my first time going there and probably my last the tech guy not sure if he’s the owner or not but he was really rough with my nails even made me bleed also I had to keep telling him over and over the shape of nail I wanted and he kept on doing the coffin shape which is what I didn’t want then he was getting upset because I kept telling him to fix it or that some of the nails were different shapes he said he was going to charge more to fix it then when he told me my price at the end which was $35 I gave him 40 and he didn’t give me my five back I asked him where is my change and he told me they don’t have change and that next time I need to bring correct amount. Horrible customer service

This Saturday took my daughter to get her nails done. they look really nice and pretty but on the second day her nail came off. I called and they told me to come in and they will fix it. but my husband took her they were trying to charge him for the repair. but it wasnt even a week not even 3 days and they got mad. They did a bad job on fixing it. now her third day another nail came off... I will not come back. They are really rude..

I love it here everytime a friend ask if there are any good nail salons in the area i always send them in their direction. Great nails, great eyelashes great eyebrows the whole 9 😁

If I could give this nail salon no stars I would. Worst nail salon I ever been to. I should have known something was wrong when I walked in and no one was inside. I asked for coffin shape and the lady jacked up on the shape. Another person tried to fix it it was still all bad so I asked for Almond shape. The shape was still off. As the lady was painting my nails I let her know it looked bumpy and the nail polish was to thick she proceeded to paint them and told me she has to put the top coat on. After the dry I showed her it was to bumpy. She tried to charge me for a color change for her mistake. I aaked for @10 off she only offered $5. Please avoid spending your hard earned money here! They are horrible. No customer service at all!!!!!

My first time going yesterday. The lady was not gentle at all. After many times of me saying me that hurts. She eventually cut me and made me bleed. She didnt even say she was sorry. She said accident. I do not recommend this nail shop at all.

Pregnant tech screwed up my eyebrows! Specifically asked her not to wax too thin. Not only did she over wax them, they are completely different shapes!Older male tech always does a great job.Great at nails, HORRIBLE at waxing!!

I would not go there again. People mot friendly @ all. There was only two people in the saloon & they told me that it was going to take an hour to get to me. All I wanted was to get a wax. Nope wouldnt recommend to any of my friends or other people for that matter.

They don’t even know how to do nails. The lady let me walk out with hella tacky ass nails. And I spent 100. She had the audacity to laugh in my face when I told her I didn’t like them. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Worse place ever, first off a regular customer of usa nasty sat beside me for a refill as the removed her polish all her nails where yellow but I figured maybe its her life right of work. So I continued to get my nails done. I wanted a certain design but they screwed that up I always get regular mail polish because I like to take it off after a week and go clear at home. So today is that week Im sitting here to moving my polish and guess what I cant were clear on these nails because they are yellow never again dont do it

I really used to love going here but yesterday I asked for a color changed to match my pedi my usual nail tech told me he was too busy come back tomorrow

The guy who did my nails rushed and was really rough. There were air bubbles in nails. Even a piece of lint was trapped underneath the nail polish. Then as my nails were drying he just left and didnt say a word. Just let them dry under a fan

Worst customer service ever walked in all the workers looked up didnt even acknowledge me so I spoke up and said I need a fill room was still silent then the guy in there said you can come back um probably not!
