I asked for a $30 pedi she ok its now $41 umm ok fine, then shes like get lavender it better same price oh ok. She starts on my feet as she starts filling the bowl with water I barely dipped my feet then 20 min later shes draining bowl & is done. When they told me to move from seat they said $44...I am now at a 44 dollar 20 minute pedi. I told the girl who rang me up the lavender pedi she claimed to give me says its 45 minutes I was not even here a half hour. She responded with oh sorry but still charged me. I will not return service was not good & too many price changes not worth it.

I called ahead & scheduled an appt. & as soon as i walked in, they helped me. Hand & feet! Literally! Got my nails done & toes at the same time! Best nail salon i have ever been too! Will be going back!

I went in to get my nails filled. A couple nails had come off and one nail I had banged on my steering wheel getting out of the car so it was bleeding. The nail tech didn’t even act gentle to my injured nail and proceeded to rip off the broken nail despite the injury and my obvious pain. She then did my nails and after I left I noticed they were extremely bumpy and not straight or precise in shape. I was gonna live with it but then one nail she put on came off within a week. Definitely not coming back which sucks because the lady was very nice otherwise.

They corrected a bad pedicure and horrible acrylic nails.Im so sorry my granddaughter waisted money to pay for the first pedicure and manicure.When I go back for a visit, I know where to go if I need a mani-pedi!!

I went in on Saturday for 3 pedicures and one dip, although the pedicures were fine, the color i asked for is not the color that was used, she came back with two different colors and when told that wasn’t the number I asked for, she’s like it’s close enough and kept painting .. I let it go bc it was similar but still was a little salty .. next for the dip - my mother in law was done with her manicure and pedicure before I was even approached for my nails and no one brought me a bowl to soak while I soak - so when the girl finally came over and said, ok I’m ready for you, I thought she was gonna have me soak at her table but instead she started filing and using her drill to shave down the top coat .. when I asked about the soak she said no she’s just doing a fill .. I stopped her and said I was doing the dip and they needed to soak first before adding a new coat - she looked a little confused and asked if I was doing a full set, I told her yea, it’s a dip so it would be considered a full set (if you’ve had dip before you know you soak the top coat off and they put on a new layer of the powder each time bc it’s your real nails not tips, completely different from a full set of acrylic or gel) she then grabbed her tweezers to take off the top coat and I pulled my hands back and said no, these are my real nails I need them soaked — annoyed, she got up, finally and got a bowl with just polish remover and dipped one hand at a time - so I asked if I could have a cotton ball or something to help the process go faster of taking the coat off and she AND the girl next to her said no, this is quicker and she just let them soak and would shave the layers down one at a time, ok fine, more work for her I let it be…. THENNN she started getting ready as If she was doing acrylic nails and AGAIN I told her this is a dip set and she would dip my nails and not set it that way … eventually she finished, only filed the fingers and not the thumbs but they looked fine at the time so I was like, ok this was a journey, no big deal I’ll remember not to come here for a dip again, but it’s fine, trust the process, she got it done in the end..3days later3 nails have chipped and one broke bc the layer wasn’t thick enough or the coating wasn’t done enough times and I’ve had to file them myself to make them even .. I’ve been doing dip nails for over a year and get them done 3-4 weeks apart without breaking or chipping and this is the 1st time I’ve ever had to repair them myself bc they didn’t last a week !!!!!I’ll literally never go back!! And if you like your real nails, go somewhere else!!! 😡🤬

My sister and I went to get a manicure and pedicure . They made my sisters nails bleed on not one fingernail but two. The lady doing my nails kept stopping to look at her phone. I got gel my sister got polish but they insisted that she gets gel after I said no thankyou just polish for her over and over. Paid 50 dollars for my toes alone and she only rubbed them with one lotion. Last time they used two lotions and did it for longer. I will not be back here. Taking my money elsewhere.

I’ve been here twice so far. First off it is beautiful inside. I love the interior design. Very comfortable and relaxing environment. However, both pedicures were just “ok”. I felt they rushed and then hurt my toes when filing. Wasn’t impressed either time. Manicures, again ok. Not highly impressed. Also, they can’t even accept DEBIT cards! You have to pull cash of an ATM inside. Both times I’ve been there they do not accept DEBIT. I’d return if it’s the last Resort and no where else is open.

Wonderful place! Would recommend for anyone getting there nails done. Wife’s nails looked amazing both hands and toes. I got a pedicure WOW was I amazed never had anything like that before really great experience very cheap as well!

Second visit: I asked for Kevin after having an amazing first visit at the beginning of October. I am not blessed with the nicest nails or cuticles due to my profession. Kevin makes my nails perfect, and the gel lasts an entire month which has never happened before... From other places it will start to lift or crack in a few weeks.The location is very clean and nice. Everyone seems to have fun and joke with each other which makes it a nice environment. Ive been everywhere and this is by far my favorite.

I visit quite often for manicures, Pedicures and eyelash extensions, waxes. The lady that takes care of me is Mai. She is very good at what she does and can guide you to the best type of care you need based on problem areas. Staff is very friendly. Very busy salon with a lot of happy customers and the price is right.

While they offered great service, the ability to effectively communicate is an issue. Their floors are very slippery and they have a handwritten sign saying they arent responsible for falls, so they are aware of the problem, obviously. Possibly putting down skid resistant rugs would be an option. I feel unsafe walking in here.

I love coming here for my facial waxing, gel manicure and gel pedicure. I like that all their prices are constant which means they dont change the prices whenever they feel like it. That has happened to me at other salons.Recently I took my 5 year old niece with me and they took very good care of her while she was getting a pedicure and manicure.I love the design of the salon and the staff too.

A friend and I wanted to get a pedicure. I called last minute and was informed we could come on in. When entering I was amazed at the view of the location. Really nice and clean! We also had the back room to ourselves which I assume is more of a special event room. The ladies that we had we really nice and did not mind conversation. I noticed a good amount of men that enjoy the relaxing services as well. I definitely would recommend and return in the near future..

If I could give minus stars this place would get them! My daughter is a dancer and just went to Signature. They hacked her toe nails so bad she is in pain. When she called they said they couldnt do anything to help her. When she got more upset the manager offered to fix her toes. No thanks you cant fix pain. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Brought my toes back life .

They don’t understand the concept of an appointment. I booked this place for my sisters wedding and they sat us in separate rooms! Another time I booked an appointment so my young nieces and I could get pedicures. I waited 20 min past my appointment for them to tell me to pick our colors but they didn’t have chairs ready. I stood there while the girls played and then I watched as they sat the two girls who had an appointment 15 min after me! When I asked how much longer they said it would be longer! I walked out! I understand having to wait a little bit but they treated me like a walk in!

My nails cane out nice, but omg they pulled off my old nails with out dipping them first, and it hurts like hell, then after the lady was doing my bails cut me on each nail and i was bleeding on each nail, now im in so much pain, not just so sore, but stinging pain on each nail... I paid 45$ on top and im in so much pain....

Three of the workers there were talking about me and my mother in front of us and were not helpful at all to begin with! I had the worst experience here!!! i received 3 $40 dollar gift cards that were given to me for christmas, i went to use them a week after i got them and the first one was declined. they told me it had already been used which was false, because i had just for them. i decided to leave it and just pay for it. that day they kept the gift card that got “declined” and threw it away. about 2 weeks later i went back to get my nails done with my mom and the total was about $70 i paid with a $40 dollar gift card i had which went through i decided to use my other one, they told me that that was the one i had already used. i told them that they had thrown the other one away 2 weeks ago but they refused to agree with that. i asked one of the nail technicians who i’d been going to for years and they just told me that he was busy and that i need to talk to this younger male. the younger male they wanted me to talk to doesn’t even know how to put in appointments so how was he supposed to figure this situation out. i decided to just pay the $30 and call the lincoln center office after. prior to this incident i decided to get eyelash extensions there, i have a severe allergy to latex which is main ingredient in eyelash glue. i asked them if they used any products with latex and they said no it was all natural. that was a lie. i was forced to get whole new glasses which costed me about $400. i also had to go to the doctor and get shots in my eyelid so they could pluck out the eyelash extensions. because of this they promised me two free face waxings. i was always asking when i could get them but i was told that they never had time for me. i finally got them about 2 months later. the lady did one layer of wax and peeled it off, after that she did another layer which she shouldn’t of done. i’ve gone to beauty school and that’s the first thing you learn not to do in waxing; is to over wax. the second layer of wash had peeled off about 3 layers of skin causing me to have a horrible break out. overall i don’t recommend!.

I give them credit for attempting to do ombre and trying to accommodate me, but if you dont know how to do it... dont do it.... I feel like I just got pink & whites or an American! The whole point of ombre is the blend... the transition ... not layers or lines!!

You need to know that I Made an appointment for my mom and I and my daughter for 11:45, first we had to wait 30 min even after making an appointment, then they put two of us in one area and I had to sit in a completely different area. I made an appointment for a reason for all three of us to sit together at 11:45, and since we had to wait half an hour to get seated, couldnt they have at least put us together? I normally love this place, Im not sure if there is new management or if making an appointment doesnt matter, but they definitely need to work on this aspect of their business or they will loose their loyal customers. I was very disheartening to not be near my mom and daughter it was a girls day out. I mean come on!!! Really!!! When I said something about us being together and having an appointment, response was just we are busy. I hope they change or something is done to accommodate those who make appointments and show up on time for them.

Omg, so Ive been to some nice shops, but this one was fabulous. I went there to get a polish change on my hands and feet. Well while the tech was removing my polish she asked me when was my last fill. Mind you it was last week, she saw all the stuff that wasnt done correctly, so she corrected the flaws. She did such a good job with my hands I had to get my feet done too. Yes, I came out of there spending way more than I had planned to but it was so worth it. Well I go back yes, I just have to add a little more to my fill and pedi budget for that experience again.

Yesterday I had a pedi done here and will be my last at this place!! Unfortunately the lady who did my pedi cut me and my toe got INFECTED! Out of all the years getting pedis, this has never happened!! Beware ladies and gentlemen!

I uses to like to come here. But then i started to notice how they treat the black people differently then the others. I have noticed tjey rush my nails when there are white women waiting. They rush to help the white and asian women and make the black women wait. I have notixes this on many occasions. I will not ve going back. Sad cause i actually like the owner. Hes a nice guy but the racism is real here. Sorry no more of my money spent here.

One of the ladies tried to use the callus scrubber on my friends legs also used cuticle oil to massage her legs ... they were rude, very ruuuudddde ... Very awful experience there they charge you way too much they were very rude they wanted to work on somebody else before they even finished with me when I ask how much the guy try to say it was $30 for my feet when it was only 20 and I came in there 2 weeks nice neighborhood but they were rude in there they were speaking their language out loud very very loud everybody in there was turning around looking when I ask that lady what was her name she said her name was Evelyn that she was the owner didnt see their state license up anywhere the girl that was working on me I had to tell her about putting oil on there and putting the clear coat on she was so much in a rush to work on somebody else
