Dont recommend this place, they dont know how to do French manicure. Im very unhappy, they do a very crappy job, my nails are uneven. I hate them.

Love this place! I moved to Sacramento 3 years ago and I still only come here to get my nails done by Megan. She and her staff are always friendly and do a great job.

Today was my first day going to this mail salon and it was perfect I loved the way he attended me. He didnt go rough on my nails he asked me if I was okay after using the machine... I have had the best experience here and now I will be a consumer here 😊 nail art was fantastic I recommend all you you girls to come here it may bae a little expensive but trust me its worth it 💯

I absolutely love this place. The first time I went they were very friendly and got me in right away. I continue to go back because customer service was incredible, everyone is friendly and you get what you pay for. It’s a clean environment and very welcoming. Highly recommended! I was referred by my sister Michelle who is a long time customer. I am so pleased that I went to them. The work they do is unbelievable and everyone was so kind and accommodating. I left there feeling so happy with my nails that I cant wait to book my pedicure with sea salt rub.

Love this place. Everyone is friendly. Usually get French Tips and it always lasts longer than any other place I have been.

Some nail techs are good, some are better. The prices are good, service is attentive. It is fairly easy to get a walk in appointment.

I’m in the beauty industry myself and the 3 things I look for are: cleanliness, customer service and of course quality. First of all this place is generally clean. The restroom could use an update but who goes into a nail shop looking for the restroom’s decor. Second thing I’d like to point out is the customer service. I’ve been here twice both times were not made with an appointment and both times I was served fairly promptly. The first woman who did my fill was named Linda, very nice lady and her customer service was amazing. The second time I went back another woman did my nails and she was okay. Lastly I’d like mention the quality of the work. Both women did an amazing job. I have a problem with my cuticles getting very itchy and irritated the few days following the service but here I’ve never had that problem. Overall I give this place 4 stars

Ana did a wonderful job on my nails. She took her time and made sure everything was exactly as I wanted. Everyone was extremely friendly and they have a fantastic selection of colors to choose from. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back.

At nail creations they do a fantastic job. The wait is minimal if you dont have an appt. You feel part of the staff. The prices are very very fair. The owners megan and Bryan make you feel like part of the family.

They skimp on the pedicures and keep you waiting when they say they can take you right away. Only a couple technicians can do nails good.

This place is really good and very affordable.

I made appts for 3 people at 10:30 and when we arrived, we all had to wait half an hour because no one was available to even start on our services. While we waited, we noticed that the main lady was answering and taking appts for the rest of the day but not writing anything down. One of us only needed gel polish removal and it wasnt even done properly. Long story short, this place isnt good. Go somewhere else for quality service and a good experience. Making appts and still having to wait was enough to turn me off. If youll take any person who walks in, then say your establishment doesnt take appts.

Me and my sister went here for pedicures and they didnt spend much time on doing them and we got gel so we spent 70 here for awful service they left me waiting and i did not recive the lotion or massage i had to apply the lotion to my own feet and i mentioned it and the man who works there just said oh tell her to do it by that time i had no time and had to leave then the man spilt my sisters red bull all over her .... Horrible place

They really need a fan. Stinks really bad the nail stuff made my head hurts.

Only one girl actually knows how to do anything... Just needed one nail fixed. Pointed painted all white with some red smeared on, but no one could do it cause the only girl who can do anything was off all weekend! Seriously shouldnt be allowed to work if you cant even fix one simple nail!
