I honestly will definitely be coming back. My artist was thuy I believe and she did amazing! She has an eye for shaping and was gentle with my hands. The place was quiet with soft music playing which was enjoyable. They are patient which I also like but keep in mind my artist finished my refill set in the same amount of time as a another artist did a pedicure and another artist did a manicure. I guess the time differs from artist to artist

I went to this nail salon it was recommended by my sister and the price she paid wasnt bad compared to what I would normally pay for just myself to get my nails done or my manicure and pedicure. Yesterday I went with my daughter and she got just the regular mani-pedi with gel.I even had to come back this morning to have them fix her nails because it just came right off. Not only that I had a nail break already and I just got my nails done yesterday. In fact when I had them fix my daughters nails they tried to tell me that they charged me wrong and wanted me to pay more when I got there. I am so dissatisfied in fact that I will not be returning there to get my nail fixed Ive already went once for them to fix my daughters and I have to inconvenience myself for going back to have them fix one of my acrylicsIt absolutely was not worth the money or my time Ill continue to go where I know Im going to get quality

Needed an emergency nail fix and decided to get a fill. Customer service was ok, but the nail te h was great. My nails lasted longer than with my normal service provider.

It was good just didnt like that the person that did my granddaughter left her on her own once she finish painting her nails.

I felt the Manager toward his workers was disrespectful to were i didnt want the worker to get yelled or in trouble if I were to ask to change the color of polish that I wasnt happy or liking the way it was applied. I felt unsatisfied with the job and work for the money that was paid.

I had nail tech before corona and the closers that I was very faithful to but she left and went somewhere else, I tried other salons but wasnt satisfied so went back to magnolias and found an awesome young gentleman that did my nails, he was fast and very efficient and knew exactly how I wanted my nails...will definitely go back to him.

Every time I go here my nails are always different price makes no sense to me but I love the quality of the nails

The nail lady didn’t do a good job on my feet she had my feet looking sloppy . Charged 45.00 for nothing so I just don’t be back plus they let ppl with no mask in there so I’m they are not for me

I went in to get removal of my old nails and get a whole new set first and foremost their equipment is not sanitized they get them out of their little plastic box and and use the same nail file that they have used on a prior customer when the guy Tony was removing my old nails he made my finger bleed he broke my nail all the way back halfway down then he proceeded to glue my nail back to my finger very un- professional did not give me a alcohol to clean my finger did not clean it with anything just proceeded to glue it back to my finger then he asked what color what style I showed him what I wanted, he said we dont do that I showed him another style ombre he again said oh no we dont do that I proceeded to ask him if he can do my nails coffin he says no they are too short I told him I am paying for what I want, everything I chose oh no we cant do that or no we aint got that color or no your nails are too short there was always an excuse I will not be returning to this place, I will not recommend this place, if I could give them minus 10 Stars I would, this place is unprofessional, unsanitized, and poor very poor customer service

I’m from out of town. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. Place was clean and set up for temperature check and social distancing. I loved my pedicure/manicure and color of my nails. I’ll be back.

I got pedicure and massage was rushed and thats that I paid for extra minutes..I also got gel manicure but she didnt massage at all...if they only knew that they would have received a bigger tip if they would have done it.

Tony, is the best manicurist in Stockton. Im always pleased with his work.

I will give them the one star for the cleanliness of their shop. However, it does not make up for the quality of their work. (the old guy who sits in the back with the ClifT lip) did my nails exactly 6 days ago and they have all lifted. When I went back to complain I was told that they only give a 2-Day guarantee on all acrylic nails. $40 dollars for a 1week nail job I could have gone to Target and got some press ons. 25 years of getting my nails professional by far the worst. I should have been more patient and waited on KIM with HANNAHs NAILS

I went with my mom and asked for 2 refills. He told us ten minutes. My mom was seen in 20, which is fine because we didn’t have an appointment BUT I was left waiting for over an hour. When my mom was done, they asked if I still wanted a fill. Uh, NO thank you! Had I not been ignored for an hour and apologized to, I would not be writing this. Never coming here again. It’s not my usual spot but it’s where my mom comes. Horrible service!! They should have just said no sorry we can only take one, not just tell em 10 minutes then ignore me. Service is everything and it’s completely missing here!

Very unhappy with new management. They don’t really chat with you. They hurt when doing nails and feet.But they can sure talk and laugh with each other. Wish the lady’s that were there before were still there. Going to have to find a new place now. 😔

Made an appointment for a powder dip for my nails on my lunch break. I arrived only to be told that they don’t perform that service and the person who answered the phone must not have known that... (maybe they shouldn’t be answering the phone then!) Nothing was offered as an alternative. After driving around for another 30 minutes I found Exotic Nails. They took me as a walk-in and performed the service. I’m glad they got my business instead.

If you’re looking to get your nails done with good results, good hygiene and great service avoid this place at all cost the staff is super unprofessional they hurt my fingers when they were cutting the cuticle I politely told the lady and i guess she was offended and started rough handling my hands so I requested someone else to do them this lady then comes and brings stuff that was not sterilized to try and use them on me that’s when I was like no thank you and walked out never again! So beware of this place! Unless you want to end up with fungus do not go here! They do not practice good hygiene and they offer crappy service

I continue to have great experiences at this lovely shop. The staff is delightful and treat me like a queen during my visits. I get my eyelashes done regularly for $40 plus a free eyebrow wax. The lash extensions take ten years off my appearance. I highly recommend this shop to everyone!

Went in for an appointment and had to wait a long time and then the ladies said they couldnt do a simple nail job I was asking for. My sister and I left and went a few blocks down to a wonderful nail shop!

I give them two stars only because the staff is friendly and this is a nice/clean spot. However, I went in and paid for gel nails at $27 on a Saturday, paint was already chipping off by Tuesday. The cost is fine, but for 4 days of wear, its just not acceptable.

I just was there yesterday. The foot massage is okay. They over charged me because they didnt do the pariffin wax I asked for. I spent $78 and I was no where no satisfied. The worst part was the nail tech. She took way too long and some of my nails are crooked. They close at 7 and I was the last person there till 7:30 she didnt rush but it wasnt perfection. Which I expected for the time spent. I have been getting my nails done for 3 yrs. I have had top service and horrible. This experience was definitely one of the worse. The people were nice but I would like more efficient work.

First time I met Henry he was a great guy the only bad thing is they need to put the air conditioner on it was hot and they told the customer to not open the door so hopefully the air conditioner is on the next time so I will rate it 1-5. which 5 is good a 3😊

Im highly disappointed with the new management. The service magnolia gave before the new management was great but now its terrible. They dont interact with you. It was dead silence the whole time. Theyre all on their phones or talking and laughing with eachother but not interacting with any of the customers coming in.

Im in an appointment for 9 oclock and just because a regular customer came in without an appointment I was bumped and I was moved one chair to another other. This why we make appointment I dont care if youre been an old-time customer you were a new customer you should respect the appointment this is how you lose your clients and your customer.. I will never be back here again

Im not sure why they have to be so rude. I told them I wanted a simple design on my toes and they said yes then Im sitting on the chair getting my pedicure, 25 min later the man tells me he cant add a feather that they design on my toe. Im like why? He wont answer me. My mom asks why cant she get a design? He wont answer her. Im like excuse can I please get a design on my toe he ignores me. My sister then asks, can she get a design or not and he walks away! Umm ok... Very rude... He wont even look up at me and answer my question. With a yes or no. Very bad experience... This is suppose to be a relaxing thing to do and all inside the place everyone is yelling and getting frustrating with the staff. Very sad.

Great nail shop

I give them a 3 because they were nice, the salon was clean very relaxing environment and great customer service but they only know how to do basic nails. No one knows how to do designs rather its fancy or just something simple.. If you need a fill or a full set with just polish their good but thats all you get with them so dont expect nothing more or you will be disappointed

The worst work I have ever had.... sat here for a very long time to come out with my nails all deformed... nails are all different shapes.. rhinestones are all covered up in clear polish because he put them on right on the first coat... after that he applied the rhinestones he still put like 4 more coats so just imagine how horrible my nails look... and to top it off super hot no A/C at all just fans.... first and last time coming here

Bad service. The lady who sits by the door was very rude to me. She told mevto sit down at hee station and i told hee i wanted a certain design. She said she didnt have time. I told her i made a apointment at 11 and it was 1110. Well she said her customer was coming in 15 mins and all she can do was a fast color job. I said no. I want you to take your time. She ask me to get up and wait for another lady to help me. I said fine but your rude. So u had to wait another 30 more mins to get my nails done

Had my nails done..cute but they started popping off after 5 days.

I should have listened to the bad reviews. Went here for first time w a friend who had a gift card so decided to join. Needed a pink white ombre fill. (Powder). When the guy was done, u can see dark rings where my prior nail growth was. He tried saying its cuz i went somewhere else b4 & its a diff color powder. Bs! Thats never happened b4! & if u thought it would do that then you should have said so! He was going to put my clear gel coat over & expect me to pay the full price. I said no way these nails are so ugly. I am not paying for this horrible work. He says ok we do gel polish instead & u pay for gel. I said if you do gel color im not paying full price i want a discount because i came here for pink & white ombre not gel color. I am paying for white tip not color. Still tried telling me i have to pay full price for something i did not come there for! Then he tries to yank/grab my hand to dremel off the powder he just did! I said excuse me do not grab my hand! He said “u no pay, i take off my work”! I paid $10 for the labor of shaping & acrylic fill even though i should not havd paid anything. Went to my normal place to have them painted woth gel spent another $20. Beware before going here
