I havent been here in a few years but I used. To love getting my nails done here but its not the same anymore I know its not supposed to take. Almost 3 hours to get your nails done the person was all over the place and I paided full price for a half as job my nails I get the longest one when I get them done but the person tried to cut after I said I keep the longest and the color I wanted just 2 colors neon hot pink and neon green i wanted one pink one green you know pink green pink green pink green right simple one hand was right the other hand 2 fingers had the same exact color and they.where all bumpy and they had no design on them at all I paid full price for nothing that I wanted done just to stop the person for doing anything else to my nails but a gell clear. Coat to just so I could just go home and get out of there it was the most worst experience getting my nails done. I was disappointed truly disappointed. It used to be my favorite place but not anymore 😞

Well very disatisfied terrible job had acrylic and glue all up ovee top my cuticels paint all on. Fingers ..i had to go the next day. And pay money to get them done again.wouldnt ever go or recommand that place to anyone

Love when I get my nails done here they are so nice I go in on my days off because they do get pretty busy and I hate rushing people. I like their system they have going where 1 person does your pedicure and when thats done someone else does your manicure then they send you to another person who paints your nails. Its a system so people dont just sit around and wait. I go all the time and always recomend my friends to come try them out! Not expensive either! Thank you B for the awesome Halloween style!❤🎃

They might be cheap but nasty. I dont know how the city has not close them down.

These folks are slow, only 3 people working and have 6 customers waiting while working on 3 others. Also, the place is filthy! Never going back.....

I called to get estimate price on first time nail. The lady I spoke with was very rude!! Not going there knowing the customer service is bad! Imagine the service it self!! No Thank you!!

Im surprised the state hasnt closed this salon. Bad experience, with hygiene, the ladies were nice, but I asked for a new towel to sit on, she wanted me to sit on same towel the last patron used. Its filthy inside, I should have left.

I walked in to get my nails removed, & no one asked what i needed done. I was ignored a few times by the guy on the first chair walking in & I was told to go back tomorrow. I needed them off tonight as tomorrow is my first day for school & cant have nails. Never voming bavk it was unwelcomibg by the workers

Went there Friday August 23,2019 arrived approximately at 1:30 pm . Originally asked for a pedicure was seated and given service promptly . As I’m getting my pedicure technician asks if I’dLike my nails done I asked her if they did the acrylic ombré she told me yes they did I then asked her how much they charge she told me 35 dollars so I agreed to get my nails done . Pedicure was done beautifully no complaints there I sit under the dryer so my toes can dry a bit while waiting to get my nails started . I was told the guy would be doing my nails and I was fine with that I sat patiently and waited about 10 mins later the older lady I’m assuming the manger or owner said she was going to start my nails and he’d finish them okay fine . I sit the chair and she beings to glue to nails onto my hand the middle nail on my left was crooked so once I sat in the guys chair I toldHim and he took it off and fixed it. He began rambling on about various things I believe he was high off drugs or prescription pills because he was acting very erratic and couldn’t sit still or wouldn’t stop rambling on and on . As he’s putting my acrylic on I notice he’s applying it way to thick so I mention it to him he assures me he’s going to drill it down and it won’t be thick all while pointlessly continuing to ramble on and on while piling on the acrylic way to thick . Over an hour passes and I’ve been here at the shop for 3 hours and my nails aren’t even close to being done and he’s continuing to ramble about random things . He finally begins the ombré part but I notice he the powder he was applying was wet and it’s not supposed to be I mention it to him he again assures it’s fine at this point my patience is thinning as he continues to ramble and not paying enough attention to what he’s doing he gets closer to the end and I realize my nails look terrible the acrylic is thick the ombré acrylic powder was applied wet and it looks terrible I told him I didn’t like the nails and he begins to get loud and tell I should complain to the manager ( older lady mentioned above ) if I’m not happy and he gets up and walks to the back . By this time it’s 5:30 pm and I’ve been here 4 hours she offers to have another lady fix my nails I asked for a refund because my nails were horrible and I didnt I want to sit there any longer I had already been there over 4 hours ! She told me they don’t give refunds but she could have another tech fix them for me.I told her I have to come back because I have to pick my son up by 6:00 pm came back had to wait another 30 mins to get my nails fixed and I get in the chair she tried to fix them but they are beyond repair at this point it she tries to paint over them and it looks bad I ask her to take it off and do a solid gel color and she does o ask for a refund for the difference Whixh was 3 dollars and I got that back . But I won’t ever go back to that shop in the future horrible service wait time and no professionalism at ALL !

Prices change from what is stated, and mamasan sets the price. Expect to be there at least 3 hours, they are slow.

That was the worst nail experience Ive ever had they messed my nails up my toes up everything I would never recommend anybody going there.

They Will definitely take your business when other nail shops say no, so thats a plus!However, their polish is not the best.

Regret going here being closer to my home. The guy whom did my nails kept talking to himself and kept getting up to take a break while doing my nails. He left them big and bulky like. He didnt do all the steps normally done while doing nails. Will not return again.

The place is very small tea they have waiting for a long time also if you want pedicure and your nails are held in pauses so that no client is fenced and you are 4 stuck and a foot made. What would you do if youre like 3 hours waiting. I never return to that very bad place.
