She is VERY EXPENSIVE considering the bad job that is done. She actually hurt my toenail while removing an extension.

Over charge, didn’t even ask for gel and was charged for it.

The young lady did my nails and it was terrible the shape and the acrylic and they charged me 40 dollars.. so i went back to get them fixed, and the old lady “fixed it” very rude and still look bad, I know she did it on purpose because she did my sisters nails and they were good. I never coming back to this place again.First picture are my sisters nails. The nice ones.

The lady I got was nice, but I didn’t receive good quality nails they were 50 because of the design, but they literally lasted me a week until the gel polish started chipping off. There was no apex in the nail it was completely flat to shape.

Too pricey and bad quality! Plus since due to COVID they only offer you gel for pedicure so they charge you to get your toes done plus $15 more just for gel but they don’t tell you until the end! And usually it’s the price of the pedicure and you get the nail polish is included! Very unprofessional and they don’t take there time.

My girl and her son is my play husband I love them she does great mails and her son does wonderful work on feet🤗

4 stars because Ive been coming here for years, sometimes my nails are perfect and I love them and sometimes theyre not. Either from the color or the shape, and if I change my mind on the color, or when I ask for anything extra like to file more, or to clean around toes or nails because of extra nail polish, they get a little snippy. A couple of times one or more nails were put on crooked! When you spend about $60 on your nails and feet, you want to LOVE them every time! Over all, Ill probably return, but only if Im in the area.

This use to be the only place that I would go to. Fast forward a few years of not going and I received the ugliest nail job that I have ever had. Unfortunately I brought my daughter so I ended up paying for two of us to be disappointed. My nails are lumpy and uneven. She ground down the underside of my real nails making all my nails feel weak. My daughter has scabs on 4 of her cuticles from where they bled and after stating exactly what color she wanted received the complete opposite. Unfortunately her fingers were hurting and she just wanted out of there so she didnt complain.

The oldest short haired Asian lady takes her sweet time to apply the thinnest layers of polish so that the manicure and pedicure not only looking uneven but extremely unprofessional. She said her name was Kathy. I had to ask the owner to finish the job and she insisted to add a $5 charge on top of my service.

When I got my Mani/Pedi it was a reasonable price... They just put way to much lotion when the massage your arms, but it feels great. When I went back just for a Manicure & gel polish, no acrylic nails, it was kinda pricey.

Came here to just take off my nails (old set) but the lady didnt know what she was doing and was hurting me! Seriously?! ... if i say ouch 3 times dont you get it? Then another lady came over and she took off the rest of the acrylic. wont be coming here again. Took too long for something simple too. First time here and wont be coming back. Even an elderly lasy getting her pedicure done was telling the lady that she was hurting her too. I wont be back.

The ladies there are really nice. Except there is only 2 people working there when I went. They hurt your feet when they do pedicures the girl who was doing mine made my toe bleed and dug too deep. I was getting my acrylic nails taken off & getting another acrylic nail set put on and another customer came in and the girl doing my nails tried to hurry up and after she took my acrylics off, she left my nails how they were after ripping them off it looked horrible, my real nail under is all uneven and ripped, before putting the other set on, she did a crappy job. The new set is very thin & to top it off one of my nails broke off 2 days after getting them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS NAIL SALON !!!

They didnt do a good job at all and charged me as twice as it said without warning, they deserve minus star, and they are not clean

My nails are always done right here. They never over charge me and are very quick as well.

Horrible customer service and paid so much for something so little. Asked for diamonds and more than half came off the same exact day. Nail polish was clumpy, would NOT go here ever again!

I went In few months back and I regret it ... I spent $40 for uneven nails they were thick and lumpy ... the ladies were nice but I don’t recommend doing nails here . Pedicures are decent tho

I went in for an infill the nails turned out ok but the lady was really heavy handed with the dremal and drilled way to deep into my real nail on two fingers and they burned for 4 days after. Also the nail polish was clumpy when she was done

Lan was great! She was wonderful to talk with and get to know! She did an excellent job on my nails and will continue to see her.!!!

They will talk about you in here so unperfesonal. Had me waiting in water for a hr to get my feet done and wasnt even worth the 25$

I whent in for chrome nails I ended up getting silver glitter a half ass job cause not even my whole nail had color ..... Im so sad and disappointed..I whent in w my sister in law and( niece and daughter) bother 7 years old... they charged me 105$ I still dont see how that adds up... Not happy and not going back. !!!! Bad review . !!! And to think I tipped them an extra 10 for helping us.... Smh...

I loved the colors the put on my nails but I was upset the polish came off before Sunday. Got nails painted on a Wednesday.

Hello I went to jackies nails on 4/14/2017 and wanted to get my nails filled and this being so close to my home it would be a perfect place well I guess I was wrong the shop was very clean but the nail job NOT SO GOOD was their for less than half hour and my nails DID NOT come out the way that I had asked then when I was done it was 30.00 thats ALOT now I have to wait next friday when I get paid to have them removed and done again the ladies are very nice but I wont be back there !!!! I really would not had given even 1 star !!!!!!

My daughter an neice came in to get a full set for $27 and gel and have them shaped cut and fit and charge them both $40 to get their nails done so they paid $80 to get gel and have them shaped a 12 year old an 13 year old rip off..

I went to that place for the first time and I left very sorry, they made me a basic pedicure with gel, they didnt even remove the dry skin from my heels and they charged me $ 45, super expensive for the service they do, I will definitely not return.
