I went in to get a nail fixed that had broken off already expecting to not get a perfect match because I had originally gotten them done in my home state a couple days prior. Not only did they do the sloppiest job possible, the lady literally pried the remaining nail off with clippers instead of soaking them. DO NOT GO HERE

Ive done my nails in like 4 different places and this is the best, they last long, theyre well done and I have not took long to get them done. Its a busy place, it would be recommendable to call for an appointment but if you plan on going without one its worth going in the morning.

Have been a loyal customer up until today! Loni has been doing my pedicures for a while now and I always tip well and book appointment a month in advance! Last month she was working on 3 other clients in between mine and she needless to say did a poor poor job! Today she hurt my toe same toe twice so badly I pulled away ! She acted as if she did nothing! She did a crappie job even when I politely explained she needed to do better this time because she rushed through last month! She was VERY RUDE!! I will not go back and would tell others to run for their lives !

I’ve been here before I remember thinking the last time I was there that it seemed very rushed. Fast forward probably a good year I go there today to get a fill on my fingers and a pedicure. While what appeared to be a very new person was doing my pedicure the woman comes over and starts doing my nails. She finished my nails very quickly.She didn’t try trimming them up cleaning them up I sat there with the fingernail file while the very slow new guy was doing my toes. I pay them I get to my car a lot on my mind wasn’t really thinking just got out of there and left and it hit me… Not one time not one single time on my feet or my hands did lotion or oil get applied not once??? I will never go back.

Finally found a spot who is cheap, clean, quick and the technicians are all nice polite and attentive. On top of all that they offer dip powder😍😍😍😍

Lena did an excellent job with my pedicure. Being diabetic I need special care. Lena understood what I needed and offered suggestions that lower blood sugars. She spoke from experience. I have one reoccuring callous, again she gave a suggestion as to how to keep the area soft, I use lotion but it doesnt do much. I highly recommend Fantasy Nails... for pedi, ask for Lena.🙂🙂🙂

DO NOT COME HEREI came here around 1:30 for mani and pedis. Once I arrive they told me I had to make an appointment so I made an appointment for 3:30. I arrive at 3:20 ready for my appointment and they tell me that I did not make an appointment. However I showed them my call log and told them I was just here and they rudely told me to come back at four. I came back at 4 o’clock where they seated me at a dirty pedicure chair with ice cold brownish water in the feet part. I asked them if they could change the water and put hot water. Once I did so the lady started yelling at me and my brother telling us we can leave and how she isn’t changing any water for me. If I could give this place zero start I would. They were extremely disrespectful, rude, dirty, and unorganized. The thing that made me mad the most was people came after me and they seated them right away.

Nancy is the owner/operator of this location. She also the person that applied a new full set for $35 + $5 to have coffin shape. Nancy did a horrible job. I also had a pedicure done by Penny and while sitting there i asked if she could redo my nails and change the color.The bad customer service is that Nancy did not own up to the horrible job she did for 40.00 bucks. Instead of waiving the 10 bucks to change my nail color, she refused to accept responsibility of the horrible job she did. If i could add the pictures to for proof i would.Penny was awesome. It took another hour to make my nails as the should be.

I came in for a pedicure and my nails were rushed and before I even left the salon two studs fell off and had to be repaired. I also had my toe nails cut down to a ridiculously uncomfortable shape. They were way too low and I cant think of any reason to cut someones nails down that far. I still paid and tipped the women who did my nails but Im in awe of the lack of customer service & care. I never leave bad reviews i just quietly make a note to self not to return to that place anymore but in this case the service was so terrible I feel other people deserve a warning before coming here. My toes look terrible

I have very sensitive fingernails! Everywhere I have ever gone it hurts to get my nails done. Well not any longer because I found Fatasy nails! This is the only nail salon that I have ever been to in many different states that I’ve traveled two across the United States of America that does not hurt me and is relaxing. This is a big deal coming from me an overly sensitive person to both noise and touch. I am very thankful for fantasy nails!!! I don’t know what I would do without Fantasy Nails. In my profession of selling Real Estate I am always signing documents. So I need my nails to look pretty and professional! Thank you Fantacy nails for making me look and feel like I truly finally have both pretty and professional nails now......

It is close by and the only place I have ever had my nails done. Only 4 times in my life. The gentleman is the one that I have had the best results with as far lasting the longest. After this though Im giving up on nails. It was painful every time. Maybe thats normal but my thumb felt like a cut with salt put on it for the rest of the day and most of the next which limited the use of my whole hand. There was redness and swelling. Aspirin​ didnt help either. Maybe Im just a fake nail whimp but Ill just make do with my own if I can ever get them to grow back again. A full set was 35.00 + 5.00 tip. They look nice and last a few weeks.

I went to the smell of something burning. (Later to realize that the drill is left sitting on Hints the burning smell) Didnt let that get to me. They did my nails and then when i was finished i gave them a check (keep in mind i witnessed another lady write and give a check). I went to leave and the lady stood in front of the door not letting me leave. I assured her that it was okay and gave her my number so IF anything did go down wrong ahe could contact me. She refused to take the check. She said I dont take checks from people i dont know She made me leave my cell phone to go get her cash. Never will i go here again. Never felt so uncomfortable in my life.

Extremely rude and unable to do what they have on the website, had to explain what I wanted several times and still wasnt right. Staff are so unprofessional spent most of their time laughing obnoxiously loud making everyone feel very self conscious me uncomfortable, no uniform and do not listen to what you want, also very unhygienic used old wax and constantly double dipped. Wouldnt recommend

Needed my nails done and ended up here on a whim. I was pleased with my nails and the price.

She hurt my thumbs it bleeds a little bit but she didnt even feel bad like its normal for that to happen not going back.

Absolute worst nail experience Ive ever had! The owner took almost two hours to do my nails (pink&white). I had to tell her the whole time to fix this and that. In the end, there was pink on the white, some were more narrow than others, the length of the nail bed was different on every finger, and only one nail had a straight line. The rest were blurry, uneven, and the thickness was all over the place. When all was done I told her I was not happy and pointed out all the reasons and she basically told me too bad. No discount, no fixing, just too bad. I was forced to pay $50 for the sloppiest, rudest nail experience of my life.

I paid $40 for a horrible set of acrilic nails. The nails were falling off and chipping within a week. My service was horrible, and the manager was having HEAD LICE taken out by one of the workers in the chair next to me.

Awful. Told the guy I wanted a fill and a more almond shape had the picture right infront the whole time. He completely did c3ooked weird ugly shape...i told him it was wrong hw said itll be 3 more bucks to fix (later he didnt make me pay the three but i gave him 2 anyway because Ill never be back) i got eyelashes done here too the next day they fell off i ask for refund they said nope theu cpuld redo them but why wpuld i go through that again felt awful. They drill tooooo hard ans cut two nails. Also VERY VERY unsanitary. Extremely unclean and the owner lady was getting lice taken out her hair when the next lady came in she had her sit there didnt wash her hands nothing theae people just want mkney no passion at all and ive noticed racist against blacks they have hella pics of people whove stolen from them theyll be outta buisness soon enough. Dont go here.

I just went to get my first set of fake nails and it started off great with a pedi by Brittany and when she started to do my set another lady approached correcting her which was ok but when the lady sat down and took over I felt was to freakin much. Me and Brittany were in a good convo and made me feel comfortable and knew what I wanted, after proceeding with my nails when it came to my design she didnt do what I asked and as soon as another lady was ready for her set she passed me on to yet ANOTHER DIFFERENT LADY who had to fix my design and finish AND THEN had the audacity to charge me $45, which I would of mind if I wouldnt of been passed on and not treated like and UNWANTED CUSTOMER. For me and my boyfriends date night not what I expected. I WILL BE RETURNING BUT I WILL MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH WHO I WANT TO DO MY NAILS THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH!!!!
