Simple green yard urine was not available. But i got help to find something that could work. Also still got the gallon of simple green cleaner. It wasnt a convenient sprayer for yard but still good stuff.

Can always find cheap wood for DIYS and home projects. Wish they had a workshop to cut specific amount of wood since we don’t need all of if sometimes.

Handicapped vet who recently had knee surgery couldnt get help out with this.But at least they have veterans parking.

Terrible service and time frame. I purchased Cabinets, Counter tops and sink to remodel kitchen. In March of 2021. Said the job would be complete in August. Cabinet were delivered in June so we advised to demothe kitchen, come to find out 3 cabinets were broken by a third party company. We’ve going on 3 months no kitchen, no sink, no water no stove, no cooking, Nothing. Cabinet finally get installed last week of July, was just informed TODAY! counter will not be completed this month! This is ridicules, inconsiderate and inconvenient not to mention expensive having to eat out, purchase groceries to eat daily, tired of sandwich’s! coffee pot in restroom, washing dishes in bathroom sink. And still waiting. Having to call and speak to several departments, Install department, cabinet company, delivery company, granite company and customer service. To be place on hold for 55 minutes, just to get disconnected and have to call back and be place on hold again. Their has been a few employees who heard me out and were understanding, but yet still no kitchen! I should have gone to the cabinet company on Fremont street! Or HoneDepot!Hired of no kitchen.

The customer service was good. I was not able to locate what I needed. The staff is friendly and patient and knowledgeable.

Great customer service. They can tell you where things are that which you are looking for. They help you carry out your heavy things. Not too mention the prices arent too shabby either.

I enjoy coming here for the variety of plants but they are dehydrated, you can see the dirt is so dry. Water the plants please.

Love is very knowledgeable I love Eric and theres a lot of associates that are polite knowledgeable in the areas theres a lot that are not so just pray that they keep the ones that are really knowledgeable open-minded to learn more for the veterans but as always being very respectful good prices and their secret corners in that shop that no one knows about as far as wood refrigerators things that have little things and dance that can be sold for a fraction of the cause

Well...... it was no different than any other visit to any Lowes really....... I always appreciate how orderly everything is and relatively well labeled. But today was interesting because I was dealing with lumber and in particular lumber that was quite a bit large and heavy. Now you would think that if several employees are walking by you, seemingly without much to do.... whether they themselves could offer to help me or if they could get somebody to help me...... not one person helped or offered assist. Now, normally as a big person if Im dealing with a few 2x4s not only do I not need the help but I dont expect anybody to ask.......but when dealing with 2x8x16s, as in 16 feet long, call me old school but I kind of expected somebody to offer to help or find someone who could. Today Lowes felt short in that regard. Ill still go there but Ill probably make sure to bring somebody with me.

You really went above and beyond and did more than needed. This gentlemen deserves a raise and applaud for his overall customer service skills. He is the only reason I am editing my review! 5 stars for him, 3 stars still for Lowe’s.Didn’t get any help with 15 80lbs bags of cement, another customer helped me. Store is usually pretty busy and lots of stuff laying around. I understand that employees are constantly on the go and the customers are the ones who leave things on the floor but still...if an employee sees something that could be a hazard for customers or themselves then it should be picked up. I’m not looking for clean or perfection but less walking hazards.

Lowes has come along way to complete with HD. Prices are very fair. But they definitely need more tellers to check out. No one is helping check out. No live tellers anywhere. Not in garden or customer service. Only 2 machines in self checkout so there is a 15 min wait just to pay.

Parents had issues here. Some lady told my mother her kind was not welcome here during the covid so I wouldnt come if I didnt have to. Ofc no one did anything or try to fix the problem.

I love Lowes great prices large variety but I missed my people didnt see you guys around. And someone really needs to get to watering the plants I bet at least 40% of the plants were dead or dying all they need is water. Water is one source of there survival come on step up.

Where to begin. Oh yeah, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!On 6/1/2021Lowes associate, Lane (older white male), at the East Hammer Lane store #1545 in Stockton, CA should be fired. Not only was he rude and unprofessional when we asked him for help in finding then retrieving a product, he was verbally abusive.First, when my husband approached Lane in a different department and asked him for help in locating doorbells, Lane was rude and unfriendly.Second, Lane took about 15-20 minutes to come to the aisle after having been called 3x by 2 separate associates that help was needed in his department.Third, when Lane finally arrived, he argued with my husband who after waiting 15 minutes went himself to bring one of the step ladders over from another aisle. Lane then proceeded to yank the ladder several times to try to get it out of my husbands hands. My husband tried to reason with Lane that hed push the step ladder literally the last 3 feet into the aisle and then Lane could retrieve the product from the top shelf for us. Lane then threatened that he was going to call a manager on a device he was holding to which we insisted he actually do. I later discovered he never did.Last but not least, after Lane reluctantly retrieved the table saw we requested from the top shelf and then shoving it into my husbands hands, my husband walked away with my 5yr old daughter. Lane then turned, as I was still standing there in the aisle, to walk away and said loud enough for me to hear, GO TO HELL!Honestly I was going to chalk it up to Lane having a bad day, but after hearing his last words, I instead went straight to SCO and asked for a manager. Thats when Buena arrived. I explained in detail what had just transpired. Buena was very nice and apologetic about the whole incident. She took my statement and assured me she would be filing a report. I did not reply to Lanes comment.Even though Lane could not show any professionalism while employed at Lowes, I would as a customer.Never in my life have I been so rudely and unprofessionally treated by any business. How do you let your employees get away with treating not just a return customer, but a family that way? You claim youre committed to helping homeowners, renters and Pros improve their homes and businesses. Yet that is not what I experienced on 6/1 at the East Hammer Lane store. You claim your associates have deep home improvement experience and training, and can give you the expert advice you need to do your project right. From urgent repairs to your dream remodel, we designed our business to be there when you need us most. Yet when we needed help, we were greeted instead with disdain and treated as if we were worth the time to be helped. As if we were a bother.I am beyond saddened, insulted, and disappointed. Found evrthing i needed good customer survice

I was really disappointed. When I got there, there were no shopping carts available. A customer spotted one and told me about it. It had not been sanitized. Lucky for me I always carry sanitizing twelettes and I sanitized it myself. I also saw some customers not wearing a mask. I think this is careless and negligent on the part of Lowes management to not comply with the CDC mandates. As I was checking out some products, someone took out my items from my shopping cart and took off with my shopping cart. Although inappropiate and rude, this is a result of management not doing their job in ensuring customers are provided with sanitized shopping carts. When I was ready to pay, there were only three customers in front of me. The cashier took a very long time to assist the customer in front of me. When I looked behind me, the line was so long, I couldnt see the end of it. Again, this is a reflection of the lack of professionalism on the part of management.

Employees not very helpful on directing or helping me on what I needed I struggle finding a filter for my purifier.

After too many terrible experiences at Home depot, Walking into this store is a breath of fresh air. Everything is neat and clean. Lumber was organized with prices and sizes. I was asked if I needed help not only loading up, but several times while I was shopping. Looks like Im a Lowes man now, keep up the good work!!!

Dont recommend it. all employees park in the front gives you a hard time to look at the sheds and they are very lazy dont want to help and are very expensive. Its unbelivabel. And when i left the store my wife told me that the workers where talking about my autistic son that we shouldent bring him there.

One of the best things about being at Lowes is the fact there are so many kind, polite workers who helped me find what I needed. After my purchase, I came home and realized I forgot one item I had purchased. So I drove back, with my receipt in hand, and went to their customer service counter. As soon as I stepped up to the counter, a young girl who had helped bag my purchase saw me and she knew why I came back. So she checked my receipt because they are required to do so, then said, I was hoping you would come back. She was so sweet. It was a very pleasant experience shopping at Lowes.

A typical big Warehouse type home improvement store I was very distressed to see a lean-to with sod rolls in it that were dried up and dying in the Sun from lack of water which should not be the case given that theres somebody who is job it is to water all the plants and other such things in the nursery.

Twice I have not been able to get a service person while waiting over a half hour when looking to spend about1 thousand dollars, no more Lowes for me, go to Home Depot.

Jeannie in appliances worked her butt off trying to get me the new fridge I wanted. Unfortunately, she was unable to do that. I NEEDED a fridge asap, as my current one was no longer working. I ended up getting a different fridge, higher priced than I wanted, but did save $400+/-. Im totally satisfied with the assistance I received.

I was lead by GOD to come here.I wished I had the guys name who helped me.....I was in search of a particular item....that wasnt in stock via on line or I checked 6 various stores (1 other Lowes).....I called this store....No ANSWER.....I found something similar to the item I was looking for..(+$50 higher)....as I drove to go purchase....God said, Even though Lowes didnt answer the phone, go by there..SURE ENOUGH 👍....there was a guy on the actual aisle, I inquired...he showed me the EXACT ITEM I had been searching 2 days for...I didnt have a cart...he even stopped what he was doing (I usually cant find someone to HELP me less ....STOP ✋).....he got a cart. Help load. AMAZING 👏 I purchased 4 of the items. Thank you ANTIOCH LOWES

Give them 3 stars because the store is clean and looks nice. I checked the internet to make sure the item I was looking for was in stock. It said there were 12. The store associate could only find one. We found something else that was sufficient but not what I was looking for. Associate informed me that their stock is always messed up because stupid people work there.

Limited staff to assist if you have questions right now. Wasn’t super busy though so could easily find what you are looking for as long as you have the app on your phone.

You can never find help I this store and if you do, they very rarely know what to do to help you!!

No complaints from me. Ive gotten everything of relevance to me here without hiccups to include storage bins, spray paint (primer, regular, and finish), PVC pipes my arts and crafts and a bunch of other things. The customer services here is not helpful! They dont take the time to help customers find what they need. Ive asked two employees where to find some butane fuel for my portable stove..one point me to tools and then I asked another and he points me to the grills. Ive walked the whole store and still couldnt find what I needed. Customers satisfaction 0.

Recently moved to primarily shopping Lowes instead of Home Depot because of their support of mlitary and veterans. I now get 10% off everyday instead of seven days a year.

I placed an order a gas dryer they told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks to deliver I been waiting for 3 months they gave me the run around sending me a notice saying it would be delivered on a Friday last week never came I called they said Monday it never got delivered its Wednesday I had to go get a refund now I got to go and get a dryer from elsewhere waiting 3 months to too much

I was hoping to find the plants still on sale and healthy to plant. The selection was good. Had to rush but with the help of some friends, I did get a good start on what will be planted for this project. It was an outstanding sale.

Always neat, sometimes hard to find an employee to ask for help. But, the best part? I can bring my dog in with me! And as long as you have a well behaved pup, you can too!

As a rule, home improvement stores tend to need a little improvement.This particular store was chok full of runaway associates. Their app says they have a part I need. I go out of my way to go that store.Not only do they...Not... update their app inventory but I had the displeasure of asking, Three different employees to call someone for the department that I was in so that I might receive some help. After, Thirty minutes waiting I left.I would not recommend their East, Stockton store.

Bill in appliance- horrible customer service! Rude, condescending, entitled attitude. States he cant answer any of my questions because he doesnt know anything? Then he walks around with his hands behind his back, sits with his arms folded. Terrible. I should have taken my business elsewhere if not for Devon. Good guy. But next time? Im going elsewhere. Never had anyone give me this type of attitude anywhere. In a business where customer service is needed, this type of person will only drive them away.
