The key kiosk was very easy to use and it was easy to find and the keys came on time and they worked perfectly very happy with the service I would always recommend to use the key kiosk to anyone who needed to recopy keys

I locked my car and house keys in the car so you can imagine what a reck that was.., I called this company and they sent out the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL person Ive even dealt with in my life. This man was completely rude, told me to “hurry” up when I advised I was down the street due to having to get a ride from my sister. When I got there in less then 5 min upon arrival he was completely rude from start to finish. Asked me if I even “HAD” the $80 upfront to get my car unlocked as Im giving him my debt this man continued to be extremely rude. To the point I told him this is NOT how you handle a professional /transaction and took my card back and advised him I will not be treated this way as a customer. He then proceeded to get his his car not even close his door pulls up to my sisters car with my 3 and 5 yr old nephew to then state racial slurs. I absolutely will not and DO NOT recommend this business to nobody if they hire people like this.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER THEY SEND A GUY OUT IN A PRIUS WHO HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING HE GETS A SHARPIE PEN AND A SCREWDRIVER AND STARTS TRYING TO OPEN MY DOOR WITH FORCE AS I NOTICE HE SCRATCHED MY PAINT OFF MY VEHICLE I LET HIM KNOW HE SCRATCHED MY PAINT AND HE PROCEEDS TO SAY I DONT HAVE THE RIGHT TOOLS THIS IS NOT MY CAR ! SO UNPROFESSIONAL !!!AS I ASK FOR A DISCOUNT FOR THE FACT THAT HE DAMAGED MY CAR HIM AND HIS BOSS WHO HE HAS IN THE PHONE REJECT TO GIVE ME A DISCOUNT THE GUY TAKES MY KEYS GETS IN HIS CAR AND STARTS HIS CAR AND DEMANDS FULL PAYMENT AND THREATENING TO LEAVE WITH MY KEYS IF PAYMENT IS NOT GIVEN !! THIS IS THE WORSTT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE EVER I WILL BE CONTACTING BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUS TO REPORT THIS COMPANY FOR DAMAGING MY CAR AND NOT OWNING UP TO IT AND FOR TAKING MY KEYS HOSTAGE THREATENING TO LEAVE WITH MY KEYS . DONT NOT CALL THEM YOUR BETTER OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!

So far, it was good. I love the idea. I bought three different keys. One was delivered right at the machine. The other two are being sent to me. So Ill know when I see them. As to the car key, it was unclear whether I was going to receive the full electronic key, or just the metal key which would let me in the door but not be enough to start the car. I took the chance, but if I do not receive the electronic key, I will be disappointed because it cost $90.

This company is bizarre! How convenient is it to copy my key ANYWHERE (where theres a kiosk) and at any time! 7/11 is where I went, and that place is open foreveeeeer. The whole process was so simple yet so secure. I loved every second of it. And I just downloaded the app and fell in love some more. ^__^
