I love everything at Planet Fitness. Beauty Gel Hydrogel and chair massage The 30 minute fitness workout is goid when you have limited time to work out. I love to go here everyday but my coach told me yo do the workout every other day.. The staffs are so polite and helpful. I am recommending this gym with my family and friends.

Only use this gym for cardio. They have so many machines that it never gets crowded. This important to me because of Covid 19. Id like to stay healthy and safe from any type of illness. Risky to go in and workout next to others but overall I feel comfortable here. I see the employees doing a great job sanitizing machines and keeping everything Covid free. Thank you.

So I finally got brave enough to go back to the gym. Not too much has changed. Same low cost which is great. Some folks wear mask (I do) and others dont. But it hasnt been crowded the days and times that I go. Folks pretty much try and keep distance. Just wipe down your equipment before and after, and have a great workout!

Shower:After using a few facilities, I found out that some provide liquid soap and some dont.Otherwise, well maintained, organized, clean facility with fairly new equipment... and friendly staff.I forgot my mask but one was provided for me upon entering. Thanks.

Love this gym. The gentleman at the front desk in the early morning is always really polite and welcoming. Since starting they hardly have any broken equipment. The last gym that I was with always had broken equipment. Its never hot inside and not really crowded during the time that I go. The machines are clean and well maintained. My only complaint would be that there are no toilet seat covers. I was a little surprised they didnt have any in the stalls, but other than that, Im really happy with my membership.

Great spot, love the atmosphere. Not crazy crowded even at peak.

A couple of machines are out of order, but there are 2 of both of them. Other than that, its about average for planet fitness. Has a TRX area, unlike a couple of other locations nearby.

I go to that gym to get a good work out & I always come out amazed.

Im a black card member and this isnt my home gym but their showers are not up to par they cannot keep a constant temperature my 5 minite shower went cold over 6 times

Make sure your cancellation goes through. I just called to find out why Im still getting charged after not being there for over a year, and cancelling when i did leave. The person who was supposed to cancel me didnt do it right and i started getting charged again. I was just told that they dont do refunds, which is only insane because it cant be a refund if you were never supposed to charge me in the first place. I was told the manager would take a look and get back to me but what I got was a confirmation letter for my cancelled membership dated today. Two stars because they do have functional gym equipment.*Edit to update: I did get my refund of 3.92 even though the most recent charge was 39.00. Would like to reiterate for the response i got from the Onwer that I was told the supervisor would call me (with the phone number i gave for that specific purpose) and i never received such a call. I dont need it, but it hardly makes sense to recommend i call a supervisor when I did call, asked for a supervisor, was told the supervisor would call me back, and then did not receive a call despite acknowledging my call by sending me an incomplete refund.

This place is great! Nice open space, clean workout areas and restrooms. There are so many perks for members and the plans are so affordable. Helpful, friendly staff. Very supportive atmosphere. Bagels for members on the second tuesday of the month. Pizza for members on the first monday of the month. Such a great, supportive atmosphere.

I would not recommend getting a gym membership with Planet fitness. Theyll tell you that you can pause your account, for any reason, but when you try to pause your account, theyll tell you that you need a physicians note. Keep in mind this is not the same thing as canceling the account, this is a separate practice. Anyways they try to pull a fast one on you in order to get you to sign up for a membership, theyre misleading, Ill definitely be going back to 24 Hour Fitness. 0/10, would not recommend this facility or this company.In response to the reply:Thank you for taking the time. It means a lot to me.I am still a member. I have paid all of my dues and will continue to do so. Although, if this is how you treat customers, which seems to be the case, Im glad to take my business elsewhere. I would think as a publicly traded company, with so many locations, and a plethora of bright employees, you would have a better response for one of your patrons that only wants to pause their account, not cancel it. In any case, 24 Hour Fitness is looking great. Thanks again for taking the time to respond.

This place was shut down cause of covid for a while and during this time the annual membership expired but they werent open to come in and cancel or send a letter in wouldnt do any good either. (The only ways you are allowed to cancel a membership for some reason). So because its on the gym and not on the customer in that situation it would cancel out at the end of the 12 month term. But shady businesses dont take responsibility and so as soon as the restrictions get eased up this place opens up it starts billing again with no notice of any kind.Fast forward a couple months and the first letter sent in some how doesnt make it the couple miles to their location so the next month following another is mailed before the next withdrawal is scheduled to take place. To no surprise they bill again even tho when going into the location on the same date that it is withdrawn from the bank account this time, reveals that the account has been canceled (meaning the gym got the second letter with the date of termination authorization). So when asked why after receiving a cancelation is it still billed for the month to come the counter employee says that it is set up in their system that a week prior to the withdrawal it is set to take it out and that they cant cancel the COMING BILL even if your cancelation is already in effect and the membership is now invalid.It doesnt fall on the customer if planet fitness billing system isnt effectively taking into account the date of cancelation and adjusting accordingly. Taking funds from someone that has closed their account before the next billing period is theft. And it is no excuse that the automated billing doesnt take all parameters into it accurately. If the new billing period isnt in effect for another 1-7 days people should be able to not get billed cause the date has not come yet and the cancelation date has. They can cancel the membership at that date but cant cancel the withdrawal of funds at the same date?This is also after not using any services for over ten months - but thats on the customer; if they sign into an agreement and dont partake in the options available to them. And also past the 12 month term that has additional cancelation fees associated with it. This is the second time Ive witnessed this company do this to people (in two different locations).The bank is opening an investigation into this but it wont change the shady practices in place at this location and others. This didnt even happen to me but to someone close to me that has fallen on hard times because of the shut downs and doesnt have money for these crooks to steal. Even if they did - this shouldnt happen to anyone. Consider yourself warned.

The staff are great! Its clean and well kept. Its a great place to work out and not be judged. I really like seeing people of all ages and sizes working out and bettering themselves. Like I said, with no judgement!

Worked out only 2 days and I love this place, it’s clean, no weights on floor. Needs a bench press machine, but I didn’t use the one at my old gym. .

Went to get a workout today before work 5 am. Nobody opened the door.. The other 5 people there said he sleeps in there all the time.. The employee who drives the bmw should be written up for this

Visit this location at least 4 days out of my busy week for a great workout. Very clean facilities. And respectful staff. Great experience overall. Worth what you pay.

Equipment needs maintenance...

Water stand not working for two month now, quotes on the walls are gay, color on the walls and machine gives a cold feeling. I have always love working out but in this place, it makes me wants to get out of there asap. Also, I asked where they kept their scale and they dont believe in them so they are no scales in this place. No preacher curls bench, not even one, and last but not least, no toilet shields on the restrooms (at least the woman restroom., not sure if men had them in their restrooms). Is cheap but you pay for what you get.

Love my gym!!! Now if they will just reopen so we can get back to business.

I received the best service today! Im a newbie to the whole gym thing. Jay was so friendly, charming, knowledgeable & made me feel welcome. I really enjoyed my tour with him. He made me feel I made the right decision joining Planet Fitness. The gym looked great as well. Lots of equipment. Kudos to Jay & Planet Fitness!

Very good. Clean and always with fresh cool air circulating. Staff it’s outstanding. All these kids are always friendly, keeping themself busy in a conscious way. Members are respectful. All for a great price! Best money I’ve spent in a long time!

Didn’t have bad experience before till today. This is not my home gym but it is a gym I’ve been to two times before. people that were working today weren’t really welcoming, the women’s bathroom was not clean friendly at all not even the showers witch should ALWAYS be clean. Ever shower stall I saw was dirty and even saw some bugs. As someone who loves planet fitness it was disappointing to see the women’s locker room and bathroom area dirty. Also want to point out it wasn’t that busy so the people working there witch were about four people one out of the four that was a female could of done some cleaning.

I love coming late at night when barely anyones there. I love how cheap they are and I always get a great workout here. Sometimes I get in the massage chair after my workout and it always seems to make me feel amazing at the end of a long day.

The employees dont even follow their own rules posted on website. ill be canceling ASAP.

Im still being charged for a membership I didnt personally sign up for. Spoke to Daisy this morning she was no help. She said since it was done online Im liable for the 21.99 a month plus the 39.99 I already paid this year. A total of $192.93. Ive never been here!! Not to mention they want me to pay them another 58.00 to cancel the contract. I will not use them ever!!! Also..owner or whomever you are do not post a condescending remark on my post like you did all the other negative reviews. People need to hear the truth!! *Update still being charged now on credit card twice a month

Clean, organized, safe.

I got very little assistance when I tried cancelling and asking questions over the phone, my arm was broken at the time and they said I had to come in to cancel. I finally get a ride to the gym to cancel and they charge me for the next month after I tell them Im leaving over my injury. Which makes no sense to me to charge me for another month that i cant use because of said injury. I ended up finding out I could have cancelled my mail which would have been amazing to find out the very first time I called and asked for help cancelling. Terrible customer service if you ask me, force me to come in to your gym while I cant drive to cancel just to tell me I have to be charged for another month that cant be used.

I love this gym and everything about it. Its got incredible machinery and people there are generally very clean and clean the equipment after use. Maybe not always but the employees stay on top of the cleaning too and that is a noble effort on thier part. I enjoyed my time of working out there.

The March Ln facility is my favorite. Its always clean, the staff is always friendly, and they do their best to make sure you get everything you need without having to pay an arm & leg for it. Plus no contract! Win win

I really love it here! Randy, Jay, Daisy, and Adrien are all amazing, they go above and beyond to help with no hesitation. The other staff members are great too but these four are my favorites because they are truly kind, helpful, and are always smiling. Good job Planet Fitness on picking your staff members. The gym is very clean from the workout floors to the restrooms and massage and tanning areas, all disinfectants and paper towels are easily obtainable and well stocked. The layout is great and you have a great variety of equipment for your workouts. I guarantee you wont be disappointed with your membership.

Showers arent as nice water goes hot cold hot cold

Gym is clean and has pretty much every machine youd need for a good workout. Lots of treadmills. Gets pretty packed. Workers are nice.

Ive been going to PF for 3 years and was good at first, now most of the treadmills are not working properly. Belts are loose, plugs for headphones dont work. I dont understand how the staff doesnt hear the noises most of the equipment makes??? Cleanliness?? Even when one tells the staff about issues, they dont get corrected. Staff just hanging out I guess!!

I love Planet Fitness as most people are tending to their workouts or perfecting their personal routine. No one bothers anyone because it is understood that it is not a social club. The facility is probably the best you can find given him the reasonable cost of joining the club. I would say it was first rate overall with everything a person needs to get in shape

Used my black card to go into this gym. Very clean gym. Plenty of cardio machines and weights. Actually hopped in to a class with the trainer whom was very friendly and approachable. I didn’t catch his name but did 2 classes back to back with him. He was very professional and demonstrated interest in ensuring your posture was correct while working out. I have attended multiple PFs in our region and he is one of my fav trainers in the area. Will definitely come back when in this area to attend classes.

I go there 4 exercise. Med size. Theirs tread mills, bikes, elliptical, weight area, stairs, massage chairs, n tan room. Etc.... its nice I like it.

Said it was open, but its not. It said that Sept 15 it was closed Sept 16 it said open and I arrived, but it was closed

I got a Planet Fitness membership in April. I signed a contract stating the monthly fee would be $19.99 per month. Shortly after signing the contract, I found out I was pregnant and was having medical problems so my doctor put me on bed rest. The gym would not allow me to cancel my membership when I tried to and stated that I had to pay a $60 fee to cancel. I felt this was very unfair. To make matters worse, I went to sign onto my bank account and saw that my card was overcharged. I thought this was odd because Im very responsible with my bills and had enough money in my account to cover all my expenses. I noticed that Planet Fitness had been charging my card $34.99 per month every single month since I started my membership. I called them on the phone to ask what happened. They said that they couldnt find my account so they charged it a late fee. How can they charge a late fee to the bank account they cannot find? This doesnt make any sense to me. So I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager would be in on Saturday morning from 9am-12pm. However, when I showed up during this time, Johnny told me that Leslie, the manager, had changed her hours last minute and would not be in until 1pm. They have not resolved my issue and I am writing this review to warn others about what is going on so it does not happen to them.

Definitely nails the no judgement zone vibe. Always quiet as people are minding their own workouts, equipment is always clean and working and they have great music playing all the time.

I love this place. Great plan prices, Clean quiet gym and best of all no body shaming. You can work on yourself without being bothered at all.

I’ve been going to planet fitness for a couple years now and I got really excited when I heard they we’re changing the inside around . When they finally finished it was just new equipment replacing the old nothing else new about it . I really wished they had more free weights and better leg equipment. When I told manager about my suggestions he said they sont want to attract that type of crowd . Which I don’t get because I’ve seen other planet fitness’s have better equipment . I know they don’t want meatheads in their gym but how are people truly supposed to improve themselves if there’s a weight limit they carry .

Theyre always adding new equipment. I love that theyre the only gym in town with tanning machines too. They should give up the food they give for free every month though and let us meet with nutritionists instead.

What I like about this location is its a nice diverse group of people. Very inviting with no judgement. Very clean the staff is friendly. There is enough circulating air and plenty of machines even at their busiest times.

I would not recommend going to this gym. The customer service is unacceptable and unprofessional. They are not educated on their fitness insurance programs and don’t care to provide accurate information. I was turned away from working out even though they are listed as my #1 gym in my program. The front desk kids are rude...and apparently no managers were present for questioning. Don’t wast your time. Crunch fitness is around the corner.

Cant beat the price. They offer all of the essentials necessary for a great monthly rate. The staff seem a little young and are slightly on the immature side but not all of them. Most of the staff is very professional and friendly.
