Nobody wants to answer the phone, if u go to the store u have to get in line sometimes u have to wait outside

Poor customer services. Does not allow 2 family member to enter. Low exchange rate. Have customers wait in hot cars for 30 to 45 minutes waiting to be called in.

Nobody helps you to unload your boxes and no call no show for the date that they supposed to pick up
