Best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. Elmer was extremely patient and accommodating when doing my fingerprints (sorry for my sweat problem). The business IS done in a residential home, but it was very professional and it was a pleasant experience overall. Thanks again Elmer!

Had a hard time finding a fingerprinting place, so I called and left a message and within the hour I recieved a call back for an appointment the same day which was really convenient for me. Did I find it a little sketchy that its out of a residential home? Yeah at first but it was easy to find and when you walk in you see that he has it set up as professional as you could in there with his licenses and certificates framed on the wall. The guy was nice and accommodating and after 2 days Ive already been approved for what I needed the fingerprints for so overall highly recommended. Why cant somebody run there business out of their home? Dont knock him for that.

I had a conversation back and forth with Elmer. He was very accommodating and flexible with my schedule. He provided timely service. I will be going back to him for other services in the future.

Don’t waste your time, they don’t answer the phone they will text you and ask that you text them but won’t respond after that. People are trying to get jobs and these clowns holding up the process.

I believe they’re too busy to have any new customers they don’t answer the phone They Reply with a text message saying they’ll call you backBut never call backThen you text them back and they get upsetI believe it’s also out of someone’s house
