If you wanna be treated rude just give em a quick call. Whoever answers their phone is highly unprofessional and just blatantly rude. Regardless if it’s morning or you’re having a bad day it’s a business and they should act accordingly.

They are the best staffing company that Ive ever worked for. Very dedicated to helping there employees especially the on-site Alida she gos above and beyond to make sure all your questions are answered, shes very professional.

Well the people I have worked with at this company are rude and condescending towards it’s employees. They also don’t listen to any requests. The work is incredibly hard, in the heat for 10 to 14 hour days 6 days a week. Plus we have to work on Labor Day at regular pay. Nothing about this company is good. The only reason I’m still working for them is because my boss at the company I work at asked me.

Times are bleak. Id recommend to act fast and visit as this beats the online job board. Was in and out and within a day I had a job. And the staff were very kind as well. Had no issues during the process.

Been working through full steam for a year now great place to find work. Very nice ladys in the main office as well as on site.

DO NOT WORK HERE. They will try to not pay you for orientation. Called and they said you dont get paid for orientation because you didnt work the assignment then when I mention the Fair labor standards act (FLSA) they said to come pick up my check at end of day. Very glad i didnt stay with them. There are way better agencies out there. Not to mention i said i wouldnt accept min wage and they threw min wage in my face.

Monica allways gets me the right job she is helpful nice and she will help u get a job. When i frist went i apply online then drug test then a video. I got a job the same day. Are the next day I got a job. They are very nice and will help u get the right job. They asks what kind of job u are looking four i told them warehouse and got a job. Just wish they had something this year four me to work still looking four work but will keep trying to get a job here best staffing place I know of so far.

A friend told me to go to Full Steam to find work, I went in and did the application. Immediately after the woman interviewed and mouth swabbed me only to tell me they had no work for me. I came back a week later and mentioned the specific job my friend had told me to ask about and I was working the next week. However, it seemed like they were only giving jobs to people who already knew about them. Nice people, but if I didnt know of the job already they would be getting one star.

Great place to fined a job at just wish they had more opening soon so I can work waiting on them to call me:) best place I know of to get a job fasted very nice ladys here in the office. Will keep trying to get a job here. 👍

The main staff at Trader Joe’s are not letting the warehouse workers know that they have the coronavirus and are hiding it from their employees but their supervisors are not at work they’re working from home but they’re not letting their employees now

DO NOT APPLY at Full Steam!!! I just quit my position at Dome Printing in Mclellan, CA and was to pick up my last two checks at the site where I normally pick it up. Prior to the day I was supposed to get paid I received a text message stating my check would be put in the mail and I would have to wait to receive my hard earned money. They dont even have a physical office here in Sacramento, California and the lady, Nancy, who is the Sacramento Rep is extremely rude, unprofessional and uncomfortable to deal with. When I tried to call the Stockton office they didnt help, they just routed me back to her. I worked my butt off for this company, working 7 days a week for several weeks in a row only to be mistreated when it was finally time for me to move on. This is how they treat their employees when they are no longer of use. Do not...I repeat...DO NOT APPLY at this Ghetto agency. Find one with class and professionalism or else youll regret it.

There not professional enough not only that theyre quick not to pay you on time but yet quick to fire you for making a report at Trader Joes warehouse so they can just keep there contract with the company intact. They wont investigate wrongful doing they wont their employees but would protect their contract with the company their not in your best interest

I have been working with Full Steam Staffing for a little over two years when you go into the office on March Lane their personality is beautiful theres always a crowd of people and it seem like everyone gets a job I love Full Steam Staffing however when it come to the liaison thats placed at our site that I now work at its very very difficult for her to answer questions shes evasive one information you have to ask more than once I just wish that she had a little more training

I used applied with them back in 2013 thru 2014 for Qbr Brakes then the company closed down and moved to Mexico. I was layoff but they say they will find me another job for me but never did until today Feb. 27, 2017 I reapply. When I walked in it seems these recruiter doesnt know what theyre doing. First they put you on the computer to fill out your application then when youre completed you have to do a 20 min. personality survey. Now Im thinking since I applied there before when it was on Pacific it wasnt on there that time so why now?? So when I completed the survey it said We are unable to meet your criteria for your position. I was confused and ask the recruiter about the survey. Then she said a recruiter will talk to you and have seat. The funny thing was the recruiter I talk to first was telling me Are you here to apply for a job?I said no I got done with my the application online and I was supposed to talked to you about the position Im applying for and she looked at me like she dumbfounded. Then she called me up to her desk to check my application and then she said you did not pass the survey so I cant offer you any job. The worst thing she said to me was you cant apply here anymore. I said WHAT? Thats ridiculous I never heard a recruiter ever say that to me when apply for a job. So all you job seeker out there dont apply here cause its a waste of time and these people are unprofessional and rude and have no business running this temp agency.

I have been to many agencies including in lathrop by far this one is the best i have been to!! I recently went in in May12 2017, As soon as I walked in the door i was greeted by all of their staff very nice clean and friendly.. i was helped by Diana.. she helped me with everything i needed explained everything in great detail.. i was called by the 14th and started work the 16th!!!! Very quick process!

I went to this company last year and they did got me a job but after a week they told me I cant work there no more. why? dont know and plus I went to ask them ladies and they didnt even know why they stopped me! very rude people I asked the supervisors and they said I couldnt work there because supposedly I was sick, sick of what? thats dumb and discrimination right there. And later on was told because I didnt pass the test like really there was 2 ladies next to me and they passed the test and they copied my answer and then was told because of the drug test like girl I dont even do drugs never in my life has done drugs their stupid and excuse my language but thats what they are rude, discrimination and dumb people. Honestly!

Full steam will get you a job at Trader Joes warehouse, but my advice to you is to avoid Nicole in the cubicles as much as possible. Shes stuck up and rude to the employees, and if you dare stand up for yourself when shes disrespecting you she will go out of her way to get you fired. Shes a terrible person, power hungry and egotistical.

Very rude I came in and instead of helping me they were talking about her 17yr old daughter and her personal problems and love life there was a long line of people waiting very unprofessional except the lady at the middle front desk she was helpful the other two ladies wouldnt stop talking about there personal life keep that at home or on break be more professional

This staffing agency is trash.. Ive been on the so called waiting list for a month and a half. I dont know if they are lying about having jobs or what. I get emails from them all the time saying there are new jobs available but when I call or go in they say that theres nothing.

All the people who work here are soooo unprofessional and rude!!! Worst agency ever.
