Ordered a dress from this website and itsit wasdwas not the dress described in the website. These are from China and of very poor quality . After being told to return the dress to China I have never received my refund. Do not order from this company. ***Scam**

I ordered my dress May 3. It has been almost three weeks and I haven’t received it. My graduation is today and I wanted to be able to wear it. However, the dress will be here tomorrow. This company is absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend looking literally anywhere else before ordering something from here.

I order from them for my senior prom, online shopping is risky so I was hoping for the worst but they proved me wrong and my dress was amazing. I ordered in one size to big because it is made in China and It was true to size so I got it altered to fit my shape better and bring back down in size as I did order too big. This dress was great quality, shipping was spot on as they predicted it would come, actually it came a day earlier I ordered on the 9th of April and it came the 23rd so 3 weeks. I’m a real person writing this not the company as most people think. And I hope this helps ! By the way I order a size 14 and the color was “as seen in picture” and I’m smaller at the top than at the bottom so if your like me plan alterations ahead of time !

Can someone please give me a better insight on this company? My daughter ordered her dress from them and it was supposed to arrive April 22, 2019 and it still hasnt arrived. Ive sent several emails and still no response. Her prom is 2 weeks away and she is a wreck. As a mother its hard watching your daughter hurt. SoSomeo please help me

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Below you will see 2 pictures the first one is the dress I ordered and the second one is the dress I received. Horrible company that refuses to even talk to me regarding this dress, all they have to say is the dress was made according to the picture. The problem is the dress they sent is all sequins and no where on the description does it say sequins (even though their other sequin dresses state it).

BUYER BEWARE!!! Filed an FTC complaint about this company! Ordered a dress and its too tiny, cant even zip it up! They said they cant do anything about it so I just filed a complaint maybe if all of us do the same thing it wont happen again!

Scam!!! Scam!!! Scam!!!Ordered dress 4/15/19 for prom 5/3/19 and still no dress. Company text saying color was not available so now the dress is going to come in a different color. No updates on dress or arrival. Sent messages and no response to email, phone calls or text.Scam!!! Scam!!! Scam!!!

Very poor company... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! Ordered my daughters prom dress April 16th. Sent email questioning order arrival & got response on April 25th that they werent sure. Chatted with them today & they are saying they still dont know but that it will arrive in time. My daughters prom is in a week! I plan to file a PayPal dispute if I do not receive the order in time! Their website states 10-15 day processing.

Terrible customer service! Quality is awful and they’re money hungry! BEWARE! DO NOT BUY from them!!!!
