Loaded here 2 days in a row. Awesome lead guy on dock, very friendly. Got out quick, pallets were loaded correctly. I had a multi temp load they did a great job! 4 stars cause its a mess on the dock.

Was able to unload very quickly. Also, very honest people work here. I lost my wallet and they were able to locate me and they returned it without a dollar missing. Wanted to thank whomever was helpful in returning my wallet. 2/23 Tuesday.Once more a sincere thank you for finding my wallet and returning it to me (company employee).

I was a worker here for 7 months and it was one of the most stressful jobs i had cause no one did their part and management wasnt as effective as it should be so much to the point management sends for help from a differing company whos name i shant expose and yet they still expected so much from workers who had just started there. i want to go back because the pay was good but be ready to get rid of your social life and focus on the aspect of All work instead of play for a while.

Arrived at 10pm for a 0330 appointment. Checked in, got called for dock at 0130. Unloaded, and out the gate at 0345. Pay lumper from phone. Very nice, and professional staff for a distribution warehouse. Park on the street, and walk to the guard shack to check in.

For a big brand name they have big bad problems ... lumpers forget to give your paperwork on time ... and to get out quick you need to be on top of them ... they are not up to standards ...

I never Ben to this place Yat but I can tell what kind of place and people from the town its located and from the phone # they provide that rings good but no one like to answer it .its going to be bad wen I get there I can tell.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Checked in at 0015 for 0230 appointment. I had 1 pallet. Got into door at 0345. Finally got my bills at 0515. For 1 pallet. Was charged $110.75 for 1 pallet. Missed my next appointment at Costco where Im delivering a full trailer and it wont cost a dime to unload and itll take less time. I damn pallet.

Garbage customer service. I work for a grocery chain who receives product from this DC and if they short a product ( which they do every week) they don’t ever correct it.

This is my first and last time here.I have 3:30a.m. appointment.6:00a.m. and Im still in line to check in.Right at the hate turn right to get on the other side of the building. Guard will not tell you that and youre gonnaend up at close gate with no place to turn aroud.The only good thing is there is plenty of parking on the street. Park there first and go to the guard to check in or he will ask you to back out anyway.

I SO 😡 I HAVE BEEN CHECKED IN SINCE 1AM FOR A 2AM APPOINTMENT. UNLOADED, LUMBER PAID AND AS OF RIGHT NOW 8:47. IM STILL WAITING ON MY FREAKING PAPERWORK. I KEEP GETTING STUP LOOKS AS IF I HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO. NOT TO MENTION I HAVE PRODUCT STILL ON MY TRUCK FOR ANOTHER STOP.

I was able to check in hour prior my appointment time at 0230, got a door around 0300 and was out 0445, pay lumper via text message link, ones paid go in get your papers.

I come here regularly. Staff is friendly efficient. It can take some time to get unloaded because they receive food and it has to be checked. They allow up to an hour late before there is a late fee; they are very busy so it is understandable. Can check in for your appointment as early as 0700 the morning of. One of my favorite stops.

Got to be the worst place I’ve ever worked in management in my life. They have no respect for the military and the have zero respect for management team. The perishable manager there is horrible to much favoritism. If I could give an zero I would. The HR dept. a huge joke

O/O Beware when delivering here. They take a long time to unload and refuse to write down the correct in and out time because they dont want you to get detention pay yet they are quick to charge drivers $200 late fee. My apt. Time was 130am i arrived at 117am. They tell you to park on the street and they will call you when they have a dock for you. Got a call at 330am park at a dock then wait in line to check in with lumper. Finally got my paperwork at 628am. When i asked for my in and out times she wrote in time 412am and out time 601am. When i asked her to fix it she said no they only wrote in dock time and we all know why that is. I cant belive they get away with this on daily basis. Guard security also said hes not allowed to write in my actual in time. I have attached a photo of what they wrote down. This is one example of what is wrong with this industry today. its companies like this that think they can screw us around all they want and they will if we let them.

Great place to load and unload! I come here regularly. The only issue is a woman that works evenings. Very hateful! Rude woman....

Please don’t go there. This place is sick. They always take about 7-8-9 hours to unload and the staff still reacts like they are doing a favor to you .

Make sure to take the load bars out of trailer for load and unload The lumpers intentionally damage and steal stuff . Its disappointing!

Not that bad as reviews make it. Guards were respectful, called me for a door about a hour and a half. Docked up. Check in does however need advancement. Felt bad for Ms. Denise, she was doing her best to check drivers in and out but she was very respectful! The truth is most drivers feel entitled and sure in the world not professional AT ALL, most I see when I pu or drop off, they are rude, inpatient and expect to be pampered, yet lack people skills and integrity themselves. Now I have been to places where I waited 8 to 9 hrs to be unloaded, so this place is a breeze.

Guard shack is rude. There is overnight parking on street. U can now pay for lumper with credit card online wen they send u a text. Had 3 pallets to unload took 2 hrs.

They have no signs warning that you have to park on the side of the road, yet security unnecessarily gave a hard, hostile time about it, instead of explaining in a calm manner. Had a 2am apt. and didnt get a door till 5 a.m.

All I can say is basically the earlier you are the better for you regardless of what time ur appointment is. Checked in at 11pm for a midnight appt, got a phone call at 4am for a door. This is with the guard telling me That I checked in at a good time and I’m in the beginning of the calling list of trucks. There’s a lot of parking if ur one of the early guys on the street. Roughly around 30-40 trucks all up an down the street waiting for a phone call. Like I said the earlier the better, 4-5hrs before ur appointment would be the best.

Lady behind the counter was very helpful

Nice people especially enjoy talking to one of the guards that works here. They are fairly quick about getting you loaded and have driver facilities. Nice place that is not crowded and has a nice view around it.

Appointment at 1AM. Checked in at 12AM. Got the door at 5:30AM. Checkin again after backup to the dock takes 30 minutes. No value for time as per them. Missed other appointment. Not at all good place to go.

Hated it. Bad attitude. When youre late there... they charge you a $200.00. late fee. Thats ridiculous, absolutely absurd. I wouldnt pay💰 it. But my company did. Such foolishness.

Never called me back after showing alot of interest in me, the old bag at the front booth at the gate had a really bad attitude tellin me im suppose to be there 15 minutes early which is impossible being my job is 24 minutes away and i had an appointment at 3:30pm and i get off at 3:00pm. The hag better watch her ugly self with that bad attitude. Someone can drive by and shoot him her booth.

I only gave them this rating because Ive just learned about the company. I will give a more accurate account once Ive had a chance to look into its background and options for employment.

Delivered a load here. Had 12:30am appt got a door at 1:00am from checking in to unloading was about 1 hr but it depends on the freight your carrying. I’ve been here before to which took 4+ hrs but looks like a lot has changed since then so I gave it a 4 star rating.

Terrible place my appointment was 12:30 am I’m still here at 9:35 am so that’s 9 hrs and counting what excuse could you have to keep a truck that long other than WE DONT CARE !!!!!

Supervisors Oscar doesnt know how to run orderselecting department very bad communication skills, belittling everybody just because he a supervisor not even acknowledging the fact, the issues in the department, causing alot of potential unneccessarily overtime, not really a family warehouse to be in, very poor management in the facility, ignoring the issues that the individuals doing physically hardwork is the one that suffers through it all, supervisor harassing you as you be working long period of hours, people call in after long hours shift the day, continues to accumulate, you will be giving a final, then be fired like the rest, enjoy

Ive been over the road for 5 years now and I have never been disrespected that bad in all my life. I arrived on Friday (03/08/19) with a valid appointment and they wont see me til Wednesday (03/13/19). I only had 9 pallets in the trailer. The female gaurd has the worst attitude and the Mexican guy thinks he has to compensate because his short. The gaurd with the white beard is the only one that respect you but he only works on non receiving hours. Oh yeah, if you come early then you will be fine $150 to $500.

This warehouse really takes the bud of you when delivering. Thay sure know how to take their time. Dont have to arrive early,it wont make any difference you will be there for at least 6 hrs.

Been here for both pick up and del. Always been in and out quickly nice people and always respectful to me cant say a bad word about them however to the drivers complaining about the a half hour delay or having to park and wait on the street all I can say is you need to find a new line of work because trucking is not for you or grow up and realize you are not more important than anyone else

Plenty of parking on street. You can check in 11:30 p.m. with the guard shack they will take you earlier than your appointment time. Fast unloading.

First time here. Go to end of block turn around park check in a shack then follow instructions of the guard he was ok. Got in a door checked in asked to use the restroom for myself and my wife it’s a porta John outside by the trailers. It dark not clean. A billion dollar company but we have to use an outdoor Johnny. Unloading just like any other place slow and high price.

The warehouse personal went out of their way to help me with small order. Had to wait an hour, due order not dropped before I arrived.

Checked in at 0000 for my 0130 appt, its now 0840 and no one has even touched the truck. Every time i get out to check they tell me to get back in my truck like im a little kid. Miserable people make bad experiences for the average guy just trying to pay bills and feed my family. SMH

No more kehe for me. I checked in 14 hours ahead with the check guard. He confirmed my appointment was set for 5 am . At 4 30 am I received a call from them saying my appointment is set for 3 days from now. Last time I spent 24 hours at the gate for 1 pallet because they said I ve got no appointment.All I can say is a big F word. Im not going to book loads for this company no more.

The k e h e Warehouse is supposed to supply Comcheck T checks so on so forth they dont this is their responsibility not the drivers I was unloaded at 2:30 in the morning I did not get out of there till after 9:30 in the morning because I didnt have a Comcheck or a t check they do not accept cash or credit card or debit last time I remembered United States currency is good for all debts but they dont accept it dont care what the reason is according to the law if you refuse payment in cash the debt is null and void I repeat the debt is null and void hopefully the president of the company well get in touch whats a lumper Association and let them know did if they wont receive cash when offered then they wont get paid by law I repeat by law

Nothing special about this place. Typical DC with high lumper fees and appointment only deliveries.Park on the street and then walk your papers to the guard shack. Receiving hours: 1am-5:30am. You can check in anytime.You can also park on the street overnight even though signs say no street parking.

My app was 3:30 AM, i checked in at 4:32 AM. They allow only 60 min late. Charged $200 for that 2 min!

If you are delivering here, expect to be here well beyond your appointment hour. They use lumper services and they take forever to unload the truck.

Worst place to work. They are a soap opera and have a high turn over due to managements ineffective methods of handling internal issues. Racism runs rampant & instead of dealing with it properly, they just fire employees. I should have contacted the EEOC but I was offered another position at a great company and have been there ever since, that was 2 yrs ago. KeHe is a fake light at the end of the tunnel... get your money and get out.. they will screw you in the long run

Arrived 11:30 pm for 2 am delivery. Checked in with a guard. 2:20 door assigned. 2:55 empty, but cant check out. Break time 3 am to 3:15.They dont accept credit cards or cash for lumpers. You are lucky if you can get t check or comcheck in the middle of the night.Be ready to be ignored a few minutes while standing by check in window.

How about a big sign out front that says Truckers... park on street and walk to security building to check in. Doo doo doo!!
