First time going here and have to say it was a pleasure! Never had that in a truck shop lol People treated me great like they knew me forever. and Great price on work I had done. Also the workers were friendly and always working not standing around like other places. Good quality work done on everything I had done and Fast! In and out the same day with no appointment. Called that morning and was fixed the same day. Will be back for sure! Nick and the mechanics are great guys and treats you like somebody. Gets the work done fast.

Good repair shop. But shop manger need lesson. How to talk with customers. We pay everything not free. If you dont like drivers put sings outside. I feel shame. Why i fixed my truck.

Great place to take your truck. I had the Diesel Force cleaning done on my truck and the result was awesome. Juan was very respectful and extremely helpful. This shop went above and beyond and that was much appreciated.

The worst experience and clearly fraud. Went in for full servicing they charged an arm and a leg for laborand oil and all the other up sales they did on me. An hour and a half for oil change and basic filters. LMAO ROBBED WITH NO GUN. Worst place ever and like I told them I know where I wont be coming back too. Lady in the front sucked also horrible just like the thieving workers. I mean who charges 400$ for such basic service. And yes 400 down to the doller. Dont let them fool you and dont sign receipt until you know what they charge.

Juan is the new owner of Ross Roberts...it was a pleasure doung business with them..Jamie is the office manager and Frank is the head service advisor...they are pretty busy all the time, but they always got my truck in and out so fast..it was always fixed right at the best price in town..never had a comeback in 2 years of using them...Roger G....

One of the biggest greedy peoples of Stockton ...just simple def heater line which cost around $127+tax and it is just plug in or plug out no screws ..they charged me like I m the only one who gonna make them rich over night ... they charge me $372
