This whole company is a nightmare. The video visits are over priced and I have had countless problems during visits. They absolutely refuse to refund any money when a visit had to be missed because the prison was on lockdown. The customer service is a joke. They farm it out to other countries and I cant understand what they are saying. Or if I can understand them, they have no solutions for the endless issues that constantly occur. But you have no other options. They are the ONLY company that is providing the inmate communication services. It is infuriating. To say they are subpar would be a compliment.

Terrible 0 actually I wouldnt even give it one star because of the service that I got from them I just put a star because it wouldnt go through without doing that
