Brought in a self-build desktop that kept on restarting for some odd reason. They checked every possible problem and even went through the RMA process for my graphics card. This whole process took quite some time and they were patient with it. My work order was also constantly updated online and by phone so that kept me assured things were proceeding smoothly. The price for all that work was reasonable and actually didnt cost that much! If anyone has some tech issues, Id definitely recommend Plus IT.

I took my computer in to have a free diagnostics and the staff was outstanding in explaining what all they did to it. I have never had IT support with this high of a caliber. Plus IT is the only place to take your computers and I hope they spread throughout the central valley so everyone can experience my satisfaction.
