Went there the other day and Kayla waited on me. She was very professional and efficient. I needed help sending money to Nepal and didnt know how to do it because their address system was different than in America. She knew exactly what to do and it went through with no problems. Thank you Kayla!🙏

This company is that what expected. They come on talking all sweet. They dont come through for people. They give you a run a round and you get nothing. I report them to the authorities and the attorney about their company. Poor business. You never know who your talking because they all work together. I will never do business with them. The are scamers. If the take any money from you, youll never get it back. Beware of them. They get a 0 rating from me. They will be reported to the better business bureau.

I had gone over to the office on Charter Way, and the girls at that location were snobby and their attitudes made me not want to fulfill a loan there. Then I heard there was another location on Pacific Ave. and the staff there were way nicer and were 100% more professional and provided better custumer service than the Charter Way location.
