If you do the oil change ( regular around 50) you can get free complete car wash inside out. They offer unlimited car wash with many option. Good service.

Workers walking around looking lost. They seemed to be cleaning the cars in no particular order. When our car was done they didnt signal us. We had to go check. And there was a truck in front of us not done so we had to wait. We couldve cleaned it ourselves. The shop inside is nice though.

I love these guys their detail was the best one that I’ve ever had in my life my car has not been detailed in the garage since 81 after the detail I feel like I’m back in the 80s I’m just looking for a good time now thank you guys

I needed a oil change in bad way. I went to Walmart to only find out it was a four hour wait. My time is more valuable then the ten to fifteen dollars I would have saved getting my oil changed at Walmart.I head a cross the street on the corner of Hammer Lane to Zoom Car Wash. I had never noticed the place prior to that day. However, the sign said lube and I needed a car wash.I found out you got a full service wash for free when you bought a lube service. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. My car had a Rock Star shine outside and the inside looked new.For $50.00 and change I felt like I had a big return on my investment. I will return to Zoom. I highly recommend Zoom!

The staff was friendly and wanted to do right. Unfortunately the people who did my car did a poor job. Didnt vacuum parts of the floor, the windshield was very streaky, they missed parts when wiping down the interior. I played for the 45 dollar clean pluses a wax which was another $40+ so I did expect a good job. They had a young man come out to fix it and he tried but after I had been there for an hour plus I was just wanted to go home. Props to the young man. He was a sweetheart.

I paid $65 for a wash and they are so rushed they dont notice not washing the big or little things. The inside was so bad I could of went to a drive through car wash for $10 and it would have been just as good.

Got the best car wash package. There were still crumbs on the dash, carpet was so so, back seat needed wiped off and back side panel had whit powder still on it. The car is a month old and it was not real dirty, so I feel I paid too much for a sloppy, quick, ordinary car wash. I would not recommend going for the most expensive package thinking you will get a more thorough job. It sure doesnt seem to work that way.

Service was good and 95% Clean, I would love to say I will go back again.

There was a young man with a grey polo, long hair tied in a bun, and tattoos on his arm that was doing a fabulous job! I didnt get his name, however, his attention to detail was amazing. He walked around my car twice to make sure there wasnt a spot that was over looked. He took a look inside and vacuumed a spot that was missed. Whoever this young man was give him a raise!

We got our car detailed here this month. It was just over 300. They did a horrible job. There was white stuff all over the inside of the car. We asked them to take it back and get it off. They did but it still looked just as horrible. We had to take it home and wipe it out ourselves. Even after wiping it multiple time some of the white stuff is not coming out. Also they did not vacuum the car well.

I would give this place more stars for their work, but less for fair pricing and honesty. I recently booked a mini detail and was told they couldnt give me a final price until they saw the car. Ok, whatever, when my husband took the car in the next day they charged him for a full silver detail and it was twice the estimate that was given. They told him that was what I had booked! The car did look amazing, but I would double and triple check any pricing and charges.

I dont think they even bother vacuuming or wiping off the back seat and floor area. Im a compact four door vichecle.

Honestly this place has gone downhill and will probably not be returning. Paid close to $150 for a full wash with mats and seats wash and wiped didnt happen. Also paid for a hand wax with a clay bar and first time the vehicle came out still had residue in some spots pointed them out and they took it back and still didnt do the mats or the seats anf also had more residue on the otherside. Didnt have time for a 3rd attempt had to leave.

I always take my cars to get washed and detailed here. The work is amazing.

Less than satisfied. A lot of dust in corners of console, cup holder, pockets was not wiped down or vacuumed out.. trim runningboard around on doors were not wiped down. Exterior was fine.

Trash was left on my car they did a poor job on vacuum the back seats i paid a lot money for a poor job never will go back 😡😡

The car wash I received was top tier, for the price I paid. Expected nothing less, they wanted a good amount for a detailing which I declined but the full package car wash comes with a very nice cleaning of the interior anyway so it was worth it. Friendly people good service.

SO I COULDNT SAY MY CONCERNS THE DASH YOU CAN SEE WHERE THEY WIPED IT WITH THE SHINNY STUFF AND SEE WHERE THEY MISSED IT THEY MISSED SO MANY SPOTS IT WAS CRAZY! MY LEATHER SEAT IN THE BACK HAD A GREASY HANDMARK ON IT AND MY WINDOWS STILL HAD THAT DUST FILM IN SOME SPOTS ON THE INSIDE AND THE WINDSHIELD WASNT EVEN WIPED OFF AT ALL ON THE INSIDE. SO THABKS FOR NOTHING.I got off work at 10:30pm and had to come straight home to fix all there mistakes use a leather cleaners to get the greasy handprint off and the condition them.My husband uses zoom all the time and when I complained to him about it he said that its normally hit n miss with you guys. Sometimes you guys do really good and sometimes you guys do really bad.But thats not ok I cant afford to always pay someone to wash my car thats why I normally do it but when I do have the money I would hope for it to be done rite and not half arsed.I will never and nor will my husband give you guys business again and my husband would go there at least 2 times a month and always buys the 43.99 package. May not be a ton but thats a 150 loss between the both of us.Update::::They fixed everything and made things rite and this time did an amazing job!

They washed my car today after this no vacuuming third row, no cleaning inside of door, there is a huge yellow dirty on the hood and a lot of black spots on my car buttom and then they said no refund just rewash, I don’t want to waste my time there. It’s just a joke :)I think i will never use here again.Note. I couldn’t have took some pictures they cleaned after i said some on points.

The car wash itself isnt bad its the workers their that cant seems to properly dry off q car in a timely matter. They dont get the spots/area that really matter like when you first open up the car. The FULL rear view mirror. Making sure theres no water spots from when it first comes out of the washer. Like I had to take my car back and tell them how to do there job. Ugh so irritating. I WILL NOT COMING BACK!

Oil change quick service but had to wait a bit for free car wash which no problem it was free in early morning.

Javier did a great job :) i got a transmission oil change done in 30 minutes. Total price $120. My car is at 76k+ miles, at 140k i need to do it again plus the filter. its around $200 with the filter.

I paid for a wash & interior & exterior clean & shine, tires clean & 2 fragrancesMy passenger seat wasnt wiped off nor the passenger little window. The front doors on inside still had the dirty on them both . The back floors where half vacumed and mats not put back properly and the didnt even bother to vacum my hatch area. Washing powder was still there spilled. Im disable and i still had to clean what they failed to do.I will still use Zoom but only becauseToyota town gives me a coupon to go there but i wont pay extra for services that arent correctly done again. This isnt the first time thats why i wont be doing it again.

This place has gone completely down hill and prices have only gone up for all car wash services. Was asked if I wanted my rubber mats cleaned and I said yes. After the wash I noticed my front mats were still dirty. I told the nearby manager and he stated that I only paid $5 for the rear mats and that if I wanted them cleaned Id have to pay $5 more. This is on top of the $55 I had already paid for the car wash. Very disappointed and will never go back.

They did an excellent job the car looks great they didnt oil change and a car wash the prices right they made suggestions on what else needed to be done to the car and I left extremely happy with us fat wallet and great disposition!

Zoom did my replacement tint in by car. They did a excellent job! Very pleased.

They were nice, overall did a decent job. They missed some areas when vacuuming and cleaning the car.

What a $34 disappointment. After waiting 45 minutes for it to be finished. I couldn’t believe all the spots that were missed. I drove back around to the front and was offered to have it sent back thru. But I didn’t have another 45 minutes to wait. I was told “sorry” and only offered to have it ran thru again nothing else. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Very disappointed!!!!!!! Got home and washed it myself... 😡

I dont usually use Zoom. I paid $46 for the works...and initially I was pleased...especially when 5 people descended on my truck to finish it up....I watched as a couple meticulously did my interior...at the time I was impressed enough to tip an additional $10..So total cash paid was $56...kinda pricey...but if its good work worth it...my complaint came the next morning...as I walked out and viewed my truck...I one of my tires was not dressed at all...and the others were just as sloppy...then they try to go the distance and dress the black plastic only to compete that half way....basically looks like a kid who doesnt drive or own a car or even in a position to pay almost $60 to have their car properly done did the work! Needless to say for almost $60 the others should make sure the task is done properly....In the end I had to redress the plastics and tires myself!..Not sure if I will return and give them another shot....in the end I was not Satisfied......

They do not do a good job like they used to and my grandmother had given me blessed palm leaves from palm sunday I had these ones for years with my saint picture and my grandbabies and they threw away my palms I was very upset no respect for ones religion.

Always do a quick oil change plus the free wash is great. Plus after the wash they vacuum the inside and make sure your car is looking better than ever. My family goes for all our cars.

Left a few strains but I should have checked before leaving ..the manager is great. I spoke to him but I didnt check my car nor rims..Water spots..no one towel dried them. Oh I did Deluxe..35 bucks. I will always go there. I feel safe and its a few blocks from my home.

Treat the cars like you would like yours treated !!!

Only came here because the other 2 Car Washes have closed. Ive never paid this much and had such a terrible job done. Interior apparently wasnt wiped down. Still dusty, seats were still dirty, and water spots on all of my Windows and side mirrors. Didnt wipe down cup holders, backs of the seats, or interior of doors. Terrible job. Dont recommend.

OK so this place has a great lil shop for knick knacks! This is the only reason why i give them 3 stars. Perfect for impulse buys that I always fall into their trap all of the time! LOL! N e hoo! As for as the carwash goes, well theyre not so great! I used to get the works & pay extra for them 2 vacuum the trunk because I have an SUV & I never get what I paid for. They vacuum half a**ed, dont get all the tires with the shine & dont dry the vehicle thoroughly! Now I just pay for the basic wash & put on my own tire shine once I get home & dry off all the excess water! They charge like $9.99 for the basic wash so thats about average around town.

I was so disappointed after years of being a customer there my car didnt get clean the first time so I I called they offered me another car wash I take it back when it was too I still had the same issues when windows wont clean and they didnt polish the one spot on my front – that was needed I sent an email to them timing my didnt want anything just let them know whats happened to their services I never got a response so I guess Ill take my car to the Chevron car wash and just clean it out myself now

Horrible customer service. I was told by multiple workers they should have took my antenna off before washing my car. It ended up snapping off in the mechanism. When I asked for a manager all he did was pass the blame and say it must have been damaged before I came here. I would not be leaving this review or would have made such a big deal if they would have apologized. Even when I told this to the manager he still tried to pass the blame. Own up to your mistakes!!Note: skip this if you have a big truck

Website says exterior detail $200-up.... $700???? Yeah....NO.... Your price should say $500-up if youre going to jump to 7 to do a job a simple compound or cleaner wax would handle....

Customer service was Terrible asked to see the manager after my car was not fully cleaned and when Mike the head manager came to assist he told me it wasn’t his problem. They still overcharged me and were very rude to all customers waiting, not to mention it was very dirty and smelled of urine. I hope to see this place closed or the Manager Mike be fired and lose his family in a house fire, that’s not my problem.

I usually get an oil change and the car wash special. Comes out to under $100 not bad considering it is a synthetic oil change and a full service wash.
