This is the worst experience I ever had at a car wash. I paid for supreme wash $27.00 and they never clean the inside of my car and all the water marks was left on the windows and mirrors, the rims was never clean. The owner was nasty to the customers a few cars left and like me we had to clean our cars our selves. The cars are left in the sun 10 - 15mns to dry. This place is very under staffed not good for expensive wash.

This is the car wash that I prefer in Stockton. They do a great job, the price is reasonable, they are fast, and the best part is that you get a discount on gas when you fill up with your car wash! I heard that they have a 24 hour guarantee on their washes if you discover something they missed. Also, I always have change in my cup holder and no one has ever touched it. This is my preferred car wash place!

Hands down the worst car wash you could possibly imagine. You think when you purchase the car wash specifically called the wheel deal that your wheels would be clean. Of course not the easiest part is done spraying the armor all on but getting in and actually cleaning the rim not even attempted. My interior side of my windshield is absolutely streaked up beyond all belief. The absolute worst car wash in the world do not go here

They do a 100% hand wash and you can get in and out in 30 minutes on weekdays. I usually go on Tuesdays($4.00 senior discount on Full service wash or above). Service is good and car is clean! Only complaint is that they dont replace mats back onto the floor pegs on the driver and front passenger seats😕

I was very impressed with this car wash! They were dog friendly and said I could take my dog into the waiting lounge. As your car is washed you can basically follow it from within the building or you can sit and wait until they call out that yours is ready. My husband also really enjoyed the little massage chair that was there (1$ covered for 6 minutes)

Decent prices. Managers special price for gas (discount. 60) with top wash, not applicable to anything but bottom step unleaded. A lot of cars wont take anything but premium.Had car washed, didnt touch the interior other than vacuuming. Called and asked if it was partof the package, yes it was asked to bring it back. After bringing it back, still looked not good.The windows were smudged up in the rear but hard to post pics of that. The exterior looked amazing

I paid $32 and change for a wash and wax and to have the interior wiped down. The outside of the car wasnt clean and they missed large sections of the interior and missed coating spots on the dash with protection. If I pay over $32 to get my car cleaned I expect it to be cleanUpdated:: I took my car back one last time to see if things had gotten any better but alas no they have not. It took a long time but the outside is decently clean but the seats didn’t get vacuumed and the inside door panels didn’t get touched. I will not be going back $32 is to much for a wash that’s done like this

The worst car wash ever really I give them 0 stars I I paid for the wheel deal my rims came out filthy I was literally cleaning my own rims I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not one only 3 of my tires got dressing I was told if I talked to the people washing my car .the prob with that is they did not speak English .this place should not even be in business. I will never go back

I used to come here a lot to get a good car wash and to get my car cleaned on the inside. The past couple times I have came, they didn’t do much. Inside my car was not cleaned properly: saw dust on dash, particles in cup holder, didn’t clean back windows and took my change from my change holder.

Ive been coming here for 5 years. It used to be a great place. People were friendly, cars were clean, good prices. Now when I go I have to go over the car again myself. Especially when you pay $25 for the Wheel Deal you expect your wheels to be clean. The newer staff is rude, lazy and not trained. When I got my car back last time it smelled of B.O. badly and it wasnt me!

Great interior/exterior car wash!Special gas discount with certain carwash...convenience store next door is where you pay- great coffee and lots of snacks! You can even watch your car go thru the wash from inside waiting area!

Usually a good handwash. Every now and then it seems a bit rushed. A little pricey as well.

Time arrived to time left exceeded 1 hr 25 min. Had to point out 6 missed areas in the interior. They apologized and fixed the problems. Arrived home and noticed that the front grill was untouched, with bugs and dirt still attached. Had purchased the top of the line wash since it was the first wash of the season. We had taken our other vehicle 2 weeks previously, the rear interior window was unwashed and we had a wait in excess of 1 hr arrival to drive off. Staff was nice, but it seemed as if no one was really in charge. We will not be returning. In the past this was our go-to spot for car washes.

Today I came to get a basic cleaning although my car is extremely dirty due to dried up sticky pollen from work, they took time to scrub it off and went for another round of scrubbing! The best service Ive ever had with them!

Place has really gone downhill. I have to watch my car go through everytime to make sure I get the Triple Coat wax and Rainex that I paid extra for. Ive caught them more than once, they claimed one time that the wax was out, no refund. The other time they said the indicator light on the Rainex was burned out, but that it was still dispensing. There have been others issues as well with tire dressing being forgotten, etc. Thank goodness for Greg. Hes the only one who cares enough to make things right.

Car was in need of a wash. If I can kill some time by not washing it myself, and pay a little over $20 bucks for someone else to do it, I expect it to be clean.My dashboard was thick of dust and windows had some water residue from the wash. Guys, just pay attention to the details.

OMG! For $16 I cant believe how disappointed I was! My granddaughters dried leaves were still crushed in the cupholders, particles were still strewn under the front seat, headliner was still dirty...I gave it a shot - this wash was probably worth $5 tops!!!

Total rip off. Took my 24$ left me with my car dirty on the inside. They didnt even toss the garbage I put into the cup holder for them. When I spoke to the manager he defended the substandard job and was okay with me walking away angry and unsatisfied. AVOID this place at all costs of you value your hard earned money.

I took two cars there on Sunday for a wash. This is the second time I have been treated unfairly at this car wash. I brought in my company provided mini van (miniature van) and my wife was following me in our Chevy Tahoe (Full Size Truck). I asked for the 14.99 car wash and was charged 3 dollars more for my mini van. My wife asked for the 17.99 car wash and was not charged any extra money for her full size truck. The clerk inside said he was the inside manager and I had to take up the issue with the outside manager. I went outside and asked for the outside manager and he told me he was too busy to talk. Then a rude little woman proceeded to tell me mini vans are considered extra large vehicles and they charge 2 dollars extra. I pointed out I was charged 3 dollars and that my credit card company was going to deny payment. She told me to take my business elsewhere. As far as I am concerned, I was finished talking to her. Minutes later she interrupted a conversation between my wife and I. I was at the tipping point and yes I used one profane word for which I am sorry. I am not sorry for not wanting to ever return and I will not stop short of telling about my experience here. And may they tell a person and so on and so on.

The detail side of the car wash is beyond rude, they refuse to shake your hand, they refuse to give you a quote or set an appointment for you. That Jerry who claims to be the manager down talks the women employees. He yells business away. My personal opinion is he hates women or just people in General .Myself my husband, family and friend of years will not go back. I hope hes worth it, hes a nasty man.

Today I got the crappiest car wash that I’ve had in a long time! Today my truck was poorly vacuumed and after it came out of the wash it sat there for over 10 minuets until one employee started whipping it down. After I drove off I pulled over to check it out, well my dash area was still very dusty, I noticed the poor vacuum job and so much for the “wheel deal “. This is the 4th time it’s happened to me there. I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE!
