They have a few different offers that you can take advantage of. Like for $20 you can get unlimited washes for a month and there is other deals like that. When you are done with the car wash you can go and use one of many vacuums they have for free. I Love this place and would recommend it.

Pretty weak machine wash. Humans didnt even bother to pull leaves out of the crack in the windshield see picture. Machine sprayer couldnt handle a leaf either My fourth vacuum could actually suck up something. Just paid $20 to go somewhere else and wash the car again.

I only use Bobbys for a wash. I like that they prewash your car before entering the wash. My car always looks great.

First time coming here and I was debating whether to choose zoom and as I did so I noticed that their packaging and prices were somewhat the same or off by 2 or5 dollars. Since I was already using Bubbas free vacuums I went ahead and chose their car wash. The attendant was really nice and the other young man who was going through the vacuum stations also did a great job trying to keep the trashcans empty and areas clean. Now when it came to the car wash I found it to be disappointing because there were streaks on the windows and other things were not brushed off right either. I think for the same amount or a couple extra Id rather go to zoom to get it detailed since I never notice any streaks. I would suggest going to bubbas for vacuuming services or if your car is not extremely dirty.

Not enough space for the car to wash …it’s bumper to bumper.. the car behind me keep push me and I got rear ended. Then staff told me it’s my fault cuz I don’t move . How I can move if someone in front and me plus I can’t see because still washing my car ? It’s so bad experience for me . Not recommended this place at all !!!

They scratched my car in the top with their brush. I bought an all-you-can-wash package for a month and did not renew and will not go back. There are plenty of car washes in this town that do a much better job for the same price.

After reading what they offered on their website, they do offer great services. However, I went in and paid for their Ultimate Wash. I went in the first time and noticed the wash being given to me was the Express Wash...I asked one of the service attendants what I could do about it and was allowed to go through again and would be given the correct wash. The second time around, I was given the Premium Wash...still not what I paid for. I decided to give up at that point and not try again. The quality of the wash was not that great compared to the other competitors. However, to be fair, It was extremely busy and honestly not even the fault of the employees for the issues encountered. The wash itself must be faulty software wise, since it seemed to be one car off. If you’d like to give this place a shot, going early in the day at about opening time would be best to avoid issues. Hence, two stars is best for the aforementioned reasons.

Bubbas carwash was a pretty awesome experience. It was fun to go through the colorful washers and lights and also the employees that work there were very helpful and polite and kind to the customers. They make sure that your car gets really really clean and shiny. Lets say perhaps you are on your way to pick up Grandma for church, wouldnt you like to pick her up in your shiny and squeaky clean car? Heck yeah ☺️👍That sure would put a big smile on Grandmas face,wouldnt it?So come on down to Bubbas Express where you can get a good clean car wash of your choice for a good price. I love this place. For 20 bucks a month I get my car washed as many times as I want. Plus free vacuums. In and out in about 10 minutes. And the girls at starting point are very friendly and know what theyre doing. Always in a good mood makes it a pleasure to go through.

The employees are all super nice, however my car looked dusty and dirty after the wash. I was stunned. I dont think I will be going back since my car didnt get clean.

My first time was delightful. I paid for a $34 a month unlimited car wash figuring that if I want to come back the next day I would have any problems because they had the license plate number of the car and I could just go through without having to pay any more. Boy was I mistaken. I went back for a car wash the attendant put in my license plate and said that I wasnt in the system. I had to pay $ 9 for a regular car wash, when I shouldnt have had to pay anything. I have proof through my bank that they took the money. I have already did a written complaint havent heard anything back. Very dissatisfied!

There was a huge line when I pulled in, but it moved quickly and love the hand wash pre-treatment! Car came out clean and vacuums are strong enough for my 2 toddler car seats! A little pricey for a drive-thru wash ($9, $13, $17), but did the job great!

They prescribed tires and windows and bumpers. You go through car was and have as much time to vacuum as you want.

I went 10 min before it closes, I paid for the towels but I had to go around myself to get them, and then they turned the vacuums off while I was in the middle of cleaning my car. $20 wasted, I am not going there, I’ll stick to Kelly’s.

The greeters or kiosk assistant is always courteous. However very affordable and a lot of vacuums. It isnt as small as their competitors so you have elbow room & can still practice social distancing

Not calling me back. They have been deducting $1 9.99 from our checking account since last September.I need to see paper work if something was sign. A contract. I have left messages but no one is returning my calls.

Makes my car shine and the vacuums actually work, so, I dont take an hour to get carpets vacuumed.

Irresponsible and do not care about the customers or their property. Went through this car wash immediately after leaving realized water leaking into my vehicle. Went right back and I was immediately dismissed and was told they were not responsible regardless if it was the car wash that caused the issue or not. Manager incredibly rude did not speak English well and lied to me and told me they did not have owner information or any information for his boss. Do not trust them with something as valuable as your vehicle they will not pay for damages caused by their own equipment additionally claiming it belongs to a third party but still offering no help. My car was in perfect condition and not a junker. I have previously used this car wash as recent as a couple of weeks ago without issue. I believe something transpired during the last roller pass as it began immediately leaking thereafter as I was pulling out. Still I was quoted several reasons why was not their problem. No customers, no business.

I pay a monthly service with the premium wash, the car wash is always messing up.And I got talk to the owner or manager they go and hide and some kid comes out that poor is so nervous because he doesn’t know how to handle it or what to do. Which is not right for the management doing that. No integrity! Moving to ZOOM way better service and communication and make things right for the customers to be satisfied. Kelly cash is even better.

This car wash tore my mirror out of the holder on the driver side. I had to have the attendant go retrieve it from the track which he did and told me to get in touch with the manager the following day and he would replace it. I called no one answered the phone I left a message with my phone number no one ever called me back I ended up replacing the mirror myself.

Bring towels to dry off windows because their slogan spotless rinse is just false. The premium wash is worth tho, does a pretty good job. Vacuums are unreliable but thats at pretty much any car wash.
