It was my very first time ever renting a car. They were so nice, so helpful, ready to assist me. I was there no longer than 10 minutes when I was picking up and dropping off my rental. They gave me a ride to my body shop no problem.
So much better than any other car rental. Knowledgeable and very courteous staff. Definitely will go back and recommend this to others. As matter of fact I went to Stockton Auto Plaza to Enterprise where they rent and sell and bought one if their autos. So far so good, quick and easy process(the guys are helpful and pull no punches) when there are no games played Its amazing how enjoyable it can be. So a big shout out to Kevin and Trent. Thanks for going the extra distance.

THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. EVEN THOUGH WE HAD TO WAIT WITH A RESERVATION FOR A MALIBU OR SIMILIAR, THEY GAVE US A MINIVAN DUE TO THAT WAS ALL THAT WAS IN STOCK.

Having our second family car at the shop for repairs and needing a reliable car to take my granddaughter to school I remember Enterprise Rent-A -Car. I accessed their web site. there I found a clear detailed guide of services offered, cars available for rent. I was able to preselect and rent a car along with making an appointment to pick up the unit. I arrived at the shop meant by a helpful staff member. Within 5 minutes I was on the road. I have rented many cars over the years however I found the a car as spotless. Hand wipes were also provided in the unit, which during this time of Covid-19 I found a plus. All in all Enterprise, a job well done!
Fast service. You can definitely call and go on a wait list for the vehicle type youre looking for and they are prompt to call you if there is availability for your vehicle type.

If you want to experience a terrible customer service then this location is the one. Very ignorant people especially one guy name Jose and Tim these two made this whole visit go wrong for me. I was left out with driver rare side leaked tire and rare passenger spare tire for 5 days yet they weren’t able to switch out the renal car or fix the issue instead I was receiving texts from this Jose guy to go ahead take care of the tires then he might be able to switch the rental for me. The rental maintenance is the facility’s responsibility where the vehicle is rented from not the customer.
My son needed to rent a car for about 3 days (truck in shop). He first tried to rent from Hertz but they had no cars available. But low and behold across the lot was Enterprise. The young man that assisted us went above and beyond by letting us know that if we had a Costco membership we could get a discount and since it was late in the day he also suggested we might want to order on line through Costco for the next day... wed get a better deal. He was right! Now, he did not have to tell us this so I appreciated that very much. I definitely appreciated and was so impressed with how the young lady ththensuredast assisted that next day, ensured the car was sanitized evening leaving sanitized wipes for us! Nice touch Enterprise! We will most definitely rent from Enterprise again! Thank you

Courteous and professional staff too. On the sales side another great selection of cars and trucks to buy. The sales team are friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a good experience with Enterprise. From the day that I called to make a reservation, I recognized that I like their telephone reservation system better than the other car rental companies. With Enterprise you dont have to wade through multiple menus and messages. Instead, you are connected quickly with a reservation agent. I also like that the reservation agents speak English without a strong accent. They seem to be Americans who live in this country. When I picked-up the car, everything went very smoothly and returning the car was quick and easy. I enjoyed my rental experience with Enterprise.
Atrocious customer service. Have been going here for years as our primary car renting center for all of our needs, suddenly their employees and manager go against their own policies and don’t have the same customer service they used to. Probably the worst experience I’ve had thus far with Enterprise and will not be returning any longer. Too bad all other Stockton Enterprises are also lacking customer service.

The online and phone reservation help was very good. The representatives at the store were very courteous and knew what they were doing. I was in and out in a short time with the automobile I wanted. Everything went smoothly on my trip and the turn in of the car went very smoothly also. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was that I thought that the price was a little too high. It would have been great if it had been about $100.00 lower. But, I like Enterprise and their service, so I will be coming back.
I rented a 12 passanger van to use to drive to my brothers funeral. A few days in advance of the trip a get a message saying we are out of 12 passanger vans they dont know why their staff made my reservation (not my problem you should still honor my reservation). So i called back to figure out whats going on and another young lady actually did a really nice thing which is why the 3 stars and at least figured it out and upgraded me to a 15 passanger van. I arrive the day of the reservation and the lady was nice but told me have it back between 11 and 12 on the return date since i had waited there for a while and was only able to leave more closer to 12. Well once getting everyone in to drive to the funeral we all noticed the van was super dirty and had not been cleaned on the inside and with covid thats a concern. But the biggest issue is the day i returned it and i was almost 2 hours passed 12 so i know i would get charged the 2 hours. But the i was told to return between 11 and 12pm. I arrived at 1:55 but since the guy had to go in and get a computer he didnt start the return until 2:05 trying to charge a whole day as for him he said it needed to be back by 11:15. I did ask him to fix it as the girl did tell me between 11 and 12. So i just strongly feel that this experience is the first time i have had an issue with enterprise but there were so many issues with this one reservation that i feel their costomer service is starting to decline. I have rented for years and never had an issue or a dirty car or someone saying they can no longer honor their reservation. So hopefully they do better in the future.

Love renting from Enterprise better than Hertz. Always very friendly staff. Tip: be sure to have all of your needed documentation ready to go before hand and it makes the experience even quicker. I booked my reservation online and the website was very easy to navigate and use from my cell phone. Will definitely rent from them again in the future.

I reserved a car to pick up at 8am, but was told at 7:45am that they overbooked and I would have to wait an hour or so. My car wasnt ready until 4:30pm. When I went to pick it up they wouldnt accept my debit card. Apparently my moneys not good enough for them. I offered to pay for the rental and the $200 deposit with cash, but they said no to that as well. I spoke to the branch manager, which was a complete waste of time. She couldnt have cared less that I was upset, and really why should she? Theyre fully booked, theyre making money. They can afford to lose my business. Clearly never wanted it in the first place.

Went there from Hyundai with warranty work all paired by dealer and they had made me a reservation and when I got there they said that there was no cars. I really feel like it was more of Judgment of the appearance because as they was saying this I see the guy next to me walk up and get a pick up truck without a reservation and I know this because the other employee was telling him the walk up price’s. And they close in a 1hr and there’s cars coming from the back in front of my face. So I go back on Sunday to get something out of my car and drove by the enterprise and some of the cars they was pulling out talking about they were on hold for someone else. Not only that one of the employees started Yelling at me and my wife saying he can only give me a car by Tuesday and it’s Saturday morning. They are very unprofessional and very Judge mental.
For a company during these pressing times to push away business is astonishing.My girlfriend and I tried to rent a car from this location but was turned down for not have adequate documentation. Mind you, my license and debit card provided were valid.Anyways, we were turned away while 6 employees sat around in the office. I called the nearest Hertz location and was accepted over the phone.I dont recommend enterprise, they are a dying company and their stock shows it.Use Hertz!!!!
I had an appt that I set up for cash because my reservation through insurance couldnt be accepted!?!??When I told them it was supposed to be through insurance all of a sudden no cars were available. And I had suddenly somehow forgotten to call and confirm an appointment I had just made the day before???
I reserved a car online when I arrived to the location I was told they were completely sold out. When I asked why I was not contacted I was told they were very busy and were unable to contact me. This wasted my time, resources, and was very frustrating. I was unable to rent a car from another location and was left careless for the weekend.
Everything was great! Car was clean and well kept. Staff was very kind at pick up and drop off. I was in and out on the day of pick up. I had no issues until I dropped off and asked for a ride home. I’ve never had an issue getting a ride home in the past. I ended up having to call for an Uber. 5 stars if they would have been able to give a ride home as they have at all other times

We have enjoyed the reliability of Enterprise Car Rentals throughout the United States for many years, especially the store at the Auto Mall in Stockton. We have used their services for : travel, replacement transportation while our business fleet vehicles were being serviced, and have purchased two vehicles from the Enterprise Car Sales at the Stockton store. I needed a car so I rented from enterprise the next day, I rented a Ford Fusion, we loved it! We rented it for two weeks! The Enterprise representative was very helpful and sweet I had an awesome experience and I reccomend Enterprise.
I find Enterprise staff to always be friendly and helpful. They are happy to pick you up and drop you back. Great value and service.Honestly, I cant say enough about Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The quality of their cars and service systemwide. My recent rental from the Stockton CA Auto Mall location was again seamless from pick-up to return. My rental agreement was emailed to me before I finished adjusting the seat and mirrors. KUDOS!

The representative who checked me in was great!Although, the car was filthy dirty and was diguisting. it obvisouly didnt get cleaned or sanitized - it smelled of the previous person, sun flower seed were found all throughout the car including the dashboard.Lastly, the representative where I returned the car was rude and I had to wait for a very long time to completed the return - she kept on pushing on button throughout the dash and touchscreen deck.
The rental process was so much easier and faster with their new handheld devices and no contracts to lose. Also was pleased that they were able to find me the vehicle I needed for business purposes as i needed an XL SUV. However, the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the windows were left very dirty from the inside. this is a safety hazard especially when you find out about it the hard way when you are driving at night. If you can just please make sure windows are thoroughly clean you will have my 5 plus stars! Keep up the good work!
I highly recommend you do not use this company. They have no value for loyal customers or a desire to keep your business. Their rental requirements are outrageous and unrealistic. They will not accept cash or let you use a debit card. Hertz is a much better choice for your car rental needs. Avoid enterprise at all cost or suffer dissatisfaction. I was a customer for over eight years and now just because I moved into a senior apt. complex I no longer qualify to rent from them. Good riddance to them.

My car got hit.so the other people insurance got me a car and as long as I had a card with 50 deposit it..well I get there and now I need a bank account..wow I didnt have one
My husband and I made reservations to pick up our vehicle at 6pm. We input all the information for easier check in upon arrival. We arrived at 6:00pm and as we were walking to the entrance a lady came out from behind the desk and approached the door. I thought she was going to greet us but instead she went to lock the door! We went around and told one of the employees we were there to pick up our car. She said they closed at 6pm. I informed her that I had an email that clearly stated that our appointment was at 6pm. She then said she would go inside to ask if it was possible to assist us. A lady walked out who was the one that had locked the door on us and said they were closed and their systems were now off. I showed her my email confirmation that stated 6pm she then said yes but its 6:03 and we are closed. We were in shock of the poor customer service this place provided. She then said we could come back tomorrow but I informed her that we were leaving that night. She said sorry and that was all! So upsetting why would this place provide a time and not be able to assist. Never again will I rent from this place. And I hope they contact me so I can provide the description of this ladyEdit.. found the email confirmation and added an image.

At first I thought Im going to be Here forever. 2-3 people ahead of me, we had to wait outside. Ill be doggoned. He ask my name, I told him I missed a reservation, Customer Service went in side came out. Said come here walked me over to a car (a Malibu to be exact). Check the outside, Told me to get in start the car. Check the miles, initial here, initial here and sign here showed me my cost and said Good bye. Im like huh??? Ok. I was so juiced I forgot to ask how to get back home, cuz I caught an Uber and my phone was dead dead...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Overall my experience exceeded and beyond my expectations... Ill save my story regarding me returning the car😜😜😜😜.. Just KNOW AUO CENTER DRIVE ENTERPRISE IS DOPE, FUNKY COOL, FAST, FRIENDLY, and PATIENCE trust me.. Thanks to All

Horrible service ... They accept the car reservations but cancels at the last moment saying that NO CARS AVAILABLE. Never make your reservation here.

Best customer service E-V-E-R!!!! Friendly & professional people.Let me start by saying I showed and my reservation was with a completely different location and for some reason the website let me reserve pickup time as the time they close up shop. I arrived (to the wrong location and a few minutes late) and the nice man let me in still and helped me out. He found my reservation and let me know I was at the wrong location, but that it was no problem and hed make sure I was taken care of. The whole process was easy and nice. They were officially closed, but while I was being helped, another customer doing a drop off was late to return and they let him in and took care of him as well. They were out of the car I reserved so they upgraded me at no extra cost! When I came to drop off my car I was greeted by another nice guy and it was another easy process.The folks at Enterprise at the Stockton Auto Mall location are the best! I will definately be taking all my rental car business there from now on. :)

The agent was great, she was very helpful and nice. My only issue is that my husband left his sun glasses in the console and I took the van back and didnt check that compartment. When I called the next day they said they couldnt find them. I guess the cleaning crew got a new pair of glasses, very disappointing!

Neither the counter guy nor the people upstair were pushy unlike other locations that try to upsell almost every service. I dont used to rent a car before but with my recent experience with Enterprise I love to do it. I never experience how easy convenient to drive a clean new car Everytime I do it. They have people in there thats ready to help what you need. Returning the car is as easy as 1 2 3 and the best part is they take you home. Those shuttle drivers makes you feel like they know you for a long time. I had a good fun experience at Enterprise and will go back there in my future car need. Excellent Job Enterprise
The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable, service was quick and efficient. I have never had a problem renting from here, I always have a pleasant experience. I rent quite often, the first time when all my information needed to be verified the wait was a little longer however they were able to get what they needed and get me on my way. I needed to extend my rental and that was effortless as well. I have yet to try the “pick me up” option, I am curious to see how that works.
Asian lady in front was very rude. she rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed had a stern attitude because we told her to check the gas. we were told we’d have a car ready and then got told 30 minute wait.
Update: Manager came out and was very helpful in assisting me. Was able to a least get a car to take care of business and enjoy my vacation.Very disappointed. Arrived in California on vacation I expecting to pick up my car and was told “I’m sorry, we sold out.” No courtesy call no nothing just told there was a “glitch” in their system and that I could pick up my car tomorrow. I contacted corporate office to complain but the representative transferred be to the grievance line overseas and the at rep rushed me off the phone. I normally rent at airport locations and thought it would be safe to rent from an auto mall location. Ive spent too much money with this rental car agency. Not a happy camper.

I have rented cars, SUVs with enterprise since 2003 have never had a bad experience with anyone but the last one was excellent so I decided to write this review. Malina Prieto was happy and very conversational throughout the process and walk through the vehicle. On a personal note enterprise rental rate and damaged waiver rate could be more competitive. I am willing to pay the extra for services with excellent people behind the counter such as Malina from enterprise in Stockton at auto mall circle 95212.
The fact that I could not pay deposit with cash caused a major problem.not taking cash is against the law

Katie was so nice as she was checking in our return car. Telling us about our trip and weather. We mentioned the car has lots of driving safety features and she yes Honda cars has a great safety car. And I told her i used all of them as well. She laughed... again Katie was cool doing her job ...

We rented a truck for two month with our business card. We was asked to come in and have info updated. Then told we were told we cannot use a business card without my wife name on it. They used the same card for the amount of $3999.00 prior, leaving us stranded in there parklot. Unbelievable.
Experience was smooth, no issues. Staff were pleasant. They could take more care in detailing and thoroughly cleaning the cars between passing them on to the next customer, but not a big, big deal.
We signed up through Costco to use Enterprise which is such a great deal!When we got to the desk the morning of our trip, we were told unlimited miles only applies to neighboring states. WE WERE TRAVELING TO OKLAHOMA! . . . for our daughters graduation. I was shocked! However, the manager took care of us and charged us $15.00 a day instead of 25 cents a mile. Everything worked out beautifully, and we had a great trip!Thanks to Luigi (Manager at the Stockton, CA Auto Mall Enterprise).
I always have a five star time at Enterprise Auto Center in Stockton, Ca. Its like going to Cheers where everyone knows my name. Even the car washers. They are efficient, courteous and always go the extra mile for me. Once, I mentioned to Ashley that the summer daily rates were really high. She asked me if Id thought about getting a corporate account, since I rent the cars to attend business meetings in the bay area. Within 48 hours she notified me that my corporate account was approved. As a matter of fact I have a car right now on the Weekend Special.
Went in and was helped by Megan. Megan was very helpful, patient, and provided exceptional customer service. When returning my car she recognized me ask me about my trip. Knowing your customers and their needs goes a long ways and this is why I give Megan 5 stars!!!
I am never ever going back to rent car at this location.Customer Service: 0/5Manager will be there, but doesnt care about customers. and will be wandering around as if King is patrolling its empire.This location was good when Robert was the Manager, but no longer.An Experience with some useful moral:Renting at Enterprise, Stockton Auto Mall was the worst nightmare that i ever had. I rented a car with them. I kept the car garaged while i was having it, and nobody even touched it and i didnt leave the car unattended anywhere else. I am habitual of taking care of things regardless of whose things those are. When i went to return the car, the enterprise representative came out and took a round around the car to examine it to see if the car was in good shape. He was behaving as if he was doing an investigation about a very high profile case. Then, he pointed out a spot which was 100% smooth without anything wrong to it, and started telling me, there is a dent here, which i obviously was not able to see since it was not there, and he obviously was making a false claim with which i completely disagreed. I dont know what his intention was, or what he was trying to prove to me, but i explained to him very clearly that nothing is wrong, and i also explained him that car was parked in my garage throughout rental period, but he simply ignored that, and blamed me. Luckily, i had the insurance so i was on the safe side, and there was no way that they were able to hurt me due to the insurance that i bought, but still it did give me enough trouble, and i decided the same moment i am not going to ever come back to rent at this place again.Moral:Whenever you go to rent a car, make sure to consider your safety first, and then anything else. My confidence level at renting a car was badly hurted, and since this event my trust level is 0. Stay Safe & and Drive Safe.
This is the 2nd time Ive used them in a month and both times Ive mistakenly left something important in the car upon return. The associates at enterprise did not hesitate to set my items aside and make sure they were returned to me. In he past Ive left things behind in a rental that were never returned or mistakenly came up missing. For this very reason my only rental company of choice is enterprise. Its always a good thing when you can trust the people working for the company to ensure that they are making sure your experience is memorable.
