Rented a car from Budget on 5/24. The tire completely blew out, the car they gave us was incredibly unsafe. Was stranded on the side of the road in 90 degree weather for hours after calling Budget and they said they were sending somebody (who never came). Ended up having to call an Uber to take us to Budget, who said they did not have another car for us. And now they have the audacity to 1.) charge us for this death trap 2.) charge us for the full week, when the car was unusable after day 2.Budget is a complete scam. Avoid unless you want to risk your life for 100$/day.

Found this place thru priceline, night b4 I needed it. They had the lowest price for what I needed, & the reps were very courteous. Oh, oh. When youre checking the car for issues, dont forget about the interior. When I got home, checking out the inside, found a huge cigarette burn. Took a picture of it, then turned on the air. Reeked of stale cigarette smoke.

Tried to rent a vehicle. The women at the window looked at my card and said they needed to do a credit check and that I needed to have Good Credit. When I asked why she claimed it was due to my card. I bank at Chase which is an excellent bank. I believe its because I am multi racial. I decided to rent elsewhere.

It was fine. Got my rental and got out of there. The return was super easy too. Right now they wont let you in the doors and have you stand outside. It is in direct sunlight. I wish they would have out an ez-up out. Would have made it so much better. I would have given 5 stars with some shade.

I highly recommend car rentals from Budget. They have Awesome, Friendly, helpful staff. Good deals nice cars.

You must have patience going there. The guy is nice he even hooked us up with a nice deal but it took him forever to explain. But I guess in that type of business you have to make sure u dot all Id n cross all the Ts. smh

Car was great, pick up was easy. Brought it back 3 hours late and was charged MORE than it would of cost to rent it for the day! Attendant was not helpful at all, simply have us a number and said they can help you I cant. Took 3 people later and a supervisor and we agreed on half a day charge. This was our first and our LAST time using Budget. I knew I should of done enterprise like I always do, so much for saving $10 😖.

Always a pleasant experience at this location, with a friendly staff. The location usually has a decent selection of cars and SUVs. The rental car facility is located in the Food for Less shopping center on E March Lane. The area is a high traffic area, therefore, it is not advised to park a vehicle overnight.

This was my first time renting a vehicle with Budget/Avis and it will not be the last. First off, this was a last minute rental. The original place I was to rent a vehicle at fell through. Thank goodness it did though. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and was a delight to speak with. We upgraded for a small fee and received something that turned out to be a blessing. Traveling with an infant was hard in itself but having the extra room helped out.The next trip we go on, we will definitely come back and rent here again.

I have rented from this Budget location 3 or 4 times over the past 2 years and each experience has been great. The staff are always friendly, helpful and make pick-up and drop-off process super quick and easy, the cars have always been very clean. The office is a little small, but clean and there is seating available in the waiting area. I would definitely rent from this Budget location again.

Horrible will never use them again will not recommend using them. go to the airport to rent a car there services suck they don’t explain things correctly.

Tried to get a vehicle. Reserved the car at one price then showed up and it was more. Said you need a major credit card. Had one in hand. Was told your Visa atm card would not work. Not helpful at all. The air conditioning system did not work in the office.

This is the best place that I have been rented so far, the first time that treat me well, the wait for the car was short and the car was excellent and clean. I will rented in this place always.

Friendly staff, booked my rental online. Counter sales should have pointed out the floor level to where our rental is located. It was hectic dragging our baggage into and out of elevators Until we found Budget lot i guess on the 3rd floor. LOL

Quoted me one price but charged me much higher at the end of the rental.
