Even 1 star is an insult. They’re very unprofessional and forget about them coming back to finish your job. They left an unfinished job and kept telling us they’ll send someone for 2 straight weeks and NO ONE came. They’ll ghost you after getting paid. I would NOT recommend getting work done from them. They even took our shovel and never returned it. Very unprofessional and unethical.

Very very bad service. Had my dry rods on roof replaced and was told they would come back to put the tiles back when I get it to replace the bad tiles. It has been 3 weeks now and called them more than 10 times. I was told they would be here last Friday which was 5 days ago and still have not come to get the job done. It rained this past weekend and now the water will get in again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONSTRUCTOR. LOOKING FROM THE SERVICE THEY GAVE I HAVE DOUBT NOW AT THEIR WORK. POOR SERVICE =POOR QUALITY

Had an appointment and they never showed. Called them to find out why and they were going to find out and call us back. Still waiting and it’s been 3 weeks 🤣 save your time and call someone else

I dont even want to give them one star but you cant post if you dont click one star. I have been reaching out to Delta Bay to do some work for me in Stockton for the last couple of years for specific jobs. As busy as I am, I dont like to baby sit jobs so I dont mind paying more. Recently I have waited 4 months for quotes on apartment building. On top of that they had me wait 3 hours for them to arrive to an appointment and I had to call them to see where they were. They didnt have the courtesy to call me and tell me they were running late again. Absolutely not acceptable. I would never waste anyones time like this. Especially, when Im the customer with lots of future work for them. When I sent a message to them about being disappointed, I get a call from Valerie with an attitude. I wont refer this company to anyone in the future as I have been. There are other companies out there who appreciate peoples time and easier to workwith.

Called for an appointment, scheduled one, waited and waited. Called to see if he was coming, was told she would call back. Never heard anything from them.
