Went yesterday for a haircut for my son and I. My son is 15 months old so sitting for a hair cut is not fun for him. When we got there Mary took us. She was AMAZING!! She was patient, kind and talked to him with every cut she took, reassuring him. His cut came out perfect and exactly how I wanted it. When she was cutting my hair she made sure she knew exactly what I wanted. My cut come out perfect I love it! The atmosphere she creates is warm and welcoming. She didn’t make me feel I was just another cut. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARY!!!

Great experience here, the employees are very friendly, show pride in their work, they are experienced, skilled and professional with their work and it shows.... My cut always looks great and if you download the app is easy to book a spot and head out for your cut, the drive there takes up the usual waiting time so when you show up your usually right on time and are seated for your styling right away!

Everyone was welcoming and nice. The woman who cut my sons hair was engaging and asked every step of the way if my son was good with things. We will go back.

Jessica did great job I noticed she cleaned and sanitized her tools and combs right after me for next client . This a great place nice and clean .

Got an absolutely terrible haircut from a different business. Called Supercuts, walked in, they gave me a very professional haircut, and only charged me for a trim. Highly recommend.

Minimal wait time and cut itself was the usual exercise in efficiency. Stylist was very pleasant.

I went here to try to save some money. Learned the hard way not to be cheap lol. The girl totally chopped off my hair (I had a pixie cut that just needed a trim). She didn’t even try to make it look nice. I could have cut it myself, and it would’ve turned out the same. She was nice, but definitely didn’t know how to cut hair. Or at least how I wanted it.

I was a walk in rushed my hair cut did a poor job and she kept hurting my recently pierced ear after i told her multiple times it was recently pierced she was also being rough i wont come back with lisa marie johnson

Expect to make an appointment theyre not really taking very many walk-ins right now. But overall they did a great job on my sons haircut.

My cut was very uneven and my daughter asked for layers but was only cut in front, long bangs very ugly. Not happy with out cuts. Had to go elsewhere to get fixed

They should post their correct hours they close early.

I was a walk in. She only had 1 person she was working on. She told me 30 minutes which i was fine with. When i came back she was working on someone else and an employee must of came in or came back from break/lunch. When she was done she said she was gonna clean up and would be right with me. She took off in the back for at least 15 minutes.. I will never come back here again. Customer service skills suck a**!!!!

Chelsea cut my youngest daughters hair for her first official haircut a couple ago and it came out amazing!! The next time around we were serviced by another team member and my daughters hair came out a little uneven. This was mostly due to the texture of my daughters hair and how she chose to wear it. We went back to have it fixed and they were already closed but Chelsea was outside, recognized us and said she would fix my daughters hair anyways. She knew exactly how to cut it so it would fall how my daughter likes it. Shes amazing and I will definitely be taking my daughter back again. Thanks again Chelsea!

Went in for a post quarantine haircut(my fiance did an at home cut for me) Dixen was wonderful! Always checking in with what I wanted and offered suggestions to help with my wedding look this coming fall. Thank you for fixing my hair!!!

Very impressed with the salon specialist my daughter and I had our hair cut and a gentleman cut my daughters hair and a young lady cut my and the both did such a GREAT CUT !! on both of us will go back to them again they both told us their name and I forgot but both of young people and the others hairstylist they all did everything they could to keep us safe as well as them selves and I do have a lot of respect for them taking this time so very seriously. !!

Ive been going to this location for a long time and never would have considered making a review, until I had the benefit of having Dixen as my stylist. He is most kind, considerate, detail oriented and just perfect at cutting hair. He thoughtfully over the course of many visits optimized my hairstyle knowing exactly what I wanted without me knowing how to describe it. Thank you Dixen for making what felt like too long of a journey to find my hair person. I will definitely be back!

I went in last week to get a haircut for engagement photos 2 hours before I had to take them. I was a walk in so no appointment and there was a new guy Dixon. I have to say this man cut my hair 100% to to what I wanted. This man really knows what hes is doing. I looked great in my photos and I left a happy customer. Dixon is the guy you need to see. Hes new, but he performed 10 out of 10 work. Great job man.

I always call ahead and make an appointment the same day. Ive had my hair cut very nicely every time. Just make sure to explain what you want and they should be able to do it. I always have a great experience.

Walked in at 3pm to get a haircut. She was the only one inside, I Was told she could get to me at 3:45. So I waited. And then she decided to leave to make a bank deposit and doesnt even Express any customer service to tell me whats going on or to tell me someone will be with me shortly. wow waste of time. Maybe she needs to go on a diet to have better brain activity..idk Im just saying🤔

Shannon has been cutting my sons hair since he was 2! She is always on point, and I rarely even have to instruct her on how I like it (She just knows). Shannon is the BEST!

They take real pride in their work and do their best to take their time and make sure everythings the best it can be. Every time Tracey cuts my hair, I know I wont be disappointed and that Im going to leave with the perfect cut. It may be a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for!

Ive been coming here for several years and I wont be coming back. The weekends always have very long waits for walk-ins, so its a good idea to make an appointment. Today I called ahead and made an appointment. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and the woman who checked me in said Ive been waiting for you, youre next. I sat down and watched three people get called ahead of me. No explanation, no communication, nothing. It was 40 minutes later that I was able to start getting a haircut, and that was only because another stylist had started their shift. The worst part was the complete lack of communication. Just tell me that I have to wait (even though I have an appointment), and Ill go somewhere else. I wont be coming back.

Great place. But its a must to make a reservation or you will be waiting a while.

Supercuts more like superSLOW! Waited an hour just for them to tell me that they don’t do undercuts with a style, AND I called in before hand an asked if they did undercuts with a style. But if you make an appointment your good 👍, make sure you make an appointment when coming here.

Dont like Internet trolls, and the two reviews before this one are just that, a couple of tag-team whiners. Ive been coming to this exact salon for almost 4 years, and never once has anyone failed to greet me immediately when I walked in, with a smile and helpful nature. This is a walk-in salon, and while you can make an appointment, if you havent made one and you walk in, you are simply taken in order,which is only fair. They ALWAYS tell you how many are ahead of you and what the approximate wait would be, and would you like to put your name in and go shopping or have a bite to eat and return. On to the actual services: I have NEVER walked out of there with a haircut I did not want, no matter which stylist worked on me, and they never say a thing about adjusting this or that until its exactly how I want. I am not the girliest girl on the planet, but I like a good haircut, and I insist on it. I will never go anywhere else.

Husband and son-in-law love their cuts and go back about every 2 months.

Liz will make your hair line look bad and won’t follow instructions.Dont bother walking in or making a appointment only if you want to get your hairline pushed back a inch or two and get your hair on top cut very small i’m at the point where i had a come over but now u have to have my hair down so i don’t see my bad pushed back hairline don’t bother getting a haircut or making that appointment.

07/02/2017. 2:20pm appointment my husband and I walked out very upset. he was so embarrassed to step out in public with the damages the guy in the green glasses did. my husband asked for simple hair faded on the side with a little trim o the top my husband hair came out looking like a rooster the side fade on his hair were so uneven. the hair stylist should not even touch anyones hair, he has no professionals in this. I highly not recommend this stylist to anyone.

Terrible service. walked in not greeted. just want to trim the end part of my hair with natural C-curl like bob hair, that stylist CANT EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SAYING. SHE JUST CUT MY HAIR WITH ONE CUT AND IT WAS DONE?? OMFG DONT YOU TRIM IT NICELY LIKE OTHERS?!! I SHOULD GO TO the one at sac like usual instead of come here. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DONT GO THERE!!!

Dont use of you have curly hair man!!! This is the second place to mess my hair up I asked Ali) if she could do it as it was curly she said well yea but I have to wet it long story short my blunt bob was mishaped beyond belief as I straightened it the followed morning for a business meeting it was choppy and uneven drastically so I go right after straightened it she say do want it shorter I state no I dont want you to touch as I specifically told you if you couldnt dont!!! So I ask for refund and she states all go get my manager shannon so I wait she asked if I would like her to fix, I states no and she gives me refund and ask do you want me to fix it I say do you know how to do blunt bob yeas she states i really honestly should of walked away with money. I regret it shorty on one side she state mananger Shannon after I told it didnt look even she says it not do you want me to fix it well thats what I thought she was doing so made my day awful with thick curly mishaped bob and I cant cut anymore I wont have hair. I honestly dont know how these stylist if I should call them that they promise you one thing and is not what you get. Receive there licenses thru state of California they just hand them out without testing them. Horrid beyond belief.ps shannon stated my haor should never been cit only if it was dry and straightened.
