I came in to get a haircut after being too depressed to leave the house. With my new hair I feel more confident and actually want to get up so I can style it. Never underestimate the power of a good haircut.

Took a chance, will not be back! I feel my stylist didnt listen to my needs and was rushing through my cut. Its very bluntly cut which I dont prefer and a little too short. Also upon coming home to examine my hair I found a long section that was missed which couldve been easily fixed if he took the time to double check his work.

I appreciated that the stylist was honest and helpful with my cut. He didnt just give me what I wanted to make the money. He suggested a simple cut to even out my hair and gave great advice. In the end I loved my cut and style. Will definitely go back again.

Stopped by to get a hair cut for my daughter and I and we were attended by a gentlemen who took longer to sit us down than to cut our hair. I told him I wanted short layers for how i style my hair and instead he did what he had suggested....short layers. I dislike how my hair looks. Next he attended to my daughter and finished her within 5 minutes. We were rushed out of the salon. I have always enjoyed coming here but now I will be finding a new salon. Very unsatisfying experience.

I made an online appointment for a hair cut at 4pm. When I arrived on time the stylist said that another person had also booked the same appt. time by phone and he would have to serve him first. The client had not arrived and the stylist just sat doing nothing. When he could of started my cut and close to finishing when the other client arrived. Once the stylist started my haircut all went smoothly and cut my hair very well.

I have been going for years as with anywhere there will be bad stylists go to Kayla, had 3 others in the last everything from my hair to my lower back with spiral perm to currently must went about as short as you can pixie, if there ever even a hair missed l was taken right back to correct. I would much rather go there than spend hundreds to have my hair messed up somewhere else maybe check out the hairdresser first no matter were you go.

Came in to get a hair cut before I walked in my hair was a lot better then what it is now a Chinese lady cut it uneven and the layers where all frizzed out I went in a second time to get it fixed by a man and it is not how I would have liked it the last hair cut I had I went to ulta there amazing I’ll never go back to this place again 😡

Never argue with the customer about their hair. I know how I wanted my hair and instead he did my hair the way he wanted to.I can’t believe I paid 1597 for that no effortI won’t be back
