I put two stars because my last visit to LT salon was a big disappointment. I had two good experiences with Lisa (very nice girl.) But my last appt did NOT go like I hoped. I asked to go lighter (pale blonde color) and bring roots higher but keep shadow root aaaaand she bleached my roots which left my hair a light golden brown color and then she added “babylights” that were brassy and looked like they were slapped on. Was also told she put a toner and it would look dark for a while but it would lighten and to just use purple shampoo. The bottom and top of my hair had two different tones and two different looks. (my hair was actually blonde before this session so my ends were the only thing that looked a little light). I literally got told by everyone around me how dark and dated it looked. I tried reaching her to arrange some sort of compensation or to possibly fix it since I paid $220. I never had a problem paying, I loved her work prior my last session and honestly would’ve returned had she fixed it. I got one response asking for a pic and never heard from her again.

Lisa is the best, totally transformed my hair. Highly recommend to book your appointment with her.

They always have only one person working and they take forever to cut your hair. I had to wait one hour after my appointment.
