This is one of the best finds I’ve ever found in my life. The people are always super helpful and good to chat with. I’m regards to the products, I’ve been using everything to remodel my house and gifts for family and friends. A lot of people have turned this into a home business which is a fantastic idea for someone more diligent and committed. I grew up with little and now I can have a lot. Be careful with this location. They intentionally misled me with pictures. I was bidding on a blender and the blender that I thought was good but it had big damages and the damaged side was turned upside down to hide it in the pictures. Also the wrong item was inside and they only took pic of the bottom of the blender since they knew it was the wrong motor base that was inside, an old one. The didnt mention that it had damages too.. I bidded high a little with someone but when I finally opened it, it was just junk. Absolute garbage. Be careful with this location, if you dont see pictures clearly it is intentional and they want to hide it from you. They have good stuff though but be very careful

Great place to find some awesome deals.... especially with the covid stuff going on right now, not alot of people are thinking about auctions. From this location I got a few items and you have to really pay attention to the descriptions and the pics... one item clearly shows missing pieces, but I got caught up in the auction and ended up basically paying for an unusable product (totally my fault for not paying attention). Either way, auctions are addicting, so its nice to have a place thats legit to deal with in person!

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS LOCATION!!! They were ok at the beginning but as time went by, pictures of items are misleading, they do not allow extensions like othe RLr locations. Owner/manager have no customer service skills. She has a short fuse and some of the staff are following her lead. No patience with the customers and always having a terrible attitude. Staff could benefit from Customer Service Skills training. Other than that they are OK.

You can still find some pretty good deals but the quality of photos and descriptions still lack. Used to rate them higher but until they improve with the photos and descriptions Ive already got them rated a little high

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! That being said the owner has no business sense with a short fuse. I bought a couch on here and when I showed up to pick it up asked If I could have the couch on the bottom as it was still sealed and wrapped in plastic and would need to ride home on top of my SUV. Owner snaps at me you cannot have the couch your Blacklisted! I reply great refund everything back to my cards as I do not want to do business with you anyway, by the way I have spent more than $20,000 with bid RL in the last 3 years. As this was a couple of weeks ago and the couch has not been re-listed seems he was more unhappy about the final value he was receiving and not about my questions. Ohh also had to file a dispute with my credit card as the money was not refunded after a week of patiently waiting. The couple of times I had been her in the last year customer service was horrible and took 3 times longer to pull items her than any of the 7 other locations I have been using.

I want to love this company. I requested an extension to pick up an item. She told me that I have to pick it up right away. There are instances where they give me an extension to pick up an item. However, it is a hit or miss on how many days that they are able to give an extension. Please help! I did send an email for an extension. However, I did not receive a response from my email.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this location. 2 months ago they became an independent retailer of BidRL, but they are by no means a reflection of the true BidRL locations and should not have been given the independent dealer location. Solomon, who appears to be the manager, also did not believe me when I told him I sent an email for an extension. Basically said “sorry, you’re SOL.” Never buying here again.

I have been dealing with RL Liquidators for about 3 years or so, and I have met real nice people, like Michael, Anthony, Rob. Even the pullers I have met are very kind and considerate and make sure you are okay with your purchase. I have told all my friends and family about this auction company and the different items that you can find here. Also if you have any issues with your purchase, they bend over backwards for you to make it right. I will always be back for more, great place.

Been using a different auction company in the area for online bidding but finally tried bidrl out and its a night and day difference in going to the locations, the staff you deal with and the quality of their auctioned items in general. Already removed the bookmark for the other company and will stick with just bidrl now.
