From the office staff, estimator, and crew, they were extremely professional, helpful, courteous, flexible, and did wonderful work. They have the right equipment, knowledge, and manpower to get the job done right. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I’ll be using them in the future without a doubt.

Weve used Nate for several years when they first did a major remodel of our gardens. While our most recent experience with tree removal was unsatisfactory, with the combined office staff and field personnel being rude, unresponsiveness, and overpriced, Nate was able to clear this up with us after the fact. Nate himself is generally pretty nice and helpful, as well as being easy to work with.

A storm brought down part of a walnut tree on my house and deck. Nates was able to provide an estimate and complete the removal within 24 hours. The staff is always responsive and willing to help and Nate is an honest and intelligent arborist and landscaper. I have noticed that they always keep good equipment. Nates GREAT Tree Service was exactly that, GREAT! They were friendly, from the office to on site. Ive had used them for their tree service; they safely removed a fallen tree from my front yard. We were planning our 125 year celebration at the Mulhall UMC and we had a tree that really needed some attention. Nates responded immediately to our request and performed the work quickly, efficiently, and after they had finished the tree looked great. They cleaned up so well there was no evidence they had been there except for the beautifully shaped tree. Allyson was so helpful and she kept me informed about what was going on since we were waiting for good weather. Watching these pros doing their work is like watching a ballet! Be prepared for horrible service. I went to buy cacti and there was no staff in sight. The only staff member I could find was on the phone and only had rude remarks. When I asked about the price she told me with an attitude “if there’s no price then it’s not for sale”. Why do they place plants not for sale in with everything else?? I’m so confused how they’re still in business with how they run things.

Been trying to pick up mulch, no one there to load it up, told to come back in morning at 8:00, made point to be there before 8:00, workers there but none wanted any cobtact with me. If only time you can pick up is 8:00 seems like someone would be there to take care of you. I thought they were in the business of selling mulch. I must be mistaken.
