We came in before close to drop off a trailer. The customer service representative was extremely cold and rude. He claimed equipment drop off was closed and only the store was open. I still havent found specific equipment drop off hours on their website. He directed us to do the after hours drop off process online and hed move the trailer before he left. I completed the online process all before this facility actually closed. He even came out at one point to put away some things outside. He didnt say a word to us or ask us if we had any questions. Avoid this place.

Absolutely the best, uncommon friendly, amazingly accommodating, just humanly warm and real people that care for their customers. I will recommend this place forever to everyone. Macy and Ian are the absolute best ever!

Stillwaters best kept secret! Friendly courteous helpful staff and quick service. In and out in less than 10 min for storage rental. Prices are unbelievable.

Very handy, helpful, they got about everything covered however most of the time taken to pick up a rental truck was exchanging information most of this could of been done beforehand and saved valuable time when its the day to move.

The man at the front desk is quite potentially the worst customer service representative I have ever seen.Not only was he rude and unclear about anything but he canceled my reservation with no prior warning and told me he had decided on the phone to cancel it.Come here if you want to waste your time with the fat jerks that work at this location.

Gave a friend a ride to where the band and helped her with it it was super easy she didnt have to have physical contact with anyone it was really cool

Excellent service, the guy that works there is pretty cool. He helped me get the box bundles to my vehicle and was very knowledgeable about working with the digital aspect of the U-Haul deal because I like to work largely through text messaging and I ordered the truck online. Getting my rental and returning it went really smoothly with zero problems. The truck was spotless when I got it. The best experience I have had with a U-Haul store ever.

The front desk guy was not helpful at all, he was just loosing his temper and was ignoring my questions!

We had reserved a van online from 10 am - 4 pm. When I got there at 11 am noticed that they had canceled my reservation without any announcement(!) They dont let more than one person inside because of COVID-19 and after one hour waiting when I saw no one is coming out I opened the door to enter the building but the guy rudely said I need the stay out. They literally are not responding to you! We had to re-reserve the van online, but I had almost no antenna at the place to do so. I explained it and asked the lady to make the reservation for us, and she said you have to do it online on your own because the staff inside wont answer you! Long story short, we used the van for almost 2 hours, but the whole reservation and returning process took more than 2 hours. It was 90 F outside, and I dehydrated for reserving a van! ZERO Respect to the customer! What a nightmare..!

Awful experience with the employee. Spent 2 hours here to pick up a trailer that was booked weeks in advance. I have used Uhauls services several times. Usually, it is a very quick and smooth process. That was not the case at this location. Employee demonstrated the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Uhaul telephone representatives after the incidents were useless.

Staff was incredibly rude to my friend, threatened to cancel their reservation several times, took their ID and refused to give it back, tried to take their cell phone. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE

I wouldn’t even give it one star. I called the manager, Ian Johnson, after a worker gave us his personal number when I called about a pricing mix up. He then proceeded to scream at me saying that he was busy working out and then told me to “shut up” repeatedly while I was trying to explain what was going on. He was mad that a coworker gave out his personal phone number (which I didn’t even ask for) and he acted very unprofessional. Luckily the south uhaul store manager called me and was extremely helpful and happily refunded the money. Do yourself a favor and take your business to the south uhaul store.

When arriving at the 24 hour access storage unit after a long day of helping my female friend load the uhaul. We were met with an unfortunate set of circumstances. The already paid for, hours in advance unit was not ready. The facility failed to meet even bare minimum of decent customer service. Now we are exhausted waiting for someone to come prepare the unit and remove the lock. Its after midnight and this is very stressful. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
