The appointment took an hour, but I was impressed with my service tech who was willing to get help from 2 other, more experienced, staff members. All in all, we got me signed up for FirstNet. Scheduling an appointment was easy online. Greeted immediately upon arrival, and treated very well. Great experience though a bit long for the task. Very happy 😊

The Stillwater ATT store is so helpful. I wanted to do a couple of things and met Erick as I came in.Erick took care of every detail of upgrading my phone, even though we had a few issues getting all of my data transferred (my old phone’s fault). Erick was extremely knowledgeable, and took the extra time to walk me through everything I needed. I appreciate everything he did to give me the highest quality of customer service. Thank you!

The next day, I had off work, so I took the old phones in for a trade-in value of $700. That’s when we found out a 2020 SE was really $350 and not $700. So what do I do now? Pay the $350 or take the 12 back from my daughter. Salesman put us in an extremely bad situation.

It is never a quick trip into this store, but most of the time I get good service even if it does take a while. But I have had at least 2 experiences with John in this store and neither were good. The last one was regarding an extra line for a watch I was being billed for that I wasnt even using after trading an older watch in. After at least 15 minutes of him looking through my account, he couldnt tell me anything about the situation and said if I wanted to cancel a line I had to call customer service directly. Then pretty much just got up and left me, even after I asked another question. Ive always encountered great employees in here that were very helpful, except for him.

They was fast and nice and listened and held a good conversation to keep me entertained. Recommend this store for sure to anyone. Just ask for these two.

When we walked in they put us on the waiting list. It took a little longer than expected but they were short handed and there were many customers because of the holiday season. Lane was the employee helping us. Me and 2 of my family were doing the trade in. There were many problems and he worked with us for 5 hours and was very helpful to make sure we weren’t paying too much for what we were getting. Him and Ramona worked out our problems with our account and got us taken care of. They were very nice the whole time and had great customer service.

We had probably the best experience we have ever had switching over to a new phone. If you need any services you absolutely need to ask for Trey. He was the most knowledgeable and efficient and extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend waiting for him if you have to go get a new phone. It usually is the most painful process and he made it so quick and easy. Trey is the one to ask for, 100% by far the best. I will use him every time I need a phone upgrade.

First of all, the guy who gave me my order was great.The problem is the ATT app would not let me put my desired accessories in the cart with the phone that I had selected. It gave only one option for a case for the phone, which was a feminine-looking case-I am a very masculine man. So, I added the screen protector that was suggested to my phone order. Then, I went and ordered a case separately. I picked up the order in the store, and when I got home, I realized that the screen protector was not in the bag. I called the store because I live 30 miles away. The girl I talked to said that she was the one who filled my order and that it had come through in 3 separate orders-one being just the phone, one being the phone and screen protector, and one being the case. She only filled the phone and the case, and not the screen protector. She also said that I would not be charged for the screen protector. When I check my order summary, it shows that all three items were fulfilled. I also was not given a receipt to show what I paid. My bank account shows that I paid for the screen protector that I did not receive. I also had to make another 30 mile trip today to get a screen protector for this phone because it is important to have it in my line of work. I will no longer request to pick up an order from this ATT store. I am including a screenshot of my order confirmation.

Absolutely loved the customer service here! Kyle and Preston were extremely informative and helped me find what was the best option for me, not trying to push me into the most expensive products. They were very good about prioritizing the safety of customers and staff regarding COVID-19 by having masks and hand sanitizer right when I walked in.While I hope I don’t have to be back for a while after getting a new phone, I do know that I’ll be taken good care of if the rest of the staff is anything like Kyle and Preston! Do not bother attempting to call the store.I called for 3 days and left my phone on a redial prompt. Total time waiting while the phone rang was 4.5 hours over 3 days. What a joke!I drove to the store while the phone was ringing. I walked in was greeted by several employees who asked me if I needed help and I said no thank you. While I still had my phone ringing the store in my hand I walked to the door next to the break room and could clearly see and hear the phone ringing on a desk. While observing I wondered how many employees would walk by and not even bother to answer it. 4 employees passed and didn’t even glance at it.After it was obvious that they didn’t answer phones I turned back towards the sales floor and a manager walked up to me and asked if I needed help. My guess is an employee who walked past me was wondering why I was standing next to the door watching the phone ring. I explained what was happening, how long I had been on the phone, and how I watched people consistently walk past the phone without answering it. The managers explanation was that the employees aren’t able to answer the phone if they’re busy. I explained that several employees weren’t busy because when I walked in I was greeted by one who asked if I needed help and 3 or 4 others who walked past the ringing phone who were not busy at all. All I had was one simple question and to activate 3 lines of service. Which I didn’t mention because I was so turned off at the entire thing. She apologized and I said thank you and left.I called T-Mobile from their parking lot and got right through to the store after a couple of prompts and someone answered, gave me their name, and answered my question. I’m at T-Mobile now waiting for them to set up my 3 new phones. Thanks T-Mobile for answering your phone likes business should!If your company or place of business is consistently too busy to answer your phones you have the following problems. 1.) You don’t train your employees to answer the phones. 2.) You’re grossly understaffed which is your own fault and don’t understand the importance. 3.) Your loosing money as a business. 4.) Your company is paying millions per year for a company phone system that isn’t providing them any revenue or service to their current and potential customers.Thank you for taking the time to read my rant. I digress.

Idk how to start but let’s go! First, I live in the links apt at Stillwater and everyone who lives there knows that we have to get contract with at&t and at least for a year with a 100 dollar deposit! Secondly, I signed with them because I have to and they told that they are providing a carbon fiber stuff that makes it fast and awesome and I started paying for it’s been now two years and a half! After a year and a half, we had problem with the payment and went to the store and they told us they are working on the carbon fiber and that would work after 6 months! So they lied to me first! Thirdly, once they plugged the carbon fiber stuff they told us to raise the speed for the carbon fiber work in our apt! We raised it to from 45 to 100 MB so that works and we be happy! As a result, it was it was good in the beginning and then it got sucks and low! I tried to call to fix it but you know what they would let you do which is go turn off the modem plah plah! Finally, sent someone to look at it and all what he did was changing the modem and left and guess what they charged us a $99.99! I swear it’s still sucks I feel I’m not in the U.S.!! We are only 2-3 max person in the apt! Here is two videos showing my video games are sucks and cannot play I’m wasting my money I cannot even play online even snapchat etc! Hope someone help me with them!!

Its always a painful experience when I go to this location. There is always a wait, even when there are fewer than three customers in the building. The last time I went, I fully intended on making a rather large purchase. There was an AT&T promotion that I knew about, but when I asked the representative, they said there were no particular promotions on the device I was inquiring about. I asked again and said Are you sure? He gave me the same reply. So I promptly walked out of the store. I immediately called AT&T customer service and I was indeed correct about the promotion. Im sure this wasnt intentional but Im an informed consumer and I felt like they would have gladly sold me a device at full retail had I not known about this promotion. If they are willing to do this to me, are they willing to do this uninformed consumers?? It creates unneeded suspicion on my part, someone who has been a customer of AT&T for many years.

They only had 3 people working and one who was standing around only taking names. This is how you lose customers. At least have the decency to let the customers know HOW LONG the wait will be.
