The old tax people I used got bought out by this company. Ever since then I’ve had a difficult time with people following through on promises and rarely get an actual person on the phone. The last time I did it was from a lady who seemed to be upset with my call. Why should I be working this hard to have a company take my business?

I called to check on an appointment. And the person who answered the phone was rude. No, you dont have an appointment... ever!
