I called A & B from Tulsa (they are located 60 miles from here) and asked if they treated lawns for army worms. The woman that answered the phone, very professional and friendly, told me she would contact the owner, James, and see what they could do. Within 30 minutes I saw an A & B truck parked in front of my house and the technician spraying my lawn. Not exactly sure how they pulled this off but to say Im dazzled is an understatement. Use this company!

Extremely rude receptionist and they never give us a full days heads up when they are coming. Sometimes they just show up and expect us to know better. I wish theyd let us schedule a day, but between the receptionist and owner, they wouldnt hear of it. The guys doing the actual spraying are considerate and very understanding, but all in all I would never go to them if I had a choice.

HORRIBLE customer service; HORRIBLE demeanor; Deanna especially, she is very unprofessional and very rude on the phone. Were in 2019 and people still do not know how to be kind to one another even if theyre having a horrible day or whatever the case may be. I would recommend some training on her end on how to maintain a professional demeanor when talking to others especially others who have chosen to enlist their pest control services at their home. This is my personal opinion..

They do a great job at a reasonable rate. The representative who has sprayed and treated our house is very knowledgeable and very helpful, willing to answer all of our questions and always friendly.
