In the last couple of years we bought a tractor, Roxer and a lawn mower from Sawgrass. Early in 2020 we called to schedule some repairs on the tractor. Because of the covid outbreak they asked us to hold off until things calmed down. After a little over a year we took the tractor in for repairs. It sat on their lot for 7 weeks. When we would call we were treated with rudeness or no one would answer our calls or return calls when they said they would. My 70 year husband decided to pick up the tractor and take it to another dealer to get the repairs done. No one their would help my husband get the tractor loaded and he got over heated. God bless them! We wont be doing business with them and suggest that no one else do either. They do not know or care about customer service.

Great people. No sales rush. Bought a tractor trailer package. They walked me through my options and did great. Brian is awesome even after care. I hope they don’t change and be big corporate America! Keep it local, and keep it real and you always will have my business and will refer you guys. I’m very pleased!!!

Just purchased my Grasshopper Zero Turn mower from Brian at Sawgrass. Overall, great experience. Time was spent with me to answer all the questions and product comparisons of Grasshopper to the competition. I looked over the mowers on location and test drove a 48 to use at my residence. I settled on a rear discharge unit that was delivered to the dealer within a day or two. Sawgrass then delivered to my property with ease. I plan to use them for yearly maintenance where they will pick up the mower, service, and return. Grasshoppers are worldwide and made just a couple hours drive from Stillwater in Moundridge Kansas. Very happy with the purchase and service from Sawgrass.

Had a huge problem with warranty work on a brand new mower (not purchased from them) communication about the repair wasnt great. I had to call them Everytime to find out status over a 4 month period.Always friendly when I called, but follow-up and communication wasnt as good as would have liked on warranty service.

Rude, disrespectful, uncaring attitude of the owner ! Huge backlog of repairs of Husquevarna mowers due to foreign equipment made cheap and lack of good mechanics to push mowers out in a timely way. Repairs take forever, no follow up calls, lack of communications between coworkers. High turnover of mechanics and workers that causes confusion and delay. Extremely expensive costs in repairs. Very disappointed as I have purchased $10,000 zero turn mowers, four $800 Honda mowers and weed eaters from this company in the past 15 years. I will never do business with people who disrespect Veterans ! Worst business to trust to keep my business operational and running. They really do not care about their customers !

The man was friendly and helpful. They didnt keep the parts in stock, but he ordered them for me, in a timely manner. I would do business there again.

BEWARE! WARNING! If you take your equipment here for servicing/repairs, know that they will NOT communicate an expected review date, answer their phones, check their messages or return calls. They had my equipment for more than 15 days and had not communicated with me once. It took driving there and demanding answers before I learned they had actually looked at it more than 2 weeks prior and DID NOT CALL to review. TWO WEEKS! Unacceptable customer service.
