When I started coming here after covid I was nervous. But the staff is super friendly and the owner is great!!! Very clean all the time and easy to reach staff whenever needed. Usually not busy so I feel very comfortable working out here.

Ive been a member of this Snap location for many years. During the past year, the owner made a number of changes that have greatly improved the facilities and operations. In particular, Im impressed with the two managers, Lauren and Ashley — extremely friendly and professional.

I have been a member here for many years. The new management has done a tremendous job at keeping the facility clean. Lauren and Ashley are friendly and informative. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for safe, quiet place to work out.

Since I started in October I have never seen any menagment its very dirty I feel like Im working out in a dirty garage I have had strep and sick way to often 🤔 Wonder why I am now looking for a different gym. Too bad its very convenient that you could just swipe your card and go anytime you want this is the Stillwater one maybe when theyre done with the remodel it might be better.

Easy to join, impossible to end membership! Dont do it! After several attempts, including stopping by location, emails, written letter returned to me, leaving the letter at location desk, many phone calls with request of a return call from management there is still no response after 2 weeks. Worst management ever. Cancellation of credit card is only option.

Very friendly atmosphere. No one bothers you there. No locker or shower but its a small franchise gym which has everything you need and nothing you dont.

The staff is great, everything else not so much.The gym is the size of a locker room, the machines are so old you can often find people dusting them off with tiny brushes and sometimes they yell out I found one for the museum! You will not find rules posted anywhere inside, this is the wild west. People drinking pop and eating snacks on equipment, small children building things out of all equipment they are able to lift in the free weight area when people are trying to workout, people constantly jumping back and fourth between two machines while leaving their lifting potion they cant wait to have on a 3rd machine, and some will leave jackets / keys / anything you can imagine all in different spot on any given night. TIME TO SWITCH GYMS, theres other issues too but ill let you discover those treasures for yourself.

Open 24/7. This facility is kept nice and clean. The treadmills are great! And they have one stair climber too which I dont see many of these anymore.

This place is a pig pen. The owner doesnt even care enough to put paper towels in the dispensers, or the decentcy to keep the gym marginally clean & organized. The up-keep is very un-kept at the Stillwater Snap fitness!

I am on my second official credit card dispute after effectively cancelling my membership. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. I cancelled my membership after two managers quit and the place became extremely dirty, unkempt, and smelled like a cats litter box.

DONT JOIN! I would give 0 stars if this let me. Theres been no management for months, and so its not taken care of and is disgusting. Second, the owner will NOT return phone calls, emails, facebook messages and the like. I had to cancel my credit card just to get them to stop charging me, since the lack of management and lack of owners response wont allow me to quit my membership. Shes happy to take your money, but not your phone calls or emails. Filed a complaint with the BBB.Update: after 4 weeks, the Better Business Bureau informed me they also cannot get a hold of the owner. Im not surprised.

Hopeless in trying to cancel membership. Cannot get in touch with a manager. Corporate just re-routes you back to the local facility. Terrible location backed by a lousy corporation.

Great gym. Low monthly fee.
