They never show up, its been THREE WEEKS since they have picked up the trash. When you call in, they just have excuse after excuse. We pay our bill automatically, NO excuse for not having services rendered. Would change companies if I had the option. I even called today, and the lady said NO DELAYS!! Boom, this afternoon ANOTHER DELAY text.. Ridiculous services..
They need a whole company overhaul, fire, hire new staff, restructer. EtcFor one a current customer should not be required to switch from residential services with two 95 gallon trash/refuse containers to commercial services to get a two yard dumpster instead. Then there wouldnt be the confusion & lack of delivery of the dumpster that was ordered, before the regular trash/refuse containers are picked up. On top of the fact whatever issue on your end was not corrected in an acceptable, professional, timely manner, resulting in my Landlord getting irritated at the trash having no refuse container to go into. I will not be paying a refuse container delivery fee with this other company as well as their monthly rate is almost half of the price you all are wanting me to pay, for services I no longer care to receive from a company who needs to provide better customer service as well as better rates instead of raising refuse/waste fees when services where not provided on more frequent days than normal due to inclement weather. In all reality you owe all of your current customers refunds as well as better discounted rates. Oh wait maybe get some new staff that actually are professional know their jobs, how to do it, in a timely manner. I for one will not pay another dime on half rate services that have 100% lost my respect & will get a horrible review from me. Possible a call to the BBB as well. I have a life, job & other responsibilities that your lack of professionalism has been a huge waste of my time. Etc etc etc Then to have the further unprofessionalism to waste my time even further with an email to sign yet again a proposal I already signed. As well as a voicemail saying you all can save me $2 off the original dumpster rate I was quoted. You wasted enough of my time. If I was charging you for the 15 days its taked to maybe, (I for one doubt) correct whatever issue on your end. I would charge you all at least $2300. As thats what I would get paid to do my actual job that I do in the professional way it should be done. Instead I wasted time on this stupidity.
Due to weather they would not pick my service up. Mind you city of Stillwater still served my neighborhood this week. The roads are fine. I called twice but they could not help nor get me in touch with the local office. I probably will go to the office myself

Over charge for trash service. A lot of fees that they don’t mention at the time of getting service. Many times have missed my trash. Would not recommend.
It took me over 3 months to get my account cancelled, and every time you call and talk to their offices, someone gives you a different answer... if you can even get them to call you back. Very unprofessional, would not recommend to anyone.
I have been with this company for 7 years. the service is horrible over the last few years. finally got them to start picking up consistency and now the price has increased three times in the last two years. I am done. Ill be finding someone else to take care of this. I am putting this up as a warning if u have a choice go somewhere else for service.
Canceled my service do to the fact that I moved away. I called them on what to with my garbage can. They told me they would pick it up. I asked if they would charge for that. They told me no. Well that was a lie. Never sent me a bill. They just sent me to collections and now I owe them $45. Not a lot of money, but annoying nonetheless. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

This company has repeatedly messed up my bill!I have bank statements proving I have paid my Bill and per my account online it shows a $0 balance! and yet they still show up and take my Trash cans away! This has happened Multiple times!!!But that’s ok because they will still be hauling my garbage away anyway!Waste Management Environmental or Maybe Green For Life Environmental would be waaaaaaaay better suited to control this region!It’s time to bring in there competition! Maybe they will not have RUDE! Employees that actually do there job and can get the billing correct! And pick up trash on time every time!
We have had them over a year now. We had problems from day 1. When they delivered the dumpster they put it in our drive way just feet from the house instead of putting it at the end of the driveway by the road. Had to wait a week to have it moved. Then we were told the bill would be a certain amount every month the bill is higher. I called them in October told them I no longer wanted their service and I would not be paying them anymore. They want me to send a certified later to cancel it. Im not doing that. I never signed no contract. Its now almost February and they still havent picked up the dumpster and its over full . Ive made several calls to them to have it picked up and so has my husband. Its has yet to be picked up and they say they will call you back but never do. They also say they have called you and yet neither of our phones show no call from them. Dont waste your time with them.

Have been trying to call them for a week called the national number and was told they dont give out local dump prices and to just drive there.. why do even have a phone if youre not gonna use it

This company is ridiculous. Never get a straight answer or a lot of “ I don’t knows and someone will call you back” but they don’t. Orders 3 40 yard dumpsters and had them dropped of and picked up at times different than we were told shorting our rental time. 4 months into monthly trash service I am now being told I’m in a contract with bogus extra fees. Should have known something was wrong when my husband and I were quoted two different prices for the same trash service. There employees either lie or are idiots.
Theyve failed to pick up our dumpster for two weeks solid now. Im not really sure what Im paying for! And trying to get customer service? Forget it! The KNOW theyre the only game in town.
Horrible service. They fail to come on the correct day quite frequently and I have to call to get my trash collected. I dont understand how a stop on a route gets forgotten so frequently, especially considering how many times I have had to call. Will try to find a new service.
Costs have increased by almost 90% over three years. High delivery charges, and high removal charges. I will be going elsewhere soon.
They never pick up the trash on the day it is to be picked up. Handicap people live here. They leave trash cans out for us to pick up when they are to pick it up and bring it back. Lousy service
