Everyone is so friendly here. They make you feel like family. I have been coming here for 27 years. Just a top notch group. Love the T.Vs on the ceiling! Its nice to watch something when you are getting your teeth cleaned. You guys rock!

Me and the rest of my family have been going here for years. I love my hygienist, she remembers exactly who I am and the conversations weve had over the years. The dentist is always friendly and professional.

Needed to get my fiancé in for an emergency check up after a head injury & this office moved their schedule around to accommodate him. The doctor was attentive and did a great job explaining any areas of concern. I highly recommend.

Everyone here is very friendly. Recently I’ve seen Dr. Huska for a few visits and he’s amazing! He and one of the assistants (I don’t remember her name but she’s just as wonderful) made me feel comfortable and listened to me. I’ve got a good amount of anxiety when it comes to dental visits but they did such a good job taking care of me. I had a different assistant do my teeth cleaning a few weeks back and she was great. They never seemed rushed, which I appreciated too.I would definitely recommend this dental office.

I find the actual dentist and his assistant great. Billing and admin practices are horrible! Received a notice today, from 2 weeks ago that stated my account is going to collections and they cancelled all of my future appointments. Additionally the last line states when you find a new dentist. Here is the problem....I have never received a bill making it difficult to pay. Also never a letter or call saying this was happening plus when I was in last-this past fall, I was never informed of a bill or that anything was due at that time or it would have been paid. What company makes it common practice to just send a person to collections before making a call or some kind of contact?? I have gone here for years and get cleanings every 4 months, always paid time of service and have never had a bill of any sort go to collections.....very very poor practice and likely going to a new dentist just because of that.

Dentists & technicians are professional. Some receptionists are rude & dont submit pre-authorizations correctly. Contacting them about bills & pre-authorizations is a nightmare. Watch your bills & pre-authorizations. You have to do their job because they dont correctly submit the appropriate documents, correct billing codes, etc. They dont care as long as they get paid.

Unbelievable that someone rated this clinic poorly! Everyone was pleasant! The hygienist was pleasant, professional and caring and the dentist... Exceptional!

I loved my dentist and my hygenist, but this place really needs to get their back office together. They have rescheduled or messed up my appointments three times in a row where I drive all the way there and they mysteriously moved my appointment. The girls who were operating the front desk (this year, mind you because they change all the time) were unprepared and not ready to assist me. Every time I was leaving my appointments - the front desk girls couldnt figure out my billing and I had to sit there and wait. Overall - awful service from the front desk. Theyve messed up too many times and have lost a customer.

Got a route cleaning. Mouth has hurt sense then. They where mixing me up with my daughter who has never been to a park dental. They dismissed a cavity on my left side and wanted to do work on the right side. Then messed up appointment times for that. I don’t have major problems with my teeth just a cavity to fill. This is a no go dental place for me

DR. BELMONT has been such an amazing dentist!!! He is very kind, professional, and does BEAUTIFUL WORK! He took the time to educate me about preventing cavities in teeth that have had multiple fillings over the years and did such an outstanding job! I would recommend him to anyone. He did all of my front teeth and the look awesome! He takes the time to perfect each tooth! I wouldt let another dentist touch my teeth.

Nice staff and dentists, however they will rip you off when it comes to having work done. Husband and Child had to have some cavities filled, opted for the white filling instead of the amalgam (silver) after insurance has already paid $77, they want me to pay another $223.80 per cavity. I tried calling to discuss that the amount is ridiculous, the price difference between the white filling and the silver is $108 for the product, but yet I have to pay $223.80. The office manager could not understand why this is an issue. The estimate given was that insurance would cover 50% for the white filling (they covered $25%), we use Delta Dental which is probably one of the most common providers. I will be looking for another dentist for my family that doesnt try to rip off their patients.

Its been 8 years since park dental since I had 3 root canals, covered under my health insurance. They still havent relized they have to bill my health insurance as health insurance not dental insurance to not be denied the claim. Now its been way to long and the health was going to deny the claim. They didnt even after it went to a collection agency. My health insurance payed the collection agency 2 months ago. Now I have dental insurance on top of my health insurance a good one that covers everything. I called to make a appointment for a cleaning and they still dont know the collection agency was payed. They will not allow my to make an appointment to come in. Because I owe the collection agency. Park dental has gotten there money. They have good dentists, but the people that do the paper work have put a dent in my credit and prevented from seeing my dentist. So I will never take my family or my self to park dental again. Sorry to say but how stupid can you be.

Have Medical Assistance insurance with Health Partners and was told to choose a dental group from a list of 2 providers. This is the provider I chose. When I called for an appointment they took all my information and then when it came to insurance they told me they are not taking new patients. If you only take private pay patients why did you sign up to take our insurance?

Hygienist Li was wonderful. She is very knowledgable and showed me how to floss my bottom retainer WITHOUT one of those stupid flosser things! MIND BLOWING! She also let me have the volume on the tv, none of the other hygienists there have ever offered to do that! Its a lot more enjoyable watching tv when you can hear it. Thanks Li!

First time at Park Dental tonight, I would highly recommend it. I was very skeptical of a big dentist office, but the staff was very friendly throughout.

Showed up 1/2 hr early per instructions when I made my appt. Then watched the front desk staff (Liz and Carrie) talk about everything under the sun - never gave me paperwork to complete. Gave others the paperwork. When I got back to the exam room (after my appt was scheduled) I was then given the paperwork to complete by the hygienist! The hygienist was confused why I would be asking about a toothache I was having. She kept asking why no one gave me the paperwork to do. I ended up leaving as it was clear no one was prepared. When I complained Liz made it a point to be very rude, unhelpful and make faces at me. No office manager to talk to. Used the excuse that “the computer was down” - then how did the hygienist get the paperwork to give me in the exam room? Unprofessional - there are other dentists in the area.

Dr. Stromberg is the man. I just had a root canal and didn’t feel a thing, not even a pinch while he injected my gums with Novocain. Everyone in the office was great, they did everything they could to get me In ASAP. Very happy.

Im big on practicality and being proactive. Dr. Bolton was polite, friendlyand informative.Ive found my new dentist!!!!!!

Great dentists who are great with kids. Not as glitzy as the other place in town, but the prices are within my insurance standards - the other place is not.

No one told me i wouldnt get the 10% off if i used a credit card. Called them next day about my charges seeming high, she said you only get 10% off if you pay by check or credit card. What? Wow, things are going backwards in our society!

The people are very nice the doctors are great and the place is always nice and clean. Overall they have their act together.

I think they (Humana) are in cahoots with Stillwater Park Dental regarding getting patients to get treatment that is not covered by the dental insurance plan. Everybody wins...but you. Stillwater Park Dental tells the patient while they are in the chair what the procedure will cost and then Humana refuses to pay for it once the bill is presented. Stillwater Park Dental tells you that it is a Humana problem and Humana tells you that it is a Park Dental problem. The patient ends up paying the full cost. Meanwhile we the patient trusted the dentist to tell us what he could do that would be covered under dental insurance. In hindsight...I realize Stillwater Park Dental does not care, they only care about charging you the maximum. whether its covered or not. Integrity and honesty are qualities that neither Stillwater Park Dental or Humana Insurance seem to have. Stay away from both of them. Youd be better off with no insurance, and pulling your own teeth with a pair off pliers. Much less painfull than dealing with these crooks.

Dentist was okay, but billing department was horrible. Paid my bill IN FULL the day of service. Three months later got another bill including a 90 day past due notice. I wont go back.
