5 STAR SERVICE! Very polite and respectful people here. Took my phone in for a charger port replacement, they were upfront and honest about cost and what needed to be done. I felt comfortable leaving my phone and personal information in their hands during the repair. Repair was performed quite quickly with just enough time for us to run around town and do a few errands. A shout out to Micheal who took great care of us with excellent customer service and good quality work. I took my laptop to them after i dropped it and bent the charging port. they called me less than an hour later and told me exactly what was wrong with it and they had temporarily fixed it until they could get another part in and that i could come pick it up so that i could finish my homework. they called me again a few days later when the part came in and i brought my laptop back in and they had it fixed within a day! highly recommend them!

Digital Doc misdiagnosed my phone, then when my phone broke again with the same problem I took it in for, they had the audacity to suggest I pay 50 more dollars so they could work on it more. I essentially paid $40 dollars for absolutely nothing and my try for a refund was unsuccessful.

Amazingly friendly staff and very quick service. These guys helped me out from start to finish at a very reasonable price. I will be coming back for any future electronic issues.

My wife and I have had such good experiences & service from Digital Doc in Stillwater that we will not go anywhere else. Cracked my phone on Monday, brought it in Tuesday and they fixed it. It was having some ghost touch issues, so I brought it back in and they put another new screen on for free. After the issues persisted, I tried removing the screen protector I had purchased from them, but that didn’t work. So I was forced to reset my phone. After going back into the store, they replaced my screen protector for free. I went in there so many times that I got to communicate with 3 different employees, and they were all incredibly nice.Obviously running into issue isn’t great, but they did a great job of helping me solve those issues.

Went in store for screen issues with a samsung. the store associate was very friendly, answered all my questions without hesitation and offered different options to get a working phone again. i didnt make a purchase today but the service i received from him was excellent!

I called before I came in and was told it would cost $69.95 to replace charging port. I brought my phone in and tech looked at it and said the port was just worn out (IPhone 7plus). He said bring in first thing in the morning and I’ll take care of it and I will give you a coupon for $10.00 off and I made the appointment. I arrived and was the first one there but the tech wasn’t there and I had to deal with a lady that said it would be $89.95 plus tax and that my port was fried from moisture. I told her my phone had never been dropped in water but she insisted that it was water that damaged my phone. I asked about why the price was so high when I had just been in and was quoted $59.95 but she insisted that it was $89.95 so I opted out and had my son order the part and replace it and he did a very good job since he’s a Geek Squad tech. I was going to have them do it but there was too much discrepancy on price.

Took my Galaxy in for a battery replacement. They replaced it within an hour. After a couple of days, my battery was still draining quickly so I took it back. They told me it might have been a bad battery shipped from the factory. They honored their 90 day warranty and replaced it again for no charge. Very happy customer.

I cracked my iPhone screen and went in to get it replaced. I got the screen replaced and a screen protector put on. They were pretty nice at first, but when I went back to pick my phone up they told me everything worked so I left and when I got all the way home the camera and the phone didn’t work so I had to go back and they fixed it and I left. When I got back home again, they called me and told me that they had forgotten to put screws back in the phone so I had to go back yet again to put the screws back in. The screen protector still has a bubble at the top corner and has not yet settled even though they told me it would after about a day. My screen is terribly lagging, as I can touch something and it doesn’t click where I touched and is very slow. About three weeks after my annoying experience, I dropped my phone and the replaced iPhone screen cracked NOT the screen protector. I had a good case on it. I called and he told me there was nothing to do because, after all, it’s just glass and things happen. Do not use digital doc, their service is absolutely horrible and their products are just as terrible.

I Like how they were up front about the price of $95 to open up tog find out if it could be fixed or not.I can imagine what they have to deal with on the different electronics daily basis. I see the need to charge to look at it. Should be more competitive prices For the intial amount. Didnt asked if they worked on the old tvs or just New to at least 3yrs old. Great ? Please post answer. Thats how old mine is 3 yrs old and warranty is out too . No sound on mother board part is fried that deals with the sound out put. Im told and cant hook to sound bar either. Great 52inch screen all we can do now is read the programs. Overall it was a pretty pleasurable exchange. Will be going back if need be.

A bit of a con-shop. They will help you with an issue on your device, and then after their help, they bring up that fact that it costs $10 - 15 to examine your device. Didnt tell me this before he looked at my device. Not a big deal, but make sure to ask what it will cost before you hand anything over the counter.

Never go to this place. Unprofessional staff and sky high prices on repairs.

Terrible customer service. Unfriendly staff and cheap products. Phone cracked less than 2 days after having them fix it. Didnt drop it, and it had a case on it as well as tempered glass screen. Yet my case is in tact, tempered glass screen never cracked, but the screen they replaced mine with cracked in less than 48 hrs. Waste of time and money I will not get back.

I went there to get my shattered phone screen replaced, it costed me $130 bucks. They were fast, but now my battery drains 4x what it did before. I took it in for them to see it, but they told me that my battery was fine and that i dont need to use my phone so much. Its been around 1 1/2 months now, and my phone screen just stops working sometimes. I have to reset the phone in order for it to work again. I would not recommend going to get your phone screen replaced here. Save your money, and get it fixed somewhere else.

Took my old game system into Digital Doc in Stillwater, OK. They repaired it in a few days and it works like new. It is almost 30 years old and works great. I highly recommend these guys. Thx guys

These guys use the cheapest junk on the market and charge far to much. My touch screen didn’t respond correctly since day one and now of completely stopped working. Had to pay Apple $200 to fix their garbage. Plus the $180 I paid this guys.

Fantastic service! 5/5I broke my phone screen a few days ago, and looked at multiple places in the area around the OSU campus, and I ultimately decided on DigitalDoc. They offered me a student discount, which brought the price for repairing my iPhone 7 to about $105, $120 when I opted for the tempered glass. Now, yes, there are places nearby who will do it cheaper, BUT... I handed my device over to the guys at DigitalDoc around 3:00pm, and it only took 45 minutes for it to be done and ready for pick-up. The quality of the repair itself was excellent, and the 45-minute turnaround made the price worth every penny. I will absolutely be returning here whenever I need devices repaired in the future!

Warning to all Stillwater residents: DO NOT ever take your computers to Digital Doc. They nearly destroyed my Macbook Pro after I brought it in for a routine hard drive clean up and installation of some extra RAM (which Im told should be pretty easy for someone who works in computers).Now, granted, I dont know much about computers, and I would not be able to do that stuff myself, but thats why I took it to someone who is SUPPOSED to be professional. Yet, they had NO CLUE what they were doing, and AFTER my computer had a full crash/meltdown they even CONFESSED to having no clue what they were doing and to having to GOOGLE everything. Hell, I could have done that! If I had known from the start that they would be doing that, wed have taken it somewhere else.Worst of all, when I told them that they had caused the eventual crash (a fact verified by Apple), they denied it and refused to give me my money back... and it wasnt cheap. Ive seriously considered suing, except the court costs would probably be more than what I would win.So, Im telling you all... DIGITAL DOC IS A RIP-OFF. THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WILL DESTROY YOUR COMPUTER. DO NO GO THERE.

I called today to ask another place if they can give me service for something (no place can do) they said no. So I called didgital doc and not only did they say no but they also explained why and gave me a list of things they can do instead. Very friendly and less than most places in Stillwater. I took in a functioning iPad with a cracked screen. When they repaired the screen, they broke the speaker. They suggested I might have to pay for the speaker repair. Then I realized the magnet for the Smart Cover wasnt reinstalled. They shipped it off for repairs which took a month. When it came back, the speakers worked but the display was damaged! I really started to think it was a practical joke. Eventually a regional manager got involved. They bought be a replacement used iPad but with less memory than my original and they wouldnt reimburse the $140 I already gave them. They get 2 stars for at least getting me a used replacement.

BIGGEST SCAM. If I could rate lower, I would. This rude employee will charge you 130-something dollars for a new iphone screen and convince you to get an extra temepered glass screen. THEN LESS THAN 2 DAYS LATER, the screen UNDER my tempered glass cracks without me dropping it or direct damage. After having my receipt and explaining I was in there less than 48hrs ago, the extremely hostile and rude employee explained that its completely my fault. No, Sir, it’s your fault for the cheap China made screens you installed on my phone and charged me 130 dollars for. If you want to save money, a headache, and not get scammed, order your own screen off amazon for $5.99 and look up on youtube how to install it. There’s no reason why a 130.00 screen repair should break in 48hrs if it has been placed down. With apples repair, you can drop your phone plenty of times without it cracking. Their screens are cheap and worthless, like this business. “Premium screens,” is what they’ll lie through their teeth.Reply to the owner: If you dont use cheap products, then how would you explain my tempered glass withstanding the physical damage and your screen not? Doest add up. No customer would like to speak to a rude employee, so dont be shocked at this review along with the many other negative ones. And while I appreciate your discount, why would I want another China quality screen? Especially when it wasnt my fault, it was clearly the installment or product. I dont want any of your services, I was dissatisfied and I dont want any other person being in this situation of wasting hard earned 130.00.

This is Danny B. Do not use this place. I’ve spent over $1,000 getting galaxy S4 and IPads fixed, they put cheep batteries in them and they blew up and cracked the screens . The owner at Digital Doc. told me the repair was over 90 days and he just bought the place so he wasn’t going to help me get it fixed with headquters or anything . I guess if it would have burnt down my house he would be trying to help. Maybe not ? Be aware if you live in an apartment and someone has used this place this could happen . Make sure you have smoke detectors working because he’s using inferior 90 parts. Trying to get more businesses. Nothing but a crook .

Alright so my RB button on my xbox one controller stopped working from repeated usage obviously so I called gamestop asking if they did repairs...they recommended that I take it to this place. So I walk in to digital doc and I notice 5 male workers all in their late teens-early 20s behind the counter holding irrelevant conversations amongst each other and not even acknowledging me standing there. Finally Im acknowledged and I tell one of the guys my problem, when another worker jumps in and says its 49.99 off the back.At this point Im gathering my stuff to head out because I wasnt paying $50 to have my controller repaired from a minor problem. The initial employee tells me to disregard what he said and that its $29.99, mind you the word diagnosis was not mentioned at this point. Im under the impression that its $29.99 for the repair. Now, Ive already handed over my controller and swiped my card for the payment when Im informed that its $29.99 to take apart the controller and diagnose the problem...ripoff #1.The only female employee was the desk attendant, and she informed me of this situation. While shes filling out my information the 5 male workers continue to hold non-work related conversations while on their phones doing no type of work whatsoever. Now, Im getting pissed so I ask, so I should be expecting to get my controller back later in the day? bc they had no sense of urgency so I expected my controller to be a top priority. A male worker responds that they expect to get to my controller later that night and that I should expect a call.I received a call a little before closing time (9pm). I am told that I have a small crack in my RB button, and that I can either buy the replacement part at walmart for approx $40, or they will order the part and repair it for $60. Obviously I planned on taking the cheaper route and they told me I could come pick up the controller the next day.The next day I walk in to pick up my controller and theres only two employees, one I recognized from the day before. I asked the desk attendant guy about the replacement part they had mentioned in the phone call the night before so that I could price it. The employee tells me that (1) he has no information under file regarding the replacement part (2) he couldnt even tell me what the diagnosis was. So I go back and forth with him about dropping $30 on a diagnosis that I originally thought was for the repair too. He blames the situation on the manager because it was he who was in charge of my diagnosis. He then tells me that I can come in that friday (3 days later) from 10am-3pm to speak with the manager while hes there. Well guess what? Im from TX so I had to leave town before then so now Im out of $30 with no diagnosis information and no info regarding the replacement part. Thats crazy. As a college student trying to manage my funds, this whole situation pissed me off. Ill never go back to this place but I hope they know they arent getting away with this.
