Just to see yourself on camera, to be asked tough questions, and to have to think about what might make your answers better is great practice. I really felt his program materials were helpful too. In reading through them all and integrating them in the interviews was so useful to me. Then, to get feedback and see how some of the things I tried did not work how I intended, took me to a place to where I felt I would out-perform other candidates. The training on camera presence not only helped improve my interview technique but it’s a skill set I will be able to use in future virtual meetings.
