Alex Dachel, Blane Jackson, and Ryan Malloy are a MUST go-to. I was investigating trading in my little Scion for something a little more functional with hauling capability. Alex brought up three trucks right within my price range. I took each one for a test drive, and by the time I got back from each test drive, Alex had the next one ready for me. Ryan gave me a great price on my trade, and Blane made the financing process an absolute breeze. Detailers Alex and Jason had my vehicle cleaned inside and out and and in the delivery bay before I even stepped out of financing. The service was mind blowing. I will admit, I can be kind of a tough customer, but they took care of me every step of the way. That day, because of all their hard work, I walked out with the keys to my shiny new(to me, at least) 2016 Ram 1500. Thanks guys! You all rock!

I have had really bad experiences with shady dealers, trying to low ball on trade ins and unable to work on affordable pricing, this dealer is the opposite of that. Way exceeded my expectations! Riley and Jeff were a pleasure to work with, gave me a fair price on my trade in, and gave me a great deal on a new truck. Made the whole car buying experience comfortable and fun! We had A GREAT experience at Fury Stillwater! Pricing is in line with what the vehicle should be, not overpriced at all, and very straight forward which I appreciate. Our salesman Leighton was fantastic. Hes fairly new to the business but he knows what hes doing, hes a true car guy and it shows in his knowledge, couldnt recommend him more! Wonderful place! We hit a tire chunk on the freeway and knocked something loose underneath our C-Max. Fury Motors was the closest place we could find to take a look at the damage. Worst customer service I have ever received...really!! They had my car for five weeks and they did not call me once. I had to stop by to get updates even though they promised to call. I was consistently told, two more weeks, with no follow-up. I finally wised up and took my car to another place. Of course, I was charged $195 for them to simply look at it. Do your research! You will definitely find better customer service elsewhere!

The 2-star rating is because Deb returned my call quickly and was really pleasant. The lack of additional stars is because I drove all the way from Fury Motors in South St. Paul, my go to dealership, to get an oil change. I was told there was no wait. In 23 minutes time no wait turned into a 3 hour wait. So in other words I drove all the way to Stillwater for nothing. -_-

This was our 3rd transaction with Fury Motors of Stillwater. We have leased and purchased. We decided to do a another lease. We dealt with Dan as our sales person. He was great! He was informative and answered any questions I had. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was able to have several vehicles for me to test drive. I had made a selection but needed to come back the next day. When I arrived he was available and had my new vehicle all ready for me. We sat down with financing and dealt with Blane. It was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. The facility was clean. Like I said, this is our third vehicle with Fury. Fury Motor’s in Stillwater is an excellent choice for purchasing a new or used vehicle and here’s why.The overall environment of the establishment is clean and well kept giving the customer experience a family atmosphere. After sitting down with Chad our sales associate; he was able to find us a car that fits our needs and was able to answer any questions we inquired on. Instead of pushing us the sale; he allowed us to take an extended test drive and have it checked by one of our trusted mechanics. After the mechanics gave us the run down, we took it back to Fury in which took care of the issues with no questions asked. Management was friendly and very understanding with our budget needs. They did their best meeting our price range and making sure we were happy with the vehicle. Overall, the family runned dealership will be our go to for future vehicle purchases and I will always recommend them to people searching for a vehicle.

Yesterday, my Fiancé and I called in the morning about a Rubicon we were interested in. Austin answered the phone and was very helpful he directed us to a couple YouTube videos showing the features of the Rubicon. We live 45 mins from the dealership, so this was a timesaver, as we knew the vehicle was what we were looking for. When we arrived, the Rubicon was inside and dry. It was a cold rainy day. We were able to get it out for a test drive right away. I traded a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, and price negotiations were quick and painless!! Trade value was in line with KBB. After the deal was made, the Rubicon was washed, brought indoors, and towel dried. My trade was also brought inside so we could comfortably remove my belongings. The customer service was the best Ive ever had buying a vehicle. Other customers were visibly pleased as well. Austin was multitasking with another deal, and he was on the spot with everyone. With a 20 min test drive, we were in and out within 2 hours or so. If you are looking for a no BS team of workers to buy a car from, go here! Ask for Austin, he has a young family to support!

Highly recommend Fury Ram in Stillwater. Their service is AWESOME. Just this week I had a major issue with my Ram pickup and my upcoming weekend of camping was in jeopardy, due to the loss of towing power. The service advisor, Nicole C., came to the rescue when I pulled in. She was able to squeeze me in, even though I didnt have an appointment....had the service techs diagnose AND fix the problem and had the Ram back in my hands within 2 days.Im telling ya, from the time I drove in to the time I left, Nicole and the entire service team were nothing but helpful. I called fury motors before they opened they told me to call back at 9:00am I called back and had to hang up do to work. I got a call back by a gentleman named Brad. I then talked to my mom who told me she knew a salesman that had helped them out with a few vehicles. Little did I know that we were talking about the same guy I had to call Brad back to confirm his name and then my mom to tell her it was the same gentleman . I was thorough and straight to the point with Brad I told him needed a vehicle that was liable plus affordable that was needed to travel from home and to work. Brad was knowledgeable and I think he discovered my style immediately as I looked at a dodge rebel with a leveling kit and nice rims but a little to expensive for me. He then took me out to the yard where I found another vehicle with a leveling kit and nice tires that was more in my budget. He was real friendly and professional and did an awesome job on getting me the best bang for my buck thanks Brad hope to see you at some mopar shows thanksDustinBendix

Went here for one specific vehicle and required little to no time/effort on behalf of staff to purchase it - it was what we were looking for (make, model, miles, etc.). Price negotiation was fair but we feel they were playing hardball because they knew we wanted that truck (our bad for that).We got the vehicle in one week after purchasing for a spray-in bed liner and undercoat. Upon picking up the truck I noticed the inside of the vehicle had dirt/straw-like material all over the drivers side (they must not have vacuumed after driving it and we didn’t have that when dropping it off); I also don’t think they replenished the gas after driving it to St Paul and back, like they asked us to do for the loaner car. After getting home from picking up the truck, I noticed it looked like they didn’t even tape around the truck when doing the undercoat. There were remnants of it up the wheel well and onto the side of the truck, and there were also areas missed. I called as soon as I noticed, but service was already out for the day so they said to call back Saturday around 8. I did that and left a message, and called 2 more times Saturday with no answer or call back. I also found the service managers email and emailed him on Friday, didn’t hear from him until I called again Monday... he was busy so they couldn’t transfer me to him, so I told them he had an email from me in his inbox from Friday. Once I got in touch with him, we were able to get things in and fixed. Meanwhile, I emailed my sales rep asking for help getting the truck in to have the undercoat fixed and haven’t heard a peep since Friday when I called him.We weren’t told we get our first oil change for free, we found that out after our undercoat issue was resolved. The day after we got the fixed truck back, the Finance department called and said they undercharged us for our undercoat payment and wanted to charge us another couple hundred dollars to get the full payment. I get it, but also not our mistake.

Only drawback was the paperwork process to take possession of our new Jeep took so long once the purchase decision was made. A friend referred me to fury motors. Went online to check out the cars they had. Ben got in contact with me and set up an appointment. First time getting a car payment so very nervous. I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Evan at fury. After having the car for less than two weeks the radio went out on it. When I reached out to Evan and fury they told me “So unfortunately we can’t do anything since it’s a used car, and there is no warranty that covers it. A simple call would have been appreciated. Ill have the original work and the recall done, but not at Fury! Surprise today...they finally called me and left a message. I was unaware that they actually had my number given their past performance. They called because of this honest review and several others that I have left about their lack of customer service on other platforms. I dont like leaving negative comments about a business. However, it was completely justified in this instance. I would never treat a customer with such disregard and then expect them to return for further service. Do your research! Look at all the reviews. Find a dealership that strives for customer service. Fury is not that dealership!As to your reply... I tracked the calls as well. Your service rep contacted me late, one time in the 6th week after I continually complained about the lack of communication. You did not call as you say! Your mysterious calls, that you mentioned, never happened. Obviously, you had my number since you tried calling immediately after I posted this review. Your service is pitiful at best. This is an honest review of my experience.

I have been so incredibly unhappy with my experience with you guys. Aaron was incredible. But my service experience wasn’t.I paid $500 for a water pump on a car that I purchased 4 months prior..... to then have it not be working properly and find out the system wasn’t flushed and that air bubbles everywhere in my system. I then go to talk to them about figuring it out, they then tried to tell me there was an Oil leak...... after an oil leak magically appeared and I was sure to tell them I had every oil change I had done on the vehicle proof of it done with my best friends shop, my brother goes down there and now there is absolutely no oil leaking. I won’t be returning and I sure won’t be purchasing another vehicle from here. I’m sorry I wasted 9k with you guys.

I walked in knowing I wanted a Jeep Gladiator. I was able to sit down and chat with Bassel. He was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. We looked into colors, options and accessories. I was able to test drive some of the choices I was deciding from. I met Mikki during the process who was so friendly and welcoming. Prior to going in, I also was at the DMV to check on what kind of personal plates I could get, so during the purchase process, Jeff in finance was able to get my form completed and sent into the DMV for my new tabs and plates. Just a great team providing excellent service I thought. Very different from previous dealerships Ive been at, just seemed like everyone was on the same page, very friendly and I would recommend to anyone to stop in and see for yourself. Was looking for a car that had not been in an accident and low mileage. When asked if car was in a accident dealership had stated no. Just after 4-5 months of having the car, water started to leak into the back seat car, making the car very smelly. Figured out that the back window had been broken through an accident because when the seats were lifted many glass pieces were on there. Got the back window fixed and then tested the AC in the spring now and it does not work at all. And 6 months in the tire popped and became flat. There seemed to be many issues not fixed before selling the car off for a high price as there are many dents and rust on the wheels. When calling back they said they cannot do anything about it, not great services. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere because this place lies saying it inspects everything and fixes it but it does not.

The place has lost my business forever. Bought an oil change package there 4 oil changes for my Ram, about 2 weeks later I decided to trade my vehicle for a newer one. Called and asked them since I just purchased this oil change package if I could transfer the remaining 3 oil changes to my next vehicle. The answer wasnt what I expected, NO AND NO EXCEPTIONS. I hope the appropriate $80 for the remaining 3 oil changes was worth losing a local customer over, and the business of any referrals I would have given you. Good luck, poor customer service spreads like a wild fire. 🔥

We were good with the total price shown on the window sticker printout they gave us, knowing right now there were no rebates/incentives for customers.Then they hand us a piece of paper with our trade-in allowance shown AND shockingly $2000.00 added above the window sticker price of the ProMaster, stating that the dealership needs to add that cost to the vehicle as its in high demand & theres limited inventory, as well as there being no dealer incentives from the manufacturer!

I bought a Jeep Cherokee from Fury in Stillwater this past Saturday 4/10/21 and could not be happier with the experience! Bassel did a great job of finding me exactly the car I wanted at one of the Fury locations, getting it to Stillwater location for me to drive, and making the buying experience seamless. If you are reading bad reviews like I was a week ago, but thinking Oh, all places have some bad reviews it will be fine! No. Listen to the negative reviews. We bought a used 2016 SUV from Fury last week and now have already replaced two break lights, the passenger door doesnt open, it smells like it is burning when you stop driving, and the transmission lurches constantly. I came in telling them I wanted a safe, reliable SUV that I could drive my baby around in without worry, but ended up in a total garbage SUV. I dont at all feel safe in it, and now am stuck with it. Thank you Fury Motors for wanting a sale SO BAD that you put a family with a young child into an unsafe vehicle. If you listen to any review, please listen to this one and dont get sold a lemon like we did.

First impressions go a long way. Good amount of inventory in the lot, but not overcrowded. Very clean inside the dealership with amenities (popcorn, coffee/water, kid play area, etc.)The personnel were very courteous, starting with our Sales Representative, Jose. Both Jose and his Manager, Dale were fair when it came to negotiating a very good deal. Although there are secondary purchases such as extended warranties, paint protection, etc., the Finance Manager Janice made that experience comfortable (i.e. low pressure.)I also waited to make this review until I experienced the Service Department. Dale in Service was also courteous and willing to go the extra effort to ensure my stay was comfortable while I waited for an oil change & tire rotation.Long story short, go to the dealership, and ask for Jose. Hell take care of you and you wont be sorry!

Car purchase went pretty smoothly. However, called multiples times after to set up services that were part of the deal. Never received call back. Called no less than 4 times before someone finally told me they were out of the product that I already paid for. In addition, their records indicated that they provided me with the product. Against my better judgment, called and asked for price to install leather. They told me they would have their contactor call me. No call. Called again. No return call. Apparently, they love to push cars out the door but could care less about service afterwards.

Inquired about a car, and even allied online for financing. After three days I finally heard back from them. They still hadn’t even looked at my financing, then tried to sell me something else (more costly), then sold the car I was looking at from under me. The next day. After I told them I wasn’t interested the day prior, to anything else they had on the lot, they ran a hard inquiry on my credit dropping it 7 points FOR NO REASON!!! Stay away from these scammers!!

Worst car buying experience I have ever had my entire life. I wouldnt even recommend someone look at a car at this dealership. This dealership is so disorganized and their communication is so bad I had to back out of a weeklong deal where I had already put $1500 down on a vehicle after the sales manager, Rommy, insinuated I was a liar.I hope our salesman Casey doesnt receive too much flack because I hold Rommy solely responsible for the terrible experience I had with this dealership. What a great team. I moved here from California and bought a 2019 Dodge Ram from my home town. Driving across the states to Minnesota, had some brake squealing and Matt and the team in service went above and beyond to not stop until the problem is fixed.Matt is amazing at follow up and VERY professional. Sometimes its hard to find a maintenance team that you can trust and not feel like they are trying to work you over. Horrible experience buying a used vehicle there. Not even a month after I bought a truck, the transmission went out on it. And since I bought it as is, the dealership said that it wasnt their problem. When I crawled under the vehicle, I noticed a missing suspension part. They claim to inspect the vehicles and make them safe, but if they missed that, whos to say they didnt miss something else?The sales manager was rude, uncooperative and getting them to communicate was like pulling teeth. Overall, I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone whether they were buying new or used.
