Please never go to this man. He rents out a hub at carlile automotive and seems like he is not properly equipped to detail cars. He has a general SUV price of $150 but my SUV was small and I was able to talk him down to 130 since he had no other car that day which I thought was plenty. He promised me it would look like new after he was done, this was a lie. He called me and told me it was finished after just 2 hours. I arrived to pick up my car and the heater was running full blast. He informed me that the seats were still a little wet and they would dry within an hour. When I got home I kept all my doors open for nine hours and the seats were still wet the next day. After closer inspection I realized all he did was wash the outside vacuum the carpets and go crazy with the armor all. There was still fuzz dirt everywhere soaked in armor all oil. I found old trash in the compartments that he should have gotten and the carpets still had noticeable stuff in them. The worse part of my experience came when I brought it back to him to finish the job. He argued and yelled at me just because I wanted him to finish the job. He angrily agreed to finish the job and just vacuumed and shampooed the carpets. He blamed me for not leaving the car with him over night to dry but he never gave me the option and told me that it was finished the day before. He tried to spray paint my carpets to cover up the stuff left in the carpets that he didnt get out and he would have spray painted them if I had not been watching him the second time. After he said it was done for the second time I pointed out many things that were wrong with it but I did not want to continue fighting with him so I drove away. One thing he said made me very angry, There, the carpets look better, I probably messed them up but they look better. That is absolutely ridiculous and his customer service was grossly inadequate. NEVER GO TO THIS MAN if you like your car.

Ray is not a posh fully staffed wash, detail, wax and make your car new again facility, but this business did a terrific job on my long neglected basic care of two autos. I brought a Honda Minivan in that is fairly new and he worked on it quickly, thoroughly and was open to anything I might ask or need additionally. Then I gave my husband a detail as a Christmas gift for an older Honda sedan and he gave me a second car discount, did it during the Christmas holidays with additional personnel and was very kind when we couldnt pick it up at exactly the time it was finished. I will return to this business, as he was honest, proud of his workmanship and flexible with my schedule. I rate this as an I am coming back. Also, he fixed my jammed door which was simply an auto child lock I was unaware of. This is a very good business and he knocks himself out to get it done when YOU want it

They sprayed some sort of chemical on the instrument cluster that etched the plastic on a 2016 F150. The instrument cluster is ruined... I dont know what they sprayed on it but it made it cloudy and it was perfectly clear before. Took it back to complain and they fixed it by putting armor all on it to make it look shiny... RUINED it!

WORST PLACE EVER *PLEASE READ*My husband wanted to get my car detailed before we went on a vacation. Upon pulling up, I felt a little sketched out, but my husband and Ray assured me that everything would be okay. He told my husband my car would be ready in 2 hours, he called in an hour and a half. My husband picked up my car and brought it to me. When it got to me, my locks were locking and unlocking by themselves (which it NEVER done before this HORRIBLE service) everything was COVERED in armor all and was hard to even drive bc he put armor all on my brake peddle. My seats were damp, which I thought was normal. I let it dry overnight .. my floorboard were wet, but I thought it was just damp from the shampooing of the carpets. Sadly, my car is basically totaled because of water damage. It was more than 5 gallons of water in my carpets that was not there before and my car has no leaks, nothing like that. It looks like he put a pressure washer inside of my car in the backseat and just let water go all over my carpets .. my apolostry is RUINED .. I am heartbroken. My car has never been like this, and he destroyed my car. If this saves anybody’s cars, time and money, I hope it helps. Don’t make the same mistake we did!
