Nazerae did a great job. It was like she could tell where all my tight spots were and paid extra attention to them even though I didn’t give much direction. She also could tell if the pressure in certain spots was too much, but kept going just enough to still work out the knots in a way that was comfortable for me.

Kayleigh is exceptional! So knowledgeable and has such a great technique. Plus she is so fun to talk to. She is an absolute gem.

Rhonda was very in touch with my needs. I have a slight build and she was still able to give me a firm massage that wasn’t too much. Perfect in every way!

Amanda does an amazing job, after a few months of regular massages she got all my knots out and then I got busy and didnt go for awhile and my knots came back from stress so now I get to do it all over again. Highly recommend the splurge of a regular massage!

Ive visited this location twice & have seen the same service provider, Nazarae, both times. Her pressure is medium-deep which I usually steer clear of (because its painful) but after seeing her twice, its been made abundantly clear that I need it! Her technique is relaxing but effective. She chats for a bit in the beginning to get to know you but then the focus is the massage. After my first visit, my shoulders hurt for 3 days (so much tension) but thats not her fault. After my 2nd visit (1 week later), I had a mild ache in my shoulders for a day. Same pressure. And thats how I know its working! Id highly recommend her to anyone who needs tension relief!

I’ve been coming to this business but several locations for over 4 years. Since the reopening after covid I started back at Stillwater with Jacob for deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend him as it’s hard to find someone who can do this and make you feel refreshed afterwards. I’ve been getting massages for over 15 years and he is the best I’ve encountered. He’s very polite and knowledgeable about things I’ve asked as far as tight muscles in the feet and how it affects elsewhere in the body. After a massage it’s completely relaxed. Massage Envy keep this guy he’s a winner!! Thank you Jacob!!j

Ive been a member for several years but this was one of my first experiences at the Stillwater location. Yesterday, I had a 90 min massage scheduled with Trudy. And naturally, I was over 15 min late and slightly annoyed with myself. Trudy welcomed me with a smile and then informed me that I was her last client for the day and could make up the time by going a little over. WHAT - Cray. This was so nice and above and beyond my expectations. And it was the best massage I have ever had. She does amazing bodywork that was holistic in incorporated mindfulness. Highly recommended for body trauma work.

I was still in a lot of pain from a bad fall when I came in, but Matthew did an amazing job relieving that pain. Highly recommend him, even though it makes it harder for me to get an appointment in the future!

They asked me to arrive early and did a 15 minute intake with one person to whom I gave a full detail of my needs. She explained that she would then talk to the massage therapist, but when I got to the room and was asked how can I help you today ...they had never communicated. She said I dont know why the front desk does that. Half way through I had to ask her to focus on my neck, which was why I went in the first place. She also wanted to make a lot of small talk, which was frustrating and not relaxing.The experience wasnt with the same person or the same price as I booked on the website. The staff, while nice, focused on upselling, almost script like. The staff seemed to lack a professional presence and appearance, which contributed to the overall lacking experience.

I have gone to the Stillwater ME 4x. I signed up for their monthly subscription after my first session with Nazerae. I ended up cancelling my subscription due to the fact that I dont need regular massages (I never went!) and its not really in my budget. I had someone else massage me a few other times while trying to use up my sessions and it didnt razzle dazzle me. However yesterday I had Nazerae again and I remembered why I had signed up in the first place. She is amazing.Nazerae is the only reason for the 3 stars as the overall experience with ME wasnt very.. exciting. Finding appointment times is rather difficult because they are so busy. Not every masseuse is equal so you really shouldnt just choose who is available. The cancellation process was obnoxious- having a manager play telephone tag with me and then once connecting with them having to email an official form to cancel. And once you cancel you have only 2 months to use your remaining sessions. I also want to say that when I originally signed up I felt like the front desk person did a horrible job explaining the program. I thought it was a good deal but looking back, its only a good deal if you plan on getting more than one massage a month. A plus side though is the ability to transfer the masaages on your account to another person. If it wasnt for that feature I would have wasted so many of my paid for massages. Lastly, I want to concur what others have said- this place is far too focused on up-selling and it seems as though a majority of their masseuses are way too amature, especially for the amount they charge.So 5 stars for Nazerae and 2 for ME in general leading to my 3 star review. I had originally posted 4 stars, 5 for Nazerae and 3 for the business overall but I dont think they deserve 4 stars. If I saw 4 stars I would expect a great time there and half the time it is not. In honor of not trying to mislead people I revised my rating to 3 stars.

Amanda was the girl I got for my massage. She was not welcoming at all. She was very rude, rushed through the massage and sighed the entire time like she had something more important to do. It was a very unprofessional message and I was tense the entire time. I will not be coming back.

**Update* I filed with the BBB as well as many emails with their account specialist and Massage Envy is still denying my refund. I consider this intentional theft at this point. The Hudson location obviously closed and it is easily verifiable that i have received no services since. Still Massage Envy will not refund the money. Be careful doing business with this company.*I was a member of the Hudson Massage Envy. When they closed abruptly I told them I would not be able to travel to a new location. They said someone would be in touch but no one ever was. A couple months later I started getting charged by Stillwater. I called them up and explained my situation. After receiving the documents to cancel I returned them with notes. “I do not agree to waive my rights to money already spent.” I have not received a response.I want a refund of the membership dues to a location that I never agreed to go to.

The 90 minute massage is my go-to. They were very kind and polite at the desk. The masseuse had strong hands and excellent musculoskeletal knowledge. Relaxing place. Doesnt seem corporate.

Went for my first time last night. Had a wonderful time. Tristan did a amazing job. Got a deep tissue and it was great. Would recommend Tristan to anyone looking for a quality massage. The girls at the front desk were very nice also. Great job everyone.

Mediocre massage, awful customer service. I had recieved a 3 month membership as a gift, and called to make sure I understood what that entailed, as I have twin toddlers and self care ends up last on the list. I was able to get a single 60 minute massage. Beforehand, I spoke with an employee for quite a while, who explained that the almost $200 would get additional discounted services for the 3 months, but if I couldnt get in to take advantage of that, there were still 3 massages which had been paid for, that I would be able to take advantage of. I called to finally schedule a second message, but was told that my membership had expired and there were no addition services spoke with a manager, who offered to call back to go over the agreement with me, because apparently the notes contradict what I had the girl explain 3 times to make extra sure it was clear. Im furious, and feel cheated. I understand the point of the agreement, but I also understand good customer service, and this is garbage.

Ive been going to Massage Envy at 572 Commons Drive, Woodbury MN for almost a year. The only reason Im still going is because I signed a contract. I have made sure that they do not auto-renew my contract for a couple reasons. The number one reason is because they continue to charge my card twice for my visits. This causes a series of calls I need to make and escalate up to their general manager. Each time it was a huge hassle to get my card credited, because they keep telling me that their system doesnt allow it. They offer to schedule another appointment for me to satisfy the charge. If I WANTED additional services, I would call you and schedule an appointment! I dont need to be overcharged and then be offered to use that money for more services! Two times this has happened. Both times it was a hassle. In fact, Im still waiting on the credits to be posted to my account, even though they continue to assure me that it will take 3-5 business days. Its been longer than that already.The other reason I will definately not be renewing is because only half of the therapists actually know what they are doing. Its pure chance that youll get someone who is worth the $45 session fee. This means I walked out of their wanting a massage after just receiving one. Total waste of my time and money.Ill be going to the professionals at my gym (Lifetime Fitness) from now on.

Depends on who you see. My therapist used very repetitive strokes. They were so repetitive that I was bored throughout the massage. It was just one main technique the whole way through, no variety. Also requested medium pressure and got very light pressure.
