This business might be small but its huge on service. The owner is so nice. Had a battery replaced in my watch in less than 5 minutes. SUPER to work with! Will came and fixed my mothers old grandfather clock. Price was very reasonable, and he was very courteous and nice to work with. I have a watch that the crystal was busted and really was looking worse for wear. He took it in and had it done the same day. The watch looks brand new!!!! I needed to get a battery changed in my Nixon. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The price was super reasonable and I enjoyed the experience overall. The store chihuahua is super friendly.

I went to get my nephews watch fixed (after i had taken it to Batteries Plus to get the battery changed out and it still didnt work) and he figured out that it needed two batteries to make it work. I was so impressed with the help and the little friendly chihuahua. I ended up buying 3 gorgeous watches for friends birthdays.

Stopped in for the first time to get a watch battery replaced. Literally only took a few minutes and $5! He also has a cute little chihuahua who has bark but no bite and just wants his ears scratched. Just an FYI - anything below $10 on a credit card gets a $0.50 extra charge but that wasnt a big deal as the shop gets charged by the credit card company anyways. Will definitely return for future watch or clock needs.

The gentleman behind the counter was as curtious and knowledgeable as a man in his line aught to be, a professional. Paxton was kind as well. I found a simple yet delightful machine that was reasonably priced and tossed the Chinese piece I let rust. I left with a new respect for the time piece.

What a treasure Will is.To have someone of his caliber available to fix my entire collection of vintage and rare clocks. He understands it all and is fluent in the horological world. My Dad had some uncirculated coins He had collected years ago still in plastic holders. Mom wanted me to sell them and the owner was very kind to buy them. Dad passed away 5 years ago and used to do business with a competitor downtown who is no longer in business. I would highly recommend this dealer even though it appears that His primary focus is on clocks and watches rather than coins.

I brought in an antique camelback clock for cleaning and repair. The work was done in a timely manner and the clock is keeping time better than it has in the last 35 years! I am amazed it works so well. I will not go anywhere else. The folks there are professional, thorough and just plain nice to work with.
