Josh was great to work with--got showings set up right away, gave good advice on offers and counteroffers, and helped with issues we had on the inspection. My sister and I hired these people to sell a house from our parents estate they were hard to deal with and get along with from the beginning we had to switch realtors due to the stuff going on second realtor better but did not explain the contracts when offers were made when asked she said we should ask well do we know what all that means in the contract. If they would not have sold the house I would have have signed another contract with them . Also on another note when the sale was final the buyer of the house asked the realtors to step out of the room and said he could not believe the way we were treated by them....
