I have been coming here for almost 10 months now and is the best therepy I have had yet. I would highly recommend

After reading the negative reviews of this clinic I feel I must write something in response. I have been coming to New Directions for a few months and love it! The therapists here are top notch! They go above and beyond to make sure that clients get the best care possible! The front desk staff is so helpful and kind and goes out of their way to make sure I get scheduled. I would highly recommend trying brainspotting or emdr! Nothing has ever worked on my anxiety and depression before. But now I feel like I am actually getting better.Yes, if you dont show up for your appointments, and dont have a good reason, they may choose to stop seeing you or have you schedule same day appointments. Most other clinics would just cut you asap if you miss too many with no explanation and not reschedule you. These therapists are amazing and if youre not going to respect their time there are plenty of people who will.If you want the best of the best, try this clinic!

I searched for a long time for a therapist I connected with, felt comfortable being vulnerable to, and really listened with compassion.Highly recommend!!

The therapists themselves are perfectly fine. The company policy regarding missed appointments and not allowing a reschedule except for day of afterwards is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this place at all until they change that policy.

The woman I saw three times seemed to listen fine but offered no real advice, or, you know, counseling? She seemed to have an impressive online description of herself but didn’t back it up in person. Furthermore, despite being an out of network service, they informed me that they work with dean insurance and my visits should be covered and if they weren’t, they’d let me know by my second visit... which they did not. So instead I got a bill for over 400$ for three visits (they seem to be very proud of they’re mediocre care) months after the fact. I’m so happy I decided to stop going otherwise I would have been plunged into debt. Don’t give these people your money whether you’re covered or not. And don’t trust them if they say you’ll be covered or if they say they’ll let you know.

This place is awesome and the people who work here are super kind and helpful.
